Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area around Wembley Park is very convenient, with a good range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Many open spaces and parks are also nearby, which are great for walking and relaxing. Transport links are excellent, with Wembley Park Underground Station providing easy access to central London via the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. Wembley Stadium and Wembley Central are also easy to reach. The area can become quite busy and noisy during events at Wembley Stadium, particularly with increased pedestrian traffic and traffic congestion. Bin collection and general street maintenance are efficient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team are generally helpful and responsive. Most issues are acknowledged quickly and dealt with reasonably well, although some maintenance requests can take a little longer to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the guarantor process can take a bit of time. It’s worth getting all the required documents ready in advance, as the checks and approval process aren’t always immediate. I’d recommend starting the process as early as possible so it doesn’t delay your move-in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wembley Park is a great place to live, we have access to great local shops such as Tesco, Sainsbury's and a huge Asda that is roughly a 15 - 20 min walk away. The area is great for walks/runs and is generally a safe and friendly area. There is also access to a large number of fast food resturants and many options to cater to most people. The London Design Square has numerous brands such as Nike, New Balance, Addidas and more with loads of discounted prices all year round. There are great activities around as well such as padel courts and a movie theatre. The transport links are my fav part, I never have to worry about getting to central as the options are endless.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded promptly and pleasantly. They really are the best team of individuals, always willing to help no matter the issue.

The resident app is a must! Definitely recommend getting that ASAP.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspect loving in Wembley Park is the accessibility of everything - groceries, church, transportation, restaurants, gym, event places. Down side might be the closure of the streets during the stadium events. And sometimes it is closed the night before the event which is very inconvenient since the notices mentioned in the lifts said that road closures are 6-8 hour before the event NOT the night before the event. The development is considered a complete community within the community as it got almost everything you need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded very quickly to every concerns and issues. It is so easy to send them queries too.

All information were provided to me. Cant think of anything.

All good so far haven’t experienced any negatives about living here, the tubes easily accessible and so are shops

No issues yet have had to be raised but the process seems simple enough

Van height restrictions for car park meant we had to park nearby and walk with our stuff and more information on where to park u til your number plates been registered

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of good quality shopsand restaurants in the neighbourhood. Everything is reachable. Living here is so convenient. There is a refuse chute in each floor, a dedicated place for larger bins and a concierge 24/7.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have an app that is very easy to use. All issues are raised there and management has been very responsive.

I regret allowing the prospect of residing near a stadium to deter me. Had I been aware that it would not be an issue, I would have relocated here sooner. The noise levels are quite manageable, the walls provide excellent soundproofing, and the vicinity is securely monitored during events.
