The shops nearby are very good, you have a range of different ones to chose from. The tube connection to central London is also very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, Ken has always been very responsive and helpful.

The move went very smoothly, very convenient to have a gym, reception and mantainance in one place. It removes quite a lot of hustle

Highly recommend. Events at the stadium won’t cause any issues unless you drive. With windows shut you can barely hear anything. I’d still suggest you should try to keep on top of upcoming events so you don’t get surprised by anything!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

By and large management responded to requests for help, although over time the response speed declined.

You should monitor for upcoming events yourself. The building management will place warning in elevators but you may be miss the notes.

nearby amenities and transport links which works well when you need to use trains or buses. lots of shop nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised are dealt with promptly and work doing is always done right.

Nothing Id add to or change about living and working in the development.

Wembley Park is an amazing and modern area with great restaurants around and amenities for families, even though it might get busy during events

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has a dedicated email and portal for residents, where they track execution of tickets raised. So far, no complains.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A few residents might be annoying, but that's inevitable due to sheer size of the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are shops and bars available in the area and the tube is a 15 min walk so access to travel is decent. However, for a young professional the night life is not the best and getting into central can be a pain particularly during event days and summer in general. The collection of Costco trolleys on the pavement are also a pain!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They didn't. I have had ongoing disputes for 5 months and counting that are not reserved. A recognised issue with our utility meters has never been resolved. I have asked for maintenance to come out to rectify an issue and appointment was set by the maintenance team and no one showed up.
