Excellent Maintenance Team at Quinten Living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafés and other amenities within easy reach. Transport links are excellent, making it straightforward to travel around London, and having open spaces nearby is an added benefit. The area feels lively and well connected, while the proximity to the stadium and surrounding facilities gives it a great atmosphere. At busy times, traffic and noise can increase, but overall the convenience and accessibility of the area are excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been very responsive and helpful. Whenever I have raised an issue, it has been acknowledged quickly and resolved efficiently, often within a few hours. The maintenance and front desk teams are professional, friendly and genuinely committed to helping residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient the development is. The location, facilities and level of support from the team make everyday life much easier than I expected. I also didn’t realise how useful the building’s event arrangements and dedicated access areas would be, especially when there are events nearby. Overall, it has been a very pleasant surprise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient local area, great range of shops, cafes, restaurants and food places within the walking distance, which is really important for me as someone who comes home quite late from work. There is Asda Superstore, Tesco Extra and IKEA which are pretty close by bus. Also there are plenty open spaces to spend time with friends and family, and basically everything you need for everyday life is close by. Transport links are great with easy connections to central London, you have plenty of options to avoid strikes, Wembley stadium train station right next to the building and Wembley central, Wembley park both ~15 mins walk. The area can get very busy and noisy on match days, concerts or when there are any other events at Wembley Stadium, but it’s generally well organised and I’ve never had any major problems because of it. Just took other routes to get home, which don’t take much longer. Overall, I’ve found the area comfortable, convenient, safe and enjoyable to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised an issue. The maintenance team has a personal approach and takes the time to understand each problem while dealing with everything professionally. You never feel ignored or left alone to deal with a problem yourself, and overall, communication has always been easy and supportive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t really anything I wish I had known before moving in, as everything I’ve experienced so far was clearly explained to me in advance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am very pleased to say that I made a good choice to live in QUINTAIN Wembley Park. That’s the reason that it’s been 4 years me being a resident in this area. And not any plans to move out. We made lots of good friends and we have lots of convenient stores and all high street restaurants r just on door step. Good community over all. The only thing which annoys me or I call it super inconvenient when it’s an event day in Wembley stadium. We have than very limited time access to the car park. I hope it will get resolve in future. Over all I am loving it here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the issues get resolved very quickly. The maintenance team is extreamly helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wud say if I did a bit more vowing for example a 2 bed apartment I wud have taken that at that time. Cause u get a bit more space in that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’m very happy with the local area overall. There is a good range of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as plenty of open and pedestrianised space. Transport connections are excellent and make getting into central London very convenient. The area generally feels clean, modern and well maintained. It can become noticeably busier on event days, with more people, traffic and crowded public transport, but this is predictable and has not been a significant issue for me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally responded professionally and efficiently whenever I have raised an issue. Communication has been good, and maintenance problems have been acknowledged and dealt with appropriately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The main thing worth knowing is how much busier the surrounding area can become during major events. This can mean larger crowds and busier transport for a few hours. It is very manageable once you are used to it, though, and for me the benefits of the location significantly outweigh this inconvenience.
