Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport ok, 3 long stops to go to central, but sometimes miserable when no train available. A lot grocery stores nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Depends on the problems. The facilities team are quickly responding but the garbage pipe is still under repair. The reception team every time we need some help they just said to send email.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s not that easy to take transport into central London or south.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The vibe here is awesome but it really gets too busy with the growing crowd and people shouting at night. Can see youth wandering and shouting. With the growing crime around, it is really unsafe to live here with family now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

immediate attention and resolution provided. The team is excellent

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it gets really noisy around nights with all the vehicles, people shouting after the event or sometimes playing football at 1 am. Early morning vehicles starting their job in the neighboring buildings.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a lot to offer, with lots of shops, food options as well as supermarkets and services. It’s located right by Wembley Park station which offers access to both jubilee and metropolitan line as well as being very close to Wembley stadium railway station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s always been dealt with effectively and promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some of the flat walls are very thin and if neighbours are very loud, you may end up feeling a lot of sounds and noises coming from next door which is not pleasant

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The overall experience living at Quintain building especially Repton Gardens have been a positive experience. The location has been perfect and convenient. Extremely convenient in terms of proximity to local shops, LDO, public transport, Brent library, Wembley leisure centre and also the Wembley Park Medical center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Mostly my issues were addressed in time. Barring a couple of issues which were not addressed at all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This feedback I have shared previously, but there should be more spaces for community events. And new people should definitely be given priority. I could never book any event even if I tried booking the same second it went live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - Love the events, would be great to have more of these. They fill up super quickly. Bad - Rubbish chutes have been out of service for so long. BOXPARK activities causes a lot of noise disturbances after late hours and middle of the night - during week days.

Yes we get tickets served and email updates regularly

Noise disruption of box park is out of control on a regular basis.
