we’ve got 4 supermarkets just a few mins away that makes it very convenient. the station is super close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’re Very quick to resolve any maintainance issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a hotel being constructed right opposite our flat which causes a lot of nose during the day which we weren’t told about

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport ok, 3 long stops to go to central, but sometimes miserable when no train available. A lot grocery stores nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Depends on the problems. The facilities team are quickly responding but the garbage pipe is still under repair. The reception team every time we need some help they just said to send email.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s not that easy to take transport into central London or south.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The vibe here is awesome but it really gets too busy with the growing crowd and people shouting at night. Can see youth wandering and shouting. With the growing crime around, it is really unsafe to live here with family now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

immediate attention and resolution provided. The team is excellent

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it gets really noisy around nights with all the vehicles, people shouting after the event or sometimes playing football at 1 am. Early morning vehicles starting their job in the neighboring buildings.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, a lot of shops and restaurants and really close to the tube. Everything is accessible by foot event the medical center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly and professionally, although follow-up on reported issues can sometimes be challenging.

The concierge team is always helpful, and the building feels safe, modern and well looked after.

Wembley is social and nice have lots of stuff to do but because its kinda far away from the central it takes time to go.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Didnt had any problems at the moment but hopefully they will respond fast

Nothing comes to my mind at the moment. Maybe when there is an event in the wembley arena you should now that day will be packed.
