Broken and miserable Milverton Road takes the spirit out of Spirit Quarters.
Spirit Quarters in CV2 1QT is located just opposite a stream which runs with lot of stagnation. The stagnation causes weed growth and decay and this creates lot of offensive odour. It smells like poop and it is unbearable during warmer months especially. There is nothing good in the local area. It is dangerous to walk alone. There was a murder recently near the Bell Green Farmland store and Lloyds Pharmacy. The lawn opposite adds to the stink because dogs are brought here and it is very convenient for them to poop and pee.
Please review your development:
The Milverton road which is the only road to go out for shopping, food, school or hospital has too many pits and holes and makes driving a misery. It is not being repaired saying it will be done when all construction is over. Already we had endured torture for 2+ years and with another phase V starting it could last 3 more years. Spirit Quarters is giving us an opportunity to give our lives for this great country, as soon there will be accidents especially with children and vulnerable most likely dying. They will not repair the roads and prevent the council also from repairing because what they want is just money from selling their buildings.
I had to replace my car tyres and leaf spring due to the miserable Milverton road.
The house construction is not that admirable, many places creak and make noise as we climb stairs or walk around. The sink in the main bathroom also creaks, threatening to fall and may be fracture my feet. But who cares? They got the money.. thats all they want.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That we will not be able to drive freely in and out of the property. That there will be stinking gases coming out and cause illness in the long run to children and aged especially.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No, never they just give excuses. I have been telling about repairing the Milverton road for 2.5 years. Nothing has been done so far. Nor do they care about the stink benefitting our lungs from the nearby stream.
