Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby, easy access to Tesco Express, Lidl, and Sainsbury, I remember an M&S is in the planning soon! The area is actually far more convenient than I imagined. The Metropolitan line gets you to Baker Street in about 15 minutes, with air conditioning in summer. I travel a lot, and one stop to Finchley Road connects you straight to National Express for all the airports. I'm a runner, and Brent River Park is just steps away. If you fancy a longer run you can stroll over to the Grand Union Canal. Quintain even has a page of running routes for residents, they really have thought of everything. Every floor has its waste management system, it was super convenient. There's construction going on nearby recently, which is temporary and out of the building management control, but overall extremely good noice cancellation build throughout the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The app is amazing and the maintenance requests have always been addressed within a day.

The tube fair to travel to zone 4 almost everyday :((

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a lot of shops in the area with varying prices and stock, which is very convenient. It is very close to the stadium, so when there are events, it does get crowded, but there is added security during these times, so it always feels safe. The environment during events is always friendly, and my flat is soundproof so I honestly don't mind. My neighbors and I go out on our balconies and enjoy the performances, and it is honestly very nice. The closest train station is about a ten-minute walk, so not bad at all. It is a very residential area, family-friendly, and the main street is pedestrian-only. There are restaurants, grocery stores, a civic center, and even a mall all within a ten-minute walk. I really enjoy the area so far.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had trouble connecting to the wifi and accessing my parcel locker, and building management responded to both queries within 2 hours, offering immediate support and steps to resolve the issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only con I've found since moving in that I wish I had known beforehand is the parcel room. I don't always get notified when a package gets delivered, and sometimes there is a delay from the supplier in marking it as delivered, so my package will sit in the parcel locker for days. They are also frequently in the wrong location, and I have to search the whole room to find my package. It's a minor thing but still noticeable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects are everything is very accessible especially food and tube station being honest everything is fantastic. The only issue one can face is on event days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had few of the issues with the tap, bathroom and the windows, it got fixed very very promptly

The good thing is the dustbin pods which are there on each floor which is truly a lifesaver

Transport links and amenities are really great! I don’t notice too many issues with antisocial behaviour. Traffic is surprisingly not bad. The parking outside could be clearer. I think there are empty commercial spaces at the Luna building, it would be great if these could be coffee shops or other amenities!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the time very quickly with some repairs done in a day. Some general queries can take a little longer.

Outside parking (street) could be clearer to residents when moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wembley is a fantastic area featuring a wide selection of shops and restaurants, alongside excellent transport links into central London via two tube lines. However, the neighbourhood experiences occasional anti-social behaviour at night, such as cars intentionally honking repeatedly, playing loud music, and revving engines..

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am recently having an issue with the boiler that I have to get someone to manually reset for me everytime I take a hot shower. Maintenance was promised by the staffs but no one has shown up yet. This is not a too frustrating problem but I would’ve hoped that the maintenance would show up promptly as promised and fix the issue.

During days with events in the wembley stadium, it gets really really busy. Also, the building is not that sound proof that you will be hearing sounds from the stadium even with your window closed.
