Great accomodation for renters

Review Date Oct 2024

Cheaper bills ans reasonable rent, although a big jump in rent this year compared to last year.

The overall look of the flats are nice and the finishing is good equipped with everything you need e.g. washing machine and dishwasher.

Good sized rooms and modern bathroom, the property feels safe and secure.

The parking can be a bit annoying at the far block due to trees and limited lighting.

Please review your development:

Overall the 2 bed room flats are nice, easy to clean and are quite modern in terms of appliances and finishing throughout the apartments.

The price is reasonable and the bills are cheap making it ideal for renters.

The letting agency often do 2 events a year such as free pizza and coffee.

The maintenance can sometimes take a while to complete.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One good thing i wish i knew before is the wifi situation. The apartments have fiber throughout so the wifi available is very good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In some cases maintenance requests can take a long while to be sorted.

I like the design of my studio

Review Date Oct 2024

I’m very happy with the area, I have local shops, gym, big superstores, my work place all with in 1 mile. The traffic routes are great and are very easy to head into Coventry or Birmingham. The
flats themselves are situated off a main road and therefore are very quiet, infact I can’t hear any traffic from were my flat is situated and the people in my block are very quiet aswell. All in all it’s very peaceful living here.

Please review your development:

I like the design of my studio, it’s my first time living alone and it’s the perfect to size to keep tidy while being spacious enough to get everything ai need within it. I like how the appliances (washing machine, fridge etc) are hidden away within the kitchen units aswell. The online system for reporting any issues is very handy and the management are easy to get hold of if there are any issues.

Overall this is a very positive review but I’ve been here 6 months now and I haven’t really had an issue yet so I can’t complain.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I order quite alot off Amazon, sometimes the delivery driver will bring the item up the stairs and leave it outside my door, sometimes they will leave the item under the post boxes on the ground floor. This confused me at first as I had a message saying it was delivered to me but was actually left downstairs, but you soon get used to it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The only ‘problem’ was that when I moved in there was a lock in the bin cupboard and I couldn’t find the come in the welcome pack, quick phone call to the offices and the code was passed over.
