The Robinson, Wembley Park, HA9

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super convenient and clean places to live. Sainsbury / Lidl / Costco / many restaurants nearby. During event days , it'd be a little bit inconvenience but it's acceptable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded well to any issues I’ve raised. It’s easy to log tickets through the app, and the system is straightforward to use. In most cases, I usually receive a response within one day, which makes the process feel efficient and reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known before moving in that Quintain Living residents sometimes get discount rates at nearby restaurants and other brands like Samsung. That is a really attractive benefit, and it would have been great if it had been made more visible or transparent before I moved in, as it definitely adds extra value to living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

great location but concerts may be a bit loud sometimes due to the crowds. the rubbish chute has been closed since many months ago and hasn’t been fixed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they are prompt at responding to issues but better if the engineer could come on time or within the selected time frame. the rubbish chute on our floor has been out of service for a long time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

crowds during concerts and when to avoid them. and that the rubbish chutes don’t really work.
