Super convenient and clean places to live. Sainsbury / Lidl / Costco / many restaurants nearby. During event days , it'd be a little bit inconvenience but it's acceptable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded well to any issues I’ve raised. It’s easy to log tickets through the app, and the system is straightforward to use. In most cases, I usually receive a response within one day, which makes the process feel efficient and reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known before moving in that Quintain Living residents sometimes get discount rates at nearby restaurants and other brands like Samsung. That is a really attractive benefit, and it would have been great if it had been made more visible or transparent before I moved in, as it definitely adds extra value to living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall, it’s a good area to live in with a pleasant environment, convenient transport links (most days), and nice local facilities. One downside is that on event days at Wembley Stadium, access can be heavily restricted—roads are controlled and buses may not run. While the security measures are understandable, deliveries sometimes can’t reach the area, which can be really inconvenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly. I can raise a ticket via the app, and issues are usually acknowledged and resolved promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much event days can affect day-to-day life, road controls, diverted buses, and sometimes deliveries not being able to access the area. Tip: check the stadium event schedule and try to book deliveries/appointments on non‑event days.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s being developed. Which is exciting to see. The concerts and matches in Wembley can be a faff but also only if you at it that way. Listening to Harry Styles/Bruno Mars/ Luke Combs while I cook my dinner was an amazing experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been always great listeners. I had one or two things to fix in the flat and they were great about it.

Miletto (the coffee shop) is a gem hidden in the neighbourhood.

Good: - Looks likeable - A lot of facilities Bad: - The commute to the center takes 45 min. Not necessarily bad, just saying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quickly and solved everything I raised.

Sometimes the events are really big and you have to struggle through the crowd to get to the grocery. That's probably the only downside. But hey, you get to see and partially hear all the concerts from the rooftop, and get access to all the artist merch shops

There’s everything here that a human would need to live here. I was living in a studio apartment in robinson south all by myself it was the best time of my life. Had no issues living here. The service is extraordinary.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were always there to help the residents are actually valued.

I never thought that the customer service would be so exemplary.
