Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I was hesitant about moving to Wembley Park, but boy have I been proven wrong. My main concerns were that it is located far from the city centre but it makes up for it with great connectivity by public transport. It takes me less amount of time to travel from here to work than it did me when I was living in Zone 2. Once you are here, the area is great - safe and clean open space, multiple options for groceries, eating out and other shopping - even the GP is local right under the building. Even the stadium is very well managed that the crowds barely get in the way.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff play a great role in making sure that living here feels safe and easy. Thanks for going above and beyond, Liza and Steven. Looking forward to my continued stay here :D
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the Railcard discounts on public transport in London, if so I would have moved here sooner.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Repton Gardens boasts a convenient location with excellent transport links and nearby amenities, including shops, cafés, and restaurants. There are also nice parks and open spaces for outdoor relaxation. Public transport is a significant advantage, with easy bus and train access for commuting in London. The street feels safe and well-maintained, with regular bin collections and clean surroundings. While there can be some traffic noise during peak hours, it's manageable. Parking for visitors may be limited, but residents typically navigate it easily. The community atmosphere in the building is friendly and welcoming.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been responsive, professional and helpful whenever I have raised any concerns. In particular, Liza has been exceptional — she is always approachable, understanding and quick to help resolve issues, whether it involves missing parcels, general queries or stressful situations. Her kindness and positive attitude genuinely make residents feel supported and valued.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how important a good building management team can be in shaping your overall living experience. A viewing can show you the apartment itself, but you only truly understand the value of supportive staff once you live there day to day. Having someone like Liza, who is always welcoming, proactive and genuinely caring, makes the building feel much more like a community rather than just a place to stay.
Manager response
Hello Radhika, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We really appreciate your kind words and will be sure to pass them on to Liza and the team. Kind regards,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are so many options near us! We are five minutes from the Tube station, and have a Sainsburys, Lidl, Tesco, and Asda all within walking distance. Although there are concerts that happen, the noise doesn't permeate into our flat, and we are able to go about our days and evenings without disturbance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly - there are two ways to go about raising an issue, through emailing the residents team or through the app. Both have quick responses. It is reassuring that the management team has eyes on different ways to reach out to them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I appreciate that the team is taking the security concerns seriously when there are trespassers. There are trespassing signs posted up everywhere and security in this building has been top notch.
Manager response
Hi Yiwa, thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're so happy to hear that our team, including Steven, Adnan, Petra, Janet, Shelby, Emmanuel, and Ebenezer, has made you feel at home and that our Maintenance Team has been responsive to your needs. We will certainly share your kind words with them. Thanks a lot, Kind regards, Emilia - Assistant Resident Manager

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in the Repton Gardens area is generally very convenient and well-connected. There’s an excellent range of local shops, supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda), cafés and restaurants within walking distance, plus Boxpark, the Designer Outlet and a cinema nearby, so there’s always plenty to do. The development itself has good communal green spaces, and the wider area feels modern, clean and relatively safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is generally responsive, but response times can vary. Some issues are resolved efficiently, while others take longer than expected, particularly when communication is unclear or follow-ups are needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the area can get on event days at Wembley Stadium—crowds, noise, and transport congestion can really change the feel of the neighbourhood. I’d also highlight that parking for visitors is quite limited and can be expensive, so it’s worth planning ahead. Finally, while the development looks great on a viewing, day-to-day management and upkeep of shared spaces can be a bit inconsistent, so it helps to set expectations around that.
Manager response
Mahek, Thank you for taking the time to review Repton Gardens. We appreciate your feedback regarding management responsiveness and communication, and we are committed to improving these areas to enhance your experience. Kind regards, Petra, Resident Manager

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s very nice, just wish there was more social life in the buildings, maybe more team led stuff ? Also price could be a bit more competitive vs other options in the area
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very efficiently, though we do have a re-occurring issue with wifi speed seeing lower than guaranteed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are lots of WhatsApp groups but very little interaction or initiation form the team, was hoping for more life in the buildings
Manager response
Hi M. Ghoneim, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you continue to enjoy the development, particularly the design and location. Your comments regarding gym usage, social spaces, and community activities have been noted and will be shared with the team as we continue to review resident engagement opportunities. If you are experiencing any ongoing WiFi concerns, please do speak with the Reception team so we can look into this further for you. I will also be sure to pass your kind words on to the wider team. Kind regards, Emilia Assistant Resident Manager
