Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like this area overall. The local shops are fantastic, a great mix of independent boutiques and handy everyday stores that give the neighbourhood real character. There's no shortage of supermarkets either, with several options covering all budgets. Restaurants and cafes add to the lively atmosphere, making it easy to eat well without travelling far. Open green spaces are a welcome bonus for walks and weekends. Transport links are convenient with good connections into the centre. The street feels friendly and well-kept with reasonable parking and minimal anti-social behaviour. During summer, Wembley Stadium events can bring noise and traffic, but overall it remains a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and efficient in my experience. I had one incident involving a clogged shower, which was resolved promptly and without any unnecessary back and forth. The team handled it professionally and I was kept informed throughout. Overall I have been pleased with how issues are dealt with here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wembley events are far more frequent than I expected. Especially during summers.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is nice overall. The only downside is that noise can occasionally increase on event days at Wembley Stadium, but overall, it is a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has usually responded promptly to issues raised and kept residents informed throughout the process. Maintenance requests and general enquiries were handled professionally, and communication was clear and courteous.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Event days at Wembley Stadium can make the area much busier than usual, particularly around transport hubs and local restaurants. While this is generally manageable and comes with the benefit of living in a lively area, it is useful to be aware of when planning travel or hosting visitors.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is one of the biggest advantages of living at The Robinson. Wembley Park offers an excellent range of shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment facilities, including the London Designer Outlet and numerous supermarkets within walking distance. Transport links are outstanding, with Wembley Park Station providing quick access to Central London via the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. The area feels modern, lively and well maintained, while still offering plenty of open spaces for walking and recreation. The streets are generally clean and safe, and the neighbourhood has a welcoming atmosphere. Living here is both convenient and enjoyable, with everything needed for day-to-day life close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have raised a question or requested assistance, the building management team has responded quickly and professionally. Communication has always been clear and helpful, and any issues have been dealt with efficiently. The staff are approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to maintaining a high standard of service for residents. Their responsiveness has contributed greatly to a positive living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient and vibrant Wembley Park is as a place to live. Everything from supermarkets and restaurants to entertainment venues and transport links is within easy walking distance. I would also tell new residents to take advantage of the community events and local facilities, as they really help create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the area and development exceeded my expectations and made settling in very easy.

Manager response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Having lived at Quintain Living for the past two years, we can honestly say it has been a fantastic place to call home. The location is outstanding. With three different train lines all within a 10-minute walk, getting around London is incredibly easy. The Wembley Stadium atmosphere brings a unique energy to the area, while the London Designer Outlet is only a five-minute walk away for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The amenities are excellent. Having a gym in the building, tennis courts just metres from the front door, and four supermarkets all within a short walk makes everyday life incredibly convenient. There are also fantastic pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries nearby, meaning everything you need is right on your doorstep. One of our favourite features is the view of the park from the balcony, along with the sense of community throughout the development. The social spaces available to residents are exceptional and make it easy to host larger gatherings and celebrations. Quintain also regularly organises resident events, which helped us meet some amazing people and form friendships that we expect will last a lifetime. The building itself is modern, warm, and extremely well maintained. The parcel room means we've never had to worry about missing deliveries, and the concierge team are always friendly, professional, and happy to help. On the rare occasions we've had maintenance issues, they have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Perhaps most importantly, the area feels safe, welcoming, and family-friendly. There is a real sense of community here that is difficult to find elsewhere in London. There are so many more positives we could mention, but overall, Quintain Living has provided us with a wonderful home and an exceptional living experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone considering moving to the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All maintenance issues that we have had in the two years which has only been one item was attended to and sorted within the week it was raised to the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If there is one thing we wish we’d known before moving in, it’s just how quickly Quintain would feel like home. From the welcoming community and fantastic staff to the friendships we’ve made and the lifestyle we’ve enjoyed, we’ve created so many wonderful memories here. What started as a place to live became somewhere we truly belonged, which is why leaving is far harder than we ever expected.
