Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Theres alot of food options for sure , and some nice green space nearby repton gardens but definitely could be more . In terms of social aspects there isnt much issue , the only times you might face something like that would be on event days but the crowd management is definitely top notch getting 80k people out of the stadium without trouble is a great feat . And locking up entrance to the residential areas is also a great thing . But theres alot of construction noise thats definitely one thing , its REALLY loud and all day long , and it could be covered better since theres so much dust and debris in the air from the construction

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super swift and helpful . Be it anything , a maintenance issue , or general query or just asking about tenancy related stuff , they have always been helpful and fast and have contributed to my great stay here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish if I had known how great this place was I would've moved in earlier

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: - Looks likeable - A lot of facilities Bad: - The commute to the center takes 45 min. Not necessarily bad, just saying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quickly and solved everything I raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes the events are really big and you have to struggle through the crowd to get to the grocery. That's probably the only downside. But hey, you get to see and partially hear all the concerts from the rooftop, and get access to all the artist merch shops

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is lively and convenient, with a good range of shops, restaurants, cafés and open spaces within easy reach. Public transport connections are excellent, making commuting and travelling around London straightforward. The street and surrounding area generally feel safe and well maintained, although traffic noise and busy periods can occasionally be noticeable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally responded professionally and efficiently. Joanna is especially helpful, provides excellent customer service and works hard to resolve issues quickly. Chukumbu and Steven are also outstanding receptionists who are friendly, attentive and supportive. The professional security team responds reliably and helps residents feel safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about how busy and noisy the surrounding area can occasionally become, particularly during event days. However, the excellent transport links, convenient local amenities and helpful reception and security teams make living here very comfortable. New neighbours should introduce themselves to the reception team, as they are knowledgeable and always willing to help.
