The building is a short walk to the centre, which makes eating out, shopping and commuting to work really easy. The area itself is nice and safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management is amazing, incredibly fast to answer to any query and help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of the building is great. It is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city center. My apartment is near to the main road but I hardly had any issues with noises. Bin room is neatly kept as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't got any issues on this yet. But other questions to the reception are normally responded to promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I loved that I was able to receive actual video of the apartment I was going to get.

The building is well-designed with good management and useful facilities, but it lacks nearby shops, a park, and a lift, making accessibility and convenience more difficult.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Our building is located near Sainsbury’s main store, about a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away, which is very convenient. However, there are no local shops within a 5- to 10-minute walking distance for urgent needs, and there isn’t a nearby park for walks or for children to play. The nearest train station is about a 35-minute walk, and the closest bus stop is around 10 minutes away on foot.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very responsive and in every repair or issue that has occurred.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The walls and ceilings between floors are thin and allow noise to travel easily.

Quiet area, multiple bus stops within 20min walk, supermarkets within 20min walk, local shops within 10 min walk
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very slow to respond to maintenance requests, all contractors are private and must bid on jobs before they can be actioned, leading to long wait times
