Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are so many options near us! We are five minutes from the Tube station, and have a Sainsburys, Lidl, Tesco, and Asda all within walking distance. Although there are concerts that happen, the noise doesn't permeate into our flat, and we are able to go about our days and evenings without disturbance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly - there are two ways to go about raising an issue, through emailing the residents team or through the app. Both have quick responses. It is reassuring that the management team has eyes on different ways to reach out to them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I appreciate that the team is taking the security concerns seriously when there are trespassers. There are trespassing signs posted up everywhere and security in this building has been top notch.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very clean, quiet, and safe, which makes it a great place to live. There are plenty of modern buildings and the overall environment feels well maintained. There are convenient local shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so daily life is very comfortable. Public transport is also easily accessible, making it simple to get around. The streets are generally peaceful with minimal noise, and parking is usually manageable. Overall, it’s a pleasant and high-quality area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is excellent. Whenever there is an issue, they respond very quickly and resolve it efficiently. They are reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with, which makes living here very comfortable and stress-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I would say is to make full use of the shared spaces and facilities in the building. There are a variety of great communal areas that really enhance the living experience, so it’s worth taking advantage of them as much as possible.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve had a great experience living in this area. There’s a really good mix of local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The quality is consistently high and there’s plenty of choice whether you’re looking for something quick or a nicer place to eat. There are also some lovely green spaces close by and station nearby too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had issues with lighting and intercom that would sorted straight away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much the car parking was, should have been made more clear.

Manager response

Modern Living with Great Location but Room for Management Improvement

Mahek (Tenant)

Repton Gardens, Wembley Park, HA9

Apr 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the Repton Gardens area is generally very convenient and well-connected. There’s an excellent range of local shops, supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda), cafés and restaurants within walking distance, plus Boxpark, the Designer Outlet and a cinema nearby, so there’s always plenty to do. The development itself has good communal green spaces, and the wider area feels modern, clean and relatively safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is generally responsive, but response times can vary. Some issues are resolved efficiently, while others take longer than expected, particularly when communication is unclear or follow-ups are needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the area can get on event days at Wembley Stadium—crowds, noise, and transport congestion can really change the feel of the neighbourhood. I’d also highlight that parking for visitors is quite limited and can be expensive, so it’s worth planning ahead. Finally, while the development looks great on a viewing, day-to-day management and upkeep of shared spaces can be a bit inconsistent, so it helps to set expectations around that.

Manager response

Mahek, Thank you for taking the time to review Repton Gardens. We appreciate your feedback regarding management responsiveness and communication, and we are committed to improving these areas to enhance your experience. Kind regards, Petra, Resident Manager
