Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s Wembley Stadium, and obviously, there are a bunch of shops here and there is no doubt about that. Still, with the London Designer Outlet it goes beyond expectations in terms of accessibility to everything. The only downside of the neighbourhood is something that depends on your personality because on game days the area is closed off and also full of people, if you like to have a crowded and lively area it would be better for you but if not about 20 days a year it discomfort you.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At this moment, the building management issues are solved and they are great right now.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Actually, I have researched the area and the building. I have seen a lot of buildings around here and in other neighborhoods, and I have no regrets or anything I wished to do before moving here. I love here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good Aspects: It's in a great location, very close to public transport and feels very safe as a woman who commutes to work at all hours. There is always security around and it is well lit. If you have a dog, lots of the nearby stores/bars/cafes are dog friendly and the building has private dog parks which are so handy when you live in an apartment block. Bad Aspects: There can be a lot of noise from the Nursery below. Have to walk the long way round if there is an event on as no two-way system.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond promptly. You can contact them via the app, via email or go down in person to speak to the friendly team on the desk. Last issue we had that required maintenance, they turned up 10 minutes later. A problem we had with another resident was investigated accordingly, and they spoke with me to let me know what action had been taken and the outcome. They keep us up to date with any issues we raise, even if it does seem like there has been no solution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known the nursery below us was open air - it's the only caveat to our current flat is hearing Baby Shark on repeat. I also wish I'd known they didn't allow two-way system on event days. All you would need is a small section cordoned off for people heading against the crowd when an event lets out, instead of making residents walk the long way round which is darker and feels unsafe. Also not suitable if you have mobility issues/wheelchair or pram.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very quiet place; people at the reception are always nice and kind, presente 7/7 and 24/24. They are amazing. AWOL people are very nice; they understand all your needs and they try their best to make feel good and welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very quickly and are ready to listen to your issues. They are ready to fix any problem as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nono, because AWOL, especially Dolan was clear and showed all the matters.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Best location in wembley park. Gym, grocery store in the same building. However sometimes too noisy due to the building being super close to the stadium. But windows are sound proof

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response time is fair enough however sometimes part replacements have taken a bit longer than expected

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have checked the property in the morning. It becomes a bit darker (lack of sunlight) since it faces the stadium on the back side
