Great choices of shops and restaurants. Great transport options too, train to Central London, good distance to tube station, 20 mins to Central London. Security and traffic control is Great specially during event days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quintain residents team are always available throughout the day with any concerns and always promptly respond to queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes the events can disrupt your commute to work or daily life. Although you would adapt to this, it would be wise to visit wembley park on an event day to get a good feel.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great and transport and shops are convenient. The met line isn't always the most reliable but the jubilee line is. Event days aren't as bad as they seem. There is a bit of an issue with anti social behaviour on and around the steps going into the stadium, e.g. fireworks etc

Always a great experience, things are dealt with quickly

I would recommend more information about the area e.g. where the big supermarkets are, parks etc. More advertising of the app. More info about temp storage as the flats are storage friendly

Clean and safe area with excellent transport link to Central London. A wide range of supermarkets is available.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at Madison for their exceptional support and kindness over the past two years. Each member of the team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, responding to our queries promptly and going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Their efforts significantly reduced many of the hassles we faced, and their dedication meant the world to us—especially as newcomers to this country navigating unfamiliar challenges. A special thanks to Karolina, Maria, Shane, Anthony, and Jayvi for consistently making us feel at ease. Knowing they were always available and willing to help gave us immense peace of mind. Their unwavering assistance and thoughtfulness truly made a difference.

I wish online viewing could be arranged so I could move in upon arrival

It is the best place in Wembley with very good local shops, restaurants and bars and green open spaces. The transport links are very convenient as it take only 12 minutes to get to the center of the city by tube.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were there to help us resolve our problems. Especially the building manager Maria Padala was very friendly and helpful.

I wish we knew that we could bring our pets to stay with us because we missed our dog very much

Good: convenient, easy access to groceries, post offices, tube lines are good options. Bad: sports events, car access

During challenging periods, the management team consistently proved to be a pillar of support. Their willingness to dedicate extra time, coupled with their genuine kindness, was invaluable. They didn't just offer quick fixes; they invested in finding the best possible solutions, demonstrating a true commitment to my well-being and success.
