A2Dominion reviews

“West Plaza is an attractive, gated development in the heart of Ashford, overlooking the open water of the Staines Reservoirs and the greenery that envelopes them. Despite its peaceful countryside credentials, the area is extremely well connected, so it’s easy to see why so many big businesses have set up camp here – Apple, Canon and Toshiba all have local HQs.” HomeViews Property Pro, West Plaza.

Pretty nice

Verified Resident

The layout is good and spacious compared to others new buildings. Big balcony and budget windows with nice view to garden and the canal. I live in London seven years now and I have change a lot of flats, this is really good.
Not so good management, people have stolen from parcel boxes.

Good area but very bad parking

Verified Resident

We live here almost one year. It’s a good constructed developemtn with modern design. The balcony os spacious and has nice view.nothe only problem is the parking.
Hopefully we move to another house because of parking only.

Good location, close to wildlife

Verified Resident

The area is good in terms of location, a lot of greenery
Although it can get really quiet and lonely sometimes. The parking is really bad, there are not enough parking spaces. The bad thing is that there are not many off licence shops, so if you want to get anything at any time, you need to walk quite far.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that it’s really close to green spaces. Quite bad for transport because Clapton is far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Transport links.

Good location

The area is really beautiful and I could say I really love it. In terms of amenities, the supermarket is a 10 min walk away and it’s big enough for me to choose from. The parking is horrible and you can’t really park your car without someone next to you as it’s really crampEd.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The Marshes are amazing. The thing is dislike is Lea BrI’d get Road.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No shops around
