There is a 10+ mins walk to Wembley Park station. The area can also get busy on event days.

The area is very clean, quiet, and safe, which makes it a great place to live. There are plenty of modern buildings and the overall environment feels well maintained. There are convenient local shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so daily life is very comfortable. Public transport is also easily accessible, making it simple to get around. The streets are generally peaceful with minimal noise, and parking is usually manageable. Overall, it’s a pleasant and high-quality area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is excellent. Whenever there is an issue, they respond very quickly and resolve it efficiently. They are reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with, which makes living here very comfortable and stress-free.

One thing I would say is to make full use of the shared spaces and facilities in the building. There are a variety of great communal areas that really enhance the living experience, so it’s worth taking advantage of them as much as possible.

Amazing crowd & good location, everything is accessible at your doorstep, staff is very helpful! Really appreciate it.

Solved very quickly. Staff is very helpful & effective.

Amazing events by the building to interact and meet new people!

It was amazing to stay with Quintain living ( Robinson East). Highly recommend! Bin collection management was great! Social activities, alleyway smells so good feels very fresh when you come home from work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had sink blockage and management solved the issues very quickly and necessary actions were taken in time.

Before moving we were asked to view the property properly and report the damage or any issues that you may see and before you move in it can be either put in action or will be assessed and you will be given information about the necessary steps which I feel is amazing that you don’t have to worry in future.

Overall, the area is quite convenient live in. There are a good range of local shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, making daily life easy. Transport links are also fairly accessible, with buses and other connections available within walking distance. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and pleasant. However, it can get a bit noisy on match days due to nearby sporting events, with increased traffic and crowds. Aside from that, it is a comfortable and livable area with no major issues regarding safety or cleanliness.

The building management has generally been responsive and helpful when issues are raised. Most concerns are acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe, and efforts are made to resolve them efficiently. Communication is usually clear, and follow-ups are provided when necessary. While response times can occasionally vary depending on the issue, overall the management team is reliable and supportive.
