This building is well located, great neighbourhood and location. That's about the only positive thing I can say. There are numerous issues with the building itself and especially A2 dominion who manage it
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Repairs are no longer taken care of promptly. We waited months for our repair to get gone, eventually gave up and moved out.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We had a great run, but it's not the same place anymore, so I don't advise others to move in.

Great green space available, with parks for kids to play. Although no maintenance is in place for these areas, despite residents paying a montlhy charge for grounds maintenance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Crest did not inform us about montlhy standing charges when we purchased our home.
What is the best feature of your home:
Solar panels are the only good feature of these homes.

The apartment is right next to victoria park and the canal which is amazing to visit all year around. Bow highstreet is a 10 minute walk away to do general shopping. Parking is hard to come by though. Buses run right outside but there is no tube in the local vicinity.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have been slow to fix the car park gate, which is necessary as it leaves the apartment vulnerable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Contact the building management so you can drive close to the entrance when moving in and out. they have a chain across so people cannot park there illegally.

The development is close to local parks and countryside with local shops being in easy distance for walking and cycling. The design of the houses is really good. BUT finish is poor and management of the site very poor.

That they are primarily a social housing provider - quality doesn't seem to be in their thinking,

The design of the house is lovely and the location near to Cranleigh and the Countryside

At the heart of the city centre, walk distance to cafe, restaurant as well as park. Also, well connected with public transport, nearest bus stop and train station within 15-minute walk. The apartment is located at a quiet road and feeling safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Property manager is responsive, however, it usually take a long waiting time for the fixing and repair, which do cause inconvenience, especially the malfunction of hot water and heating in winter time, as well as the lift out of order.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
More clear guidelines on bill payment as the apartment use both gas and electricity provided by different company.
