Lovely and peaceful area no nuisance or rowdy neighbours, bad parking on some roads not enough space to walk on pavement

Please review your development:

Design wise it is lovely although the walls do feel weak seeing some cracks come through the walls overall aesthetic wise it is nice the area is tidy too. There’s no issue with property management. The rooms are a tad bit small but no big issue, some of the stuff is fitted awkwardly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had longer viewing when I came to view the house

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issue as I haven’t had any so far so good

Excellent Location – poor builder.

Review Date Sep 2022

The local area is very close to the City Centre which is an advantage however it lacks amenties within a short walk such as a good local shop. There is however a close Dr and Dentist and about 30 min on foot there is an Aldi.

Please review your development:

The estate feels poorly designed and is very windy with lots of random roads with little order, there is no playground or local park. It feels like the builders just didnt think about it. When I moved in all the paths didn’t connect. The recent buildings seem more organised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad the sound proofing would be – its terrible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been prompt with snags and other issues but lacked a response to large problems like poor noise proofing or estate design.

Good thing about the area is that it is quiet and the location is nice but the bad thing is the street lights have not been fixed ever since I moved here

Please review your development:

The design is nice but cracks are appearing in the walls already can’t get virgin broadband where I live and hedges put in place instead of Slabs or gravel it’s hard to maintain. Property management don’t come and fix things when contacted. Streetlight not been working for 3 years now

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known whether there was a smart meter in the house or not

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t responded at all. Contacted them a few times

Great estate but the surrounding area could be better and the company isn’t great

It’s a very nice estate but the surrounding area is very industrial so there aren’t many shops but you are very close to the town centre

Please review your development:

The design of the development is fine. It’s fairly standard new build. I think they’ve done the minimum they need to do. It doesn’t really have much character. The management isn’t great. They take a very long time to rectify any issues. The park is very nice but it would be nicer if there were some additional facilities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely book a professional snagger to find out all the issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve taken over a year to rectify our 7 day form which should have been sorted in a few weeks
