Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tons of great cafes to choose from (Black Sheep, Costa and smaller boutique cafes), Sains, Tesco, Lidl (great for bulk shopping) and M&S opening up soon. Many restaurants too at London Design Outlet and Box Park like Pizza Express, Wagamama, TGIF etc. Parking can be arranged for by the development at an extra cost (monthly or per day). Stadium Event Days like concerts can get exceptionally busy and crowded but you don't hear much if the windows are closed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a dedicated app for all maintenance related requests. Most requests are handled with 1-2 days usually. Front Desk staff are always there to help for any other issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing serious but the balconies can get extremely dusty with spider webs etc and insects due to the greenery nearby. This requires extra cleaning once every 2 weeks ideally

The location is well placed in the London area but Wembley does host the Arena which does periodically increase activity in the area if you don't favor crowds. Otherwise, its an amazing spot. Great food shops, restaurants, local activities, shopping malls, key transport points, etc that makes it a very hot spot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Instant. Claims can be made on the application system and depending on the severity can be sorted by hour later. They haven't yet disappointed.

I wish i knew that we're only able to access certain doors for entry.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really love living in Wembley Park as it has everything you need. It's super easy for me to get work in central London, and I appreciate how safe it is when there are events on. It is noisier than most areas, but that is expected and not a problem for me. The building is very well sound proofed!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We've had a couple of pest and kitchen leak issues, but both were resolved fully and promptly. Have not had any issues with building management - they do a thorough job.

How much is miss the place when I leave! There's nothing else to add here.
