This place fuses charming village centres with architectural gems and fashionable high streets, so it’s easy to see why half of London’s eight million-strong population have laid down roots here. Read on to hear about some of the best places to live in North London.
A great way to live in North London, just 15 minutes from the centre.
Vantage Point has as one of its main perk the fact that it is literally standing on top of Archway tube station. The neighboorhood offers a wide range of groceries shops, a couple pubs and all services you may need (barber, laundry etc..).
Please review your development:
I personally love living in Vantage Point, being among the residents who make the most intense use of common areas and facilities of the building. Many spaces from which to decide where to work from, a good gym and a games room that allows you to have some great time when friends are visiting.
The freshly renewed furnitures are great and feels like an improvement, even if not drastic, from the previous ones that were already nice.
The few times I needed something to be fixed it was dealt with quite quickly and a big thank needs to go to Felix who is just amazing in providing help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When I moved in, the only thing I haven’t planned was the absence of pillows, but surely someone more prepared would have thought about it.
There is a parking space for bicycles and cars, but a motorbike will be treated as a car, same price and same random spaces, with no possibility to lock it to something.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Luckily, I only had few issues with the flat; but any time I needed something the residents-team has been available and helpful.
