Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've really enjoyed living here. There are plenty of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, so everything you need is close by. There are also some lovely open green spaces nearby, which are perfect for going for a walk or relaxing outdoors. Transport links are excellent, with convenient access to buses, the Jubliee and the Met line, making it quick and easy to get around London. The street itself feels safe, clean and well maintained. Bin collections are reliable, parking is well managed, and I've experienced very little traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it's a friendly, convenient and peaceful place to live, and I'd happily recommend it to others.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and they’ve been amazing responding to my emails and finding solutions quickly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking in Wembley Park is very restricted and can be difficult at times.
