A2Dominion Rental Only reviews

“A very well designed building with great facilities. The inclusion of a gym, car park and concierge are great. The location is close to transport links and local amenities such as shops and a retail park. Staff are friendly and helpful, this is mirrored in the option to report issues via a webpage which are solved promptly and at your own timing, which is great to slot in around work. Overall I really enjoy living in fellows square and would definitely recommend A2Dominion for anyone seeking a modern/well designed apartment for a great value.” – Verified resident, Fellows Square

I’ve had multiple issues in my new built apartment and A2Dominion has dealt with them effectively and as expeditiously as possible.

The architecture and design of the building is without a doubt impressive. Build quality is, so far as I can tell, also up to par. The newest materials of the best quality are clearly being used. I am also happy with the facilities, although the temporary gym is quite small and the swimming pool and sauna are still under construction. Very happy with the concierge as they are always there to be help in the best way they can.

Keybridge’s location is without a doubt amazing: Vauxhall train station and tube station are only 2 minutes away connecting you to prime central London. Places such as Victoria, Hyde Park, St. James Park, Green Park, and Westminster are a mere 25-30 minute walk. Moreover, there is an array of supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities such as a dry cleaner just around the corner.

Modern look and great location, average price and service.

Brilliant location, rather pricey but about what you’d expect to be paying for the area. Very modern look, but a few design flaws such as the electric meters being together and locked behind a door next to the lift, which is too far away for smart meters in some flats to work. Sometimes reported issues are ignored for a few weeks even after multiple reminders before any action is taken.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

City centre a short walk in one direction, a main train station a short walk in the other. Plenty of shops and restaurants in town. No large supermarkets nearby, all nearby local ones are pricey.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not all the lights are standard fittings and can’t be replaced with hue bulbs. Underfloor heating is not smart and can’t be connected to other devices. Smart meter for electric readings doesn’t work as the flat is too far away from the meter, and the meter is behind a locked door.

Fresh and new apartments, really enjoying my stay here

Overall, I could say that keybridge left a very good empession on me. I don’t feel disappointed. The design of the apartment is good, it has all the necessary things like bed, sofa, two tables, a very good equipped kitchen, washing machine, inetrent and heater. However, in my view the design is a little bit simple and it looks kinda “empty”, this could be resolved by adding a carpet, pictures, etc. But personally to me it’s not that important. The building itself is also very good, always clean and maintains a good level of security. Concierge always helps and keeps very professional and nice attitude. The facilities may be a little bit lacking since there is only a gym but I guess this will be resolved when the main building will be opened. The value for the apartment is reasonalble, I plan to extend the contract for another 2 year since I really like this apartment.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is just perfect to me since there is a big bus station in vauxhall that goes pretty much to every corner of London plus there is a railway station. Also near the Keybridge there is a big super marker which is super convenient. However the area lacks good restaurants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the heater in apartments can work with even more power. Originally I thought that the heater in apartment works poorly so I bought a seperate heater for £40. Then it turned out that the heater was turned off in my apartment completely. And when it was fixed, everything became fine again.

Overall, very positive experience

Canons Gate is in an ideal location – Habourside is one of the most desirable areas to live in, and Canons Gate is a stones throw from many bars and restaurants, very close to the shops in the centre, and right next to the picturesque floating harbour.
The flats, although not huge, are well designed and look modern, and seem high quality. They are well sound proofed – you can hardly hear the road outside once the double-glazed doors and windows are shut. A lot of flats have balconies.
The value is reasonable for how in-demand the area, and for the high quality of the flats.
A2Dominion are not over-involved with tenants – no flat inspections or unnecessary contact, but have been helpful when we’ve been in contact with them.
One issue we have had is that we couldn’t contact a2Dominion or security on the weekend when there was a security issue – the only number given is Monday-Friday 9-5. Another to consider is that the contracts do not become monthly rolling at any point, whereas many contracts will allow this after a year.
The hallways are cleaned regularly and we’ve been impressed by how quickly issues in the entrance area and hallways have been rectified.

Harbourside is a great area, with a plethora of bars and restaurants, and a stone’s throw away from the centre, clifton, and many other areas.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that there was no possibility of a monthly rolling contract after a certain term.
