Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transport links are what brought me here to start with! I’ve been living here for several years and have felt right at home. There are of course event days where we have surges of people coming through, but the security and solid organisation of the event makes it easy to keep going about your day as normal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In a timely and considerate manner. They’re always on top of their tasks which has given me the reassurance I need to get on with my day without any additional thoughts on what still needs to happen. If I bring something to their attention, they’ve taken care of it right away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t have anything in particular to share. I’ve been happy with my stay.

I never thought that the customer service would be so exemplary.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There a lots of really great supermarkets and things to do in the area! Sainsburys Local is JUST down the road and is open till pretty late. Boxpark also has some fantastic food options, with some events happening here too (weekly quizzes!) I’d say the only downside to living here is the lack of parking, particularly when you have guests over. As someone who doesn’t own a car, but frequently has visitors over, it’s very difficult to find affordable, all day parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are very good at responding any issues I raise

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rooms have no ovens!! But there are ovens on the 12th floor.

A Beautiful Development with an Outstanding Team

Ferrum, Wembley Park, HA9

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the best things about living in Ferrum is definitely the location. Despite being so close to Wembley Stadium, the area is surprisingly quiet for most of the year. You have everything you need within walking distance, so you don’t always have to travel into Central London to enjoy yourself. A huge advantage is the proximity to Wembley Stadium Station, which gets you to Marylebone in less than 10 minutes, making commuting incredibly convenient. I also love how much Wembley has improved over the years. There is a great selection of restaurants, cafés, dessert places and the London Designer Outlet, plus a modern GP practice that works really well. Brent Reservoir Park is nearby for walks or outdoor activities, and Brent Cross shopping center, same as Westfield, is also close by. Having both IKEA and Tesco Extra just a five-minute drive away is another big plus. The only downside is that during the summer, when there are major concerts or events at the stadium, getting home can be a little more difficult due to the crowds. However, it’s a relatively minor inconvenience considering all the benefits of the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team is one of the strongest aspects of the development. The residents’ app works quite well for reporting issues and tracking requests. The only challenge is that repairs involving external contractors can sometimes take longer or be a little more difficult to coordinate. However, what really makes the difference is having the maintenance team on site every day. Seeing them around the building, always approachable and willing to help, gives you confidence that any issue will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Their presence and responsiveness add real value to living here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest everything was pretty clear since the beginning

This complex is amazing! It’s 200m from the designer outlet and all the shops and restaurants. Everything you need is on your doorstep.

How to book BBQs on the roof terrace, so good! £10 for 2 hours!
