Nicely design, looks elegant and modern. Lovely common facilities. Gym could have more cardio machines considering population of the building.
The concierge team is always helpful, esp Felix. Overall good place to live and to invite guests as well. 10/10.

Great location, ideally placed above the tube station making commute efficient and safe even at odd hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Do go for the fully furnished option- it’s all stylish and comfortable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I did not have any significant problems, responded quickly to water issue, internet problems took a bit longer.
Excellent building
The environment of the apartment is very warm, making me feel comfortable. The management personnel handle things quickly and have a good attitude. The facilities are really sound and user-friendly, with a gym, painting room, and restaurant. There are also dedicated personnel cleaning the apartment every day, and various news notifications are also very timely!

The subway station is downstairs, and there are convenient supermarkets, cafes, and bakeries next to it. It’s great!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think the most important thing to know before moving in is the living environment and price.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All the managers responded very promptly and resolved the issues very well. Their attitude was great and they were willing to communicate!
The building is so nice!
The building is so nice! I love the communal spaces – the rooftop gardens, BBQ area, living room spaces and work from home space is lovely! The building in general is very modern, has a lovely sleek finish to it and is also located right by archway station!

Fantastic building, great amenities and lovely team at reception, and around the building! Would highly recommend

Hmm, this is tough because Michelle was lovely at providing me with all the necessary information!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve responded really well. No issues on that end.
Building management is ok
The printer is usually not working. The design is good, but my building is redecorating recently, and it is creating troubles to tenants. Building management is ok. Property management is also ok. The facilities are good, we can use Terrance and the gym.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Near tube station, has a lot of supermarkets nearby.
But disttance to city centre is quite long, it’s time consuming.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wanted to know the WiFi system, and can we use digital keys.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I did not raise any questions since I moved in to the building.
Overall good
The design of the building is very good overall. The facilities is good but the gym needs to be improved. The facilities in the gym is very limited. Adding some Treadmills and elliptical machines would be much better.
There is sometimes bad smell in the lifts, which needs to be taken attention to.

The location is good. Various shops, bars and post office around. Transport is convenient but a little bit far from city Centre. Traffic noise is barely none. That’s good.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I have known that there is no microwave in the flat and no treadmill in the gym before I move in. You should mention it on your website. Because this is very important for some people.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is kind and actively responds issues.
Great place to live
Building is really modern and the management is absolutely great, downside is there is only one lift to go to the bin area because and the waste chute has never worked since I moved about 2 years ago. The building has amazing views over the London skyline
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Good aspects: at the top of archway tube station and just few steps away from all the supermarkets
Bad aspects: it can be quite noisy during because the Whittington hospital is just behind the building
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known my flat had more storage, there is a very tiny wardrobe
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They try to resolve my problem asap, they are super efficient
Excellent place to live in London!
Designs are great, all good with other facilities. It’s just a bit inconvenient when I have to go all the way down to basement for bin room, especially there’s only one elevator for that. When I move in they are refurbishing the building (but I know they’re trying to make it better!).
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
All good! Just some very minor issue. Especially it’s a bit messy around the metro station over the weekends when there’s no one collecting. But clearly it’s with the borough, doesn’t distract the excellence of the apartment itself.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe that the building is refurbishing? So I can prepare accordingly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Excellent! They are able to respond to any queries instantly in working days.

Vantage point , it’s like a luxury 5* Hotel
What can I say from our initial viewing with Michelle to our onboarding, it was a seamless and stress free process. The building is high quality and reminiscent of a luxury 5* hotel. The shared communal spaces are great. The flat we are in is well spaced and you feel you have room to breath ( unlike some other places we had previously viewed ) All the fixture and fitting are high quality. I would also like to thank the team who prepared our apartment it was spotless for our arrival.

I love north London. From the trendy Crouch End to the suburbs of Muswell Hill to the upcoming Archway. There are many shops and restaurants to keep you satisfied. The pedestrianised area near Archway station is really good and has helped the flow of traffic.

I think more needs to be done to highlight what build to rent is and how it works. I feel so confident in the landlord so much more over a traditional estate agent or a management company.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Using the app makes everything very easy. Also the resident team is just a phone call away.
We really like the resident team
We really like the residents team who works in the building.
The facilities is being updated and the construction has been a bit inconvenient.
The price of the rent is constantly shooting up every year. It doesn’t seem to match the market price and the facility upgrades.
The building events are becoming simpler every time. It used to be grander and more thought-through before.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The best aspect of living here is the fact we have the tube station right at our door step.
The bad aspect of living in this area is that we get quite a few homeless people around the building as well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That summers can become very hot inside the flats.
Thats the perks of the building, like free breakfasts, monthly events will not continue.
That the prices can go 20%-40% up from one year to the next.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We don’t feel like we are being heard really.
We could even feel like the residents team are not being heard too.
The spirit of the building is really not the same anymore. Most people look at it as a place that they will stay for a year or two.
Amazing place to live
Overall it is a very nice building, facilities and apartment. Love the view! Also, the apartments are so well isolated – I have never heard a neighbour. The residents team and neighbours feel like family, which is especially nice when living far from home. 🙂
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
It’s great that the tube station is basically next door and M&S downstairs. I’m not a fan of the shady peeps around the tube station, but it’s not too bad.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I never imagined we could live in a place where we don’t need to turn on heating in the winter! It is always warm (or hot) in this building – whether summer or winter.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always react very quickly, but sometimes it takes time to get things fixed.
Build to rent system is a good way to rent
Good flats. Nice people. The build to rent system solves a lot of daily needs (parcels, maintenance). Generally stress-free living which is the big advantage. Communal spaces are good for working and have a great view of London. Events for residents.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Very convenient for the tube. A few good restaurants. Area has grown with pedestrian square. Close to Highgate Village and Hampstead Heath. Lots of options for groceries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Flats can get warm in summer. Could use a bit of a wifi upgrade (GB cap).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Important repairs get done, same with a building-wide issue comes up.
Would help to give night reception people more tools to deal with eg. any wifi issues, as that is an all-day need.
