Aura in Edgware

This development is really nice, I love living here. It’s family and pet friendly. I like my flat – it is spacious and has many big windows and a lovely balcony. I like the design, it’s modern. All neighbours are friendly and I feel safe here.

We are a big family, our flat is spacious and modern. Everything inside my flat is brand new and everything is good. I chose to live here because it is a good place for families, schools and parks too close by.

The Edge is another popular new development close to Burnt Oak station in Edgware. This scheme offers one, two and three bedroom flats as well as a number of four bedroom houses.

The apartment is nice spacious and modern, the apartment is self contained which is exactly what I was looking for. The kitchen and bathroom were new and gorgeous when I moved in which I expect.

Great build, new development and is very nice inside, big and spacious, bathroom and kitchen very good condition. My house is three stories and fits my whole family with ease. I chose this property because of how big the house is and it doesn’t disappoint.

Overall it is a great location to live in.

Oh like the location and I don’t like the dirtiness.

Please review your development:

Overall it is a great location to live in. However, when it comes to internet speed or phone network is extremely bad. It would be good to see improvements on those two aspects.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The internet speed.

Living I between two stations is great. Also hospital right besides us which is very convient. Close by schools

Please review your development:

The apartment is nice spacious and modern, the apartment is self contained which is exactly what I was looking for. The kitchen and bathroom were new and gorgeous when I moved in which I expect. However parking is difficult, only one car park space per apartment so I can’t park my other car here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew about the parking space situation, it’s very annoying

Good area, good access to central London, nice and quiet area. Schools are local and of very good quality.

Please review your development:

The apartment is OK sized, could be bigger but it’s not bad for its price. The kitchen and bathroom is of good quality and something I’m very pleased with. My apartment also comes with a balcony which is a plus. Not good upkeeping of the development grounds with lots of rubbish around

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None so far

They park cars in the wrong place. The people here are really friendly.

Please review your development:

There’s supermarkets nearby, there is a school. There are parks and there is also a community centre right on ourequest doorstep. The parking is good the bad thing about this place is that there are so many new developments being built.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didn’t know there were so many new houses.
