In addition, the development is above Archway London Underground station in the North London Borough of Islington. Residents are also close to Upper Street, Emirates Stadium and Highgate Village.

Always super well looked after, the building is always impeccable. The reception staff are amazing and make you feel at home and safe. You have everything you could possibly want in a building and more.

Great access to all the supermarket chains as well as the personal family run shops which is lovely. The restaurants around the area are also great and varied. Most convenient transport links with having the station right at your feet to get you anywhere.

The flats do get hot in the summer, but having multiple terraces to relax on is incredible.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Timely and effectively, always able to help with any problems and do so professionally

Outstanding design and views but poor property management and customer service from high level management, except from the building management downstairs in reception: they are stars.
Design: Outstanding.
Facilities: Convenient and overall good.
Building Management: Used to be really good, quality has decreased. There are less and less events and activities for residents as time passes.
Property Management: They just want your money.

Archway has undoubtedly flourished in the last couple of years with local shops, restaurants, and a lovely community. Vantage Point’s development is a reflection of that. Unfortunately, this also means there’s more nightlife in the area than it used to be. The building’s location is beneficial in transport links and overall convenience. It also means it’s at the centre of some pretty bad anti-social behaviour.
You’ll find drunk people outside the building and from Thursdays till Mondays early morning if the club on Navigator Square is open. If your flat faces Navigators’ square side, you’ll find it pretty impossible to have a good night’s sleep on weekdays and go to work on a Friday or Monday sleepless.

The anti-social behaviour nearby during night club nights.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building Management is what’s holding this development. They do such a great job and are always welcoming you with a smile at reception. Property Management could perhaps take a lesson or 2 from them on customer service. Maybe they would stop losing tenants this way.

1. Please reduce the noise from ventilation system in bedroom.
2. Please keep the waste tube working all the day.
3. Reception’s service is good
4. Facilities in common room are not very clean and heating not work
5. Waste bin always full, and smells bad

I think the transport and shipping are very convenient, and enough cafe and restaurants to choose, but the tastes are not very good.

Responses are very quick, stuff can solve the problem at a short time
The house design is pretty good
The house design is pretty good: 2b2b. Facilities are also in a good condition, once there are some problems appeared, there would be stuff to help you solve it.The only bad thing is that the drill in the kitchen sometimes it is easy to block. The reception stuff is pretty friendly.

There are lots of shops and restaurants so it is pretty convenient. Also, the downstairs is archway station so the transport location is decent. In a word, everything’s perfect!

The heating system. It’s hard to operate because once u turn it off it turns into default mode and needs the stuff to set.

It’s pretty fast responding and once we report some problems they are willing to help us

The building is fab, can’t recommend it enough. The communal spaces are great and always kept tidy. The communal spaces are also great to WFH in if you like. The building is very modern and the flats are beautiful. The residents team are amazing and can’t help you enough, always lovely to stop and chat to! Love everything, can’t recommend the building enough.

Great location, right next to Archway tube stop! Also, everything you need in terms of shops, pubs and parks are all within a quick walking distance!

It’s easy enough to bring a van with all of your stuff in, park in the basement and then use the lift in the basement to bring up all of the stuff to the flat.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had an issue with the extractor fan when I moved in and someone came up to the flat to take a look the same day to help. No other issues aside from that!

Best place to live
Love living at vantage point, the building is really well decorated and all the flats have modern furniture. Great facilities from the gym to all the communal areas. The team is always very helpful the only problem that I have experienced is the noise from the outside and the flat get really warm during summer time.

The location is absolutely great, the building is just at the top of Archway station so it makes really easy to get to central London. The team is always there to help you out.

I wish I knew there wasn’t the air conditioning in the flat

They always helped me. Any problem I had in the flat has been fixed really quickly
Best place I’ve lived in the UK
The people at the front desk and the entire team is super friendly and helpful, they do make you feel at home. I never have to wait too long for an elevator. And the view from kitchen, the terrace and the games room is priceless. The flats are really nice with stylised furniture.

Super convinient to take the underground, and northern line is really well connected. All popular coffee shops are nearby (Starbucks, Costa, Greggs) and some local ones available too.
Archway wellbeing center is just around the corner which means a swimming pool nearby too.

Overall in amazing place to live, convinient, great views, and well located.

I have not had much experience with issues and dealing with the building management, but the few times I’ve reached out to them, they’ve been super responsive.
Lovely building and lovely staff
The development is lovely and the facilities are great! I would have lovely to have the opportunity to use the facilities more! Would love for there to be more parties now that Covid has calmed down. The staff are lovely and always very helpful when needed!

They have responded very quickly and efficiently! My washer broke and they replaced it the same day.
The best apartments in the UK
The design of the house is very avant-garde, with all floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the London Eye, and surrounded by low-rise buildings, you can see the whole picture of London, and there is a multi-purpose room on the 16th floor, where you can hold parties, as well as entertainment rooms and The gym can be said to be very friendly and healthy. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time we pass by and communicates with our tenants with a smile.

There is a subway station below the apartment, so it is very convenient to go anywhere, and there are various supermarkets below, cheap supermarkets, expensive supermarkets, as well as various fast food restaurants and restaurants from various countries, which are very perfect

I need to take the elevator to throw garbage in the apartment, go to the basement, and then I need to take the elevator upstairs after throwing garbage. Then I bumped into the front desk once, and the front desk asked if I need to wait for me to take the elevator upstairs after throwing the garbage, I said no thanks, Unexpectedly, he was waiting for me to go upstairs with me in front of the elevator door after I finished throwing the garbage. This moment moved me very much.

Very friendly and fast. Generally, if you have any questions, you can contact the front desk downstairs through the front of the room. They answer all questions patiently.

I would recommend this facility without any doubts!
Development is very well located. Super build quality. Nice interiors. Very responsive and amicable staff. Management is professional. And the list of facilities ( library, dining space, work space, terrace garden, gym, billiards room etc) is super useful.

The list of good aspects is endless! With grocery just below and tube station just beside the building makes your life incredibly effortless! Many options for Cafes, bakery and restaurants. Leisure center and Odeon few steps away!

Barely there has been any problem or issue and if at all it ever existed it was solved stress-free!
We love living at Vantage Point!
We love living at Vantage Point. The studio apartment is very well designed as the room divider creates separate bedroom and living room spaces (while still everything is open and in one space). The apartment is modern, was super clean upon moving in, and has great features like a wash/dry combination, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, and induction hob. Not all apartments have air conditioning – we don’t have AC and the apartment tends to get quite warm. The communal areas in the building are incredible, especially the top floors and the two roof terraces have incredible views all around. The gym is small but has everything you need to get a good workout in. You can hire some communal areas in the building for private events which is a great option. Last but not least, the residence team, security, and cleaning team are great. They create a safe & welcoming space within the building 24/7.

The best thing about the location of Vantage Point is that it is located above the Archway tube station. With easy access to the Northern line, you can be in the city centre (Oxford Street/SOHO) in 15 minutes. There are lots of supermarkets within a few min walking distance. There are also two parks nearby (Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath) within 10-15 min walking distance. There is a club on the square next to the building which on some nights can cause a lot of noise, but thankfully this is only once every few weeks, plus when you close the windows it shuts off most of the noise. The building offers parking (paid) in the parking garage underneath the building. Bin collections are made easy by being able to throw our garbage away in the basement.

The good thing is that the apartments are super soundproof – we have never dealt with any noise disturbance from within the building. Even the noise from outside (the occasional noise disturbance from the club on the square or sirens of ambulances with the hospital nearby) is extremely minimised by closing the window.
It does tend to get quite warm in our apartment apart from the cold winter days. However, even during winter, we have never needed to put on the heating. It would be nice if the apartment came with a build-in AC (like some of the other apartments do).

We have only experienced a few repair requests and they were fixed very quickly.
