Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I was hesitant about moving to Wembley Park, but boy have I been proven wrong. My main concerns were that it is located far from the city centre but it makes up for it with great connectivity by public transport. It takes me less amount of time to travel from here to work than it did me when I was living in Zone 2. Once you are here, the area is great - safe and clean open space, multiple options for groceries, eating out and other shopping - even the GP is local right under the building. Even the stadium is very well managed that the crowds barely get in the way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff play a great role in making sure that living here feels safe and easy. Thanks for going above and beyond, Liza and Steven. Looking forward to my continued stay here :D

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the Railcard discounts on public transport in London, if so I would have moved here sooner.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great links to central London via the metropolitan line, however it is often late or cancelled and on match days impossible

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The only maintenance problem I had was with Samsung which was quite a long and tedious process but it did get resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My main issue would be the lifts and the metropolitan line, but the sense of community it great and the shared spaces are excellent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Facilities are well equipped and daily life is convenient. Transport links are not very convenient though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management usually responds quite quickly and handles issues in a professional and friendly way. Communication is clear, and maintenance requests are generally resolved within a reasonable time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the transport connections are a bit less convenient than expected, especially when travelling late at night. Other than that, the overall living experience has been very comfortable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this local area is absolutely wonderful! The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and cozy bars are fantastic, providing everything we need right on our doorstep. There are also plenty of beautiful open spaces and parks that are perfect for relaxing walks. Transport links are incredibly convenient, making commuting a breeze with reliable and frequent connections. The street itself is very peaceful and well-maintained; bin collections are always on time, parking is rarely an issue, and there is a lovely, safe community feel with zero anti-social behavior or disruptive traffic noise. It's a truly fantastic place to call home!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I have raised any issues. They always acknowledge my requests almost immediately and ensure that a professional team is dispatched to resolve the problem swiftly. Their communication is consistently clear, polite, and reassuring, which makes living here stress-free and very comfortable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier just how wonderfully warm and welcoming the community here is! Also, a great tip for a new neighbor is that the building's management team is incredibly helpful with organizing parcel deliveries and helping out with moving logistics. The local shops nearby also offer fantastic weekend discounts that you wouldn’t normally find out about during a standard quick viewing. It is a fantastic place to live!
