Located right in the city center, this neighborhood offers a prime spot for city living. The convenience is unparalleled, with well-connected public transportation options that make getting around a breeze. Occasionally, you might encounter minor traffic congestion, but it’s a small trade-off for the incredible accessibility and the vibrant city life right at your doorstep.

Please review your development:

Elliott’s Yard is the place to be, and part of what makes it so great is the awesome management team. Seriously, these folks are super friendly and always ready to help out. If you have a question or need something fixed, they’ve got your back.

They’re not just about running the place; they’re like your friendly neighbors. It’s a relief to know that if anything comes up, you’ve got a team that genuinely cares. Living here feels like being part of a community, thanks to their friendliness and helpfulness. 🏢😊👍

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One valuable tip I wish I had known before moving in is to check the peak hours for traffic in the area. While it’s a great location, knowing when the streets get busier could help plan your commute better. Overall, it’s a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic living experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management here is top-notch. They are incredibly helpful and impressively responsive to any problems or issues you raise. It’s a relief to know that if anything comes up, they’ve got your back. Their prompt and efficient response adds an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind to the living experience.

A nice place to live in

The common room is excellent. The coffee is good there. But the heater in our rooms doesn’t work well. We feel cold in winter even when the heater is on.

Please review your development:

The service and staffs are nice. We have common room to meet new friends and have parties. CCTV is on for 24 hours and we feel very safe. In all, it’s a good place to live in. Our requirements can be solved in time. No noise can be heard from other rooms.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The price and the service they would offer. And would it be noisy at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They can either respond through email or face to face.

Good aspect: Excellent bin collections and parcel collection service, litttle traffic noice

Bad aspect: Inconvenience of normal lives (shopping, eating, etc.) due to apartment location

Please review your development:

Design: Excellent. The interior areas of the apartment is comfortble and tiny for living. The parcel collection hub as well as common area in Highfield is great for me.
Facilities: Excellent. Near all facilities are high-quality for normal usage, except from the heating facilities in my room.
Building and property management: Great. All staffs and maintainers are patient and professional for the services provided.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Whether there was (were) residents previously in the same apartment I rent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very patient and timely-I can always get assistance from the management teams when some problems need to be tangled.
