We have a relative newcomer currently at the top of the list of property developments in Birmingham with units for sale. Broadway, also named 105 Broad Street, is a development by SevenCapital. Situated in Birminghams business district, the development benefits from a residents gym, concierge service and dry cleaning service. As well as this, Broadway has a range of transport links right on its doorstep.

Our second top-rated apartment spot for Birmingham is Park Central. This is a Crest Nicholson development comprising 1,300 apartments across 61 acres just to the south of the city centre. Fabrick Square, by SevenCapital, takes seventh place and comprises 313 apartments in Birmingham’s creative quarter. Nearby are The Bullring Shopping Centre and the planned HS2 Train Terminal, giving residents access to a wide range of amenities, as well as transport links. This development was named after its original use as a curtain factory.

Recent data from the Office of National Statistics showed that this is £44,000 cheaper than the UK-wide average of £290,000.
