The city of Coventry is located in the West Midlands, approximately 100km northwest of London. The city is well connected to London and other major cities via a network of fast trains and motorways.

Foleshill – this district offers residents easy access to two parks (War Memorial Park and Coombe Country Park). It is also close to Stoney Stanton Road, which boasts an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. This area is home to Foleshill Fire Station!

Hillfields – this suburb was named after its hilly terrain. Hillfields has numerous green spaces where residents can enjoy picnics or simply relax. I’ve been living in the apartment for 1,5 years. Location is really good, bus stop is a minute away, 7 min till the center of the city.

Please review your development:

The building feels very secure, with CCTV all around the place. Apartment has all essentials already like bed or microwave. It’s a little bit pricy especially for Coventry, but it’s a new building with all benefits of it. The reception staff is very helpful and you won’t ever worry about delivery of any packages. I would say it’s one of the best places Coventry can offer.

The apartments are wheelchair friendly, which is rather rare in Coventry.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All small fixes like shower leak was resolved within 1-2 days.

Elliott’s Yard is located within the ring road and is a short walking distance from the bus stop, pubs and the city center.

Please review your development:

The building is a new modern build which still feels light and homey. Building management couldn’t be more helpful and they have always welcomed any request. It is gated and secure with a 24 hour concierge service.

This apartment is simple, cosy, modern, and bright. Entering the flat, you can find an open kitchen with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen also include a table and 4 chairs. The living room has a very comfortable double sofa and large windows. This apartment is the perfect accommodation in a modern and functional environment.

Very helpful building management and great location, 3 min walk to Coventry University gym.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always been receptive to any problems I’ve had and we’re always quick to act and resolve the issue at hand.

Excellent location, spacious flats and good appliances
Restaurants and shops are nearby. Nice views from windows.
It would be nice if one of the common areas was a gym.

The location is quite close to city center. Shops, restaurants and bus stops are really close which are like 10 minutes walking distance.

Please review your development:

Building is highly secured, reception is always helpful and friendly. Furniture and flat design is quite nice and modern, maybe the best you can see in the area. Maintanence team is always helpful and very kind.
The only thing which I find expensive is parking fee in the car park within the building area.

Car park in the building is expensive and the space is not enough so you have to apply for a place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I face an issue with the white goods in the flat or anything else they were always really quick and helpful to solve the problems.
