Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good Aspects: It's in a great location, very close to public transport and feels very safe as a woman who commutes to work at all hours. There is always security around and it is well lit. If you have a dog, lots of the nearby stores/bars/cafes are dog friendly and the building has private dog parks which are so handy when you live in an apartment block. Bad Aspects: There can be a lot of noise from the Nursery below. Have to walk the long way round if there is an event on as no two-way system.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond promptly. You can contact them via the app, via email or go down in person to speak to the friendly team on the desk. Last issue we had that required maintenance, they turned up 10 minutes later. A problem we had with another resident was investigated accordingly, and they spoke with me to let me know what action had been taken and the outcome. They keep us up to date with any issues we raise, even if it does seem like there has been no solution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known the nursery below us was open air - it's the only caveat to our current flat is hearing Baby Shark on repeat. I also wish I'd known they didn't allow two-way system on event days. All you would need is a small section cordoned off for people heading against the crowd when an event lets out, instead of making residents walk the long way round which is darker and feels unsafe. Also not suitable if you have mobility issues/wheelchair or pram.

The area is such a nice place to be. There is everything you need in walkable distance. If you have a dog there are so many amazing dog friendly shops, restaurants and parks nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve had a few issues with some neighbours but the team have been so helpful with sorting these the best way that they can!

I wish I’d known how friendly the team were as I would have moved a lot sooner!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve had a great experience living in this area. There’s a really good mix of local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The quality is consistently high and there’s plenty of choice whether you’re looking for something quick or a nicer place to eat. There are also some lovely green spaces close by and station nearby too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had issues with lighting and intercom that would sorted straight away.

How much the car parking was, should have been made more clear.

Living in Wembley Park is really convenient and has a lot going for it. There are plenty of places to eat and socialise like Boxpark Wembley and London Designer Outlet, so you’re never short of options. Transport is a big plus. Wembley Park station makes getting into central London quick and easy. Being close to Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena Wembley adds a great atmosphere, with plenty happening throughout the year. It’s a modern, well-maintained area with a lively feel, and there are parks nearby for some fresh air. Overall it’s a great place to live if you like having everything you need close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any minor issues I’ve had, for example a bulb going out, have been reported and dealt with within 24 hours, which shows how efficient the maintenance team is.

One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is how much easier day-to-day life feels with everything on your doorstep. From gyms and coworking spaces to cafés and shops nearby, it really reduces the need to travel far for most things.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great choices of shops and restaurants. Great transport options too, train to Central London, good distance to tube station, 20 mins to Central London. Security and traffic control is Great specially during event days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quintain residents team are always available throughout the day with any concerns and always promptly respond to queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes the events can disrupt your commute to work or daily life. Although you would adapt to this, it would be wise to visit wembley park on an event day to get a good feel.
