Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have good access to a range of shops and restaurants. The London Designer Outlet is nearby and has lots of shops and eating places. The only type of shop we don’t have which we need in this area is a Boots/Superdrug for toiletries etc. There are good transport links, both Wembley Park tube station has 2 lines, Wembley Stadium station is nearby and local buses are around. There are not many green spaces around, there are only small patches of grass around the development. There can be anti social behaviour sometimes on Olympic Way, with younger people hanging around blaring music and smoking. One thing I have noticed recently is there have been lots of people smoking weed either above us on their balconies or outside in the area between Lexington and Madison East.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anytime there have been any issues we have raised these either through the app for maintenance, who always come very quickly and fix the issue within a day or two. If we have ever raised anything with the front desk, they will do their best to raise further and fix the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are monthly resident events held which is a really good way to make friends with your neighbours. I wish I had known how much weed people would be smoking around our building, it’s not very nice when opening your windows.

I am very satisfied and very happy to have chosen Quintain living,there are all those you need,good restaurants,all stores you need,transport really if you are looking for apartments I recommend quintain living.I know what I am saying I rented with them for 5 years now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast,very professional, to solve any problem at any time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I leave the residence the country itself for another adventure another country. But with great satisfaction.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is one of the real positives of living at Maddison. It is well connected, with excellent transport links making it easy to get into Central London and beyond. There is also a good range of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and everyday amenities within easy reach, so most things you need are conveniently close by. The atmosphere of the area can be particularly enjoyable on event days, when there is a real sense of energy and activity. However, this also brings the main downside. Accessing the development during major events can sometimes be challenging due to increased traffic, road restrictions, crowds and the sheer volume of people in the surrounding area. At peak times, getting to and from the development can require a little more planning and patience. Outside of event periods, though, I have found the area convenient and enjoyable to live in, and the positives of the location have comfortably outweighed this occasional inconvenience during my four years here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been responsive, approachable and professional whenever I have raised an issue. Communication is generally clear, and I appreciate that concerns are acknowledged and followed up rather than simply being left unresolved. Over my four years at Maddison, I have found the team genuinely willing to help and committed to maintaining a positive experience for residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had fully appreciated before moving in is just how busy the surrounding area can become on major event days. The atmosphere is great and it is one of the benefits of living in such a vibrant location, but access to and from the development can occasionally be challenging due to crowds, traffic and temporary restrictions. My advice to a new neighbour would simply be to check the event calendar and plan journeys accordingly. On the positive side, something a viewing cannot really show you is how quickly Maddison begins to feel like home. The friendly building team, quality of the communal spaces and overall sense of community are things you really come to appreciate once you have lived here for a while.

I love living in Wembley Park! You are well connected to the city Centre with multiple Underground links, and you have many shops at your doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have immediately solved every issue we had. I had an account issue on my app and got resolved in less than a week, and they fixed our dishwasher in 2 days

How good is to have external spaces in London! I’ve never had a balcony, and now I’m enjoying lunches on the terrace, in the garden or balcony

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of the shops are great, you have so many restaurants and supermarkets, plus a m&s is coming which is amazing! the transport is amazing and so easy to get to central london. The noise from the stadium is blocked out by the windows which is amazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super quick and respectful! I reported a problem as my light bulb wasn’t working and they came within 2 hours

One bad thing is that when it is concert days or football games it does get super busy and when u come home on a concert day, coming into wembley is very busy.
