We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Jupiter Apartments is a residential development by the developer Charles Church. It is located on Ryland Street and is only a 16-minute walk away from Five Ways train station, which has links to West Midland Trains. The Birmingham Canal is also only a short stroll away.

Building design is good, with the typical semi-industrial look and feel in the area. Facilities are in ok condition, they are functional, but nothing luxurious at all. Building and property management is pretty standard, they do their job, but don't expect them to go the extra mile to help you (cable tv building upgrade is still required)

It's an ok accommodation, average for the money you pay and its exactly what I expected to get when I chose to move in. I like it is very quiet as there are no shops around or much traffic, just buildings but it can be a bit noisy at weekends when everyone is at home.

Everything is fine, except that our communal areas are outdated and need refurbishment, there is only one lift in the whole building and sometimes can be a queue to go all the way up to 5 th floor and parking facilities are not very accessible.

It has a secure automatic doors that can be accessed through the phone app if I have a delivery they can contact me through that, the service of the management is really good and convenient and we can contact them through various social media apps.

The heating facilities are not good. The flats gets really warm in the summer and cold in the winter, also think communal areas could be improved to be more family friendly and offer some kind entertainment for children in particular.
