Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are so many options near us! We are five minutes from the Tube station, and have a Sainsburys, Lidl, Tesco, and Asda all within walking distance. Although there are concerts that happen, the noise doesn't permeate into our flat, and we are able to go about our days and evenings without disturbance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly - there are two ways to go about raising an issue, through emailing the residents team or through the app. Both have quick responses. It is reassuring that the management team has eyes on different ways to reach out to them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I appreciate that the team is taking the security concerns seriously when there are trespassers. There are trespassing signs posted up everywhere and security in this building has been top notch.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in the Repton Gardens area is generally very convenient and well-connected. There’s an excellent range of local shops, supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda), cafés and restaurants within walking distance, plus Boxpark, the Designer Outlet and a cinema nearby, so there’s always plenty to do. The development itself has good communal green spaces, and the wider area feels modern, clean and relatively safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is generally responsive, but response times can vary. Some issues are resolved efficiently, while others take longer than expected, particularly when communication is unclear or follow-ups are needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the area can get on event days at Wembley Stadium—crowds, noise, and transport congestion can really change the feel of the neighbourhood. I’d also highlight that parking for visitors is quite limited and can be expensive, so it’s worth planning ahead. Finally, while the development looks great on a viewing, day-to-day management and upkeep of shared spaces can be a bit inconsistent, so it helps to set expectations around that.
Manager response
Mahek, Thank you for taking the time to review Repton Gardens. We appreciate your feedback regarding management responsiveness and communication, and we are committed to improving these areas to enhance your experience. Kind regards, Petra, Resident Manager

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s very nice, just wish there was more social life in the buildings, maybe more team led stuff ? Also price could be a bit more competitive vs other options in the area
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very efficiently, though we do have a re-occurring issue with wifi speed seeing lower than guaranteed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are lots of WhatsApp groups but very little interaction or initiation form the team, was hoping for more life in the buildings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The main pleasure of living here is the reception team, they are kind, detail orientated and bloody brilliant. While the higher management seem to be a bit sketchy the Repton gardens residents team are who make your time here the best. The building it self regularly has hot water outages, sewage smells throughout the building and whilst marketed dog friendly, the ‘no dogs’ signs make it more dog tolerant than friendly. (The residents team are great with all the dogs though). The maintenance team and the senior management that don’t work in the building need to be clearer about costs, and more detail orientated. Twice I’ve had my flat entered without my permission after asking them to ask first due to my dog being home alone at that time. The maintenance staff that come to your flat though are lovely, they are just victims of poor communication from their managers.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve had to push and escalate to have anything listened to multiple times. Luckily the residents team are incredible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how much energy I’d have to invest in my communication regarding escalations. We had a broken light for months at one point 😅 Also, the bin shoots - I’ve been here nearly 2 years and they’ve worked for a sporadic 6 months of that time, the rest of the time they’ve been broken.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a very lively place, and even at late night, I feel safe enough to go out without worrying too much.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Ninety-five percent of my problems were resolved in a short span of time, but unfortunately, I have been facing a persistent issue that refuses to be fixed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how thin the walls were. When my friend plays, I could hear him screaming while i am in my room and he is in the living room, and I’m a light sleeper.
Manager response
Hi Firas, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a lovely review! We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the facilities and that our Resident and Maintenance teams made a positive impression on you. We also appreciate you highlighting the maintenance issue. Please be assured that we will look into this and work to resolve it as soon as possible.
