Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet area, multiple bus stops within 20min walk, supermarkets within 20min walk, local shops within 10 min walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow to respond to maintenance requests, all contractors are private and must bid on jobs before they can be actioned, leading to long wait times

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very quiet location, efficient energy use and good layout

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is near by, nothing to really mention that is bad and Everything else look good and it is a nice space to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and helpful. Any issues I raised were acknowledged quickly, and maintenance was arranged without delay. Communication has been clear and professional, which made the process smooth.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how the heating and hot water billing is structured. The system is shared across the building, so the monthly cost can vary and isn’t always straightforward at first. It’s not a major issue, but it’s something new residents should be aware of so they can monitor usage and understand the billing cycle. Other than that, everything has been as expected and the overall living experience has been very positive.

Great location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Springfield brewery development is in a great location, very close to town and so quiet considering its by a main road. Parking is okay, parents of children at Thomas Telford do tend to block the road during pick ups which is annoying. No parking for visitors which is inconvenient. Bin collections are regular, some tenants don't dispose of rubbish properly, which affects collection

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repairs take a very long time, the fix flo app isnt the best. Contractors used are great, just the time to get their approval is ridiculous c

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be prepared for the rent to be greatly increased every year. Last year ours went up by nearly £100 per month

Buildings and communal areas well maintained by caretaker

Mwi (Tenant)

Springfield Brewery, WV10

Nov 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local connections to town, transport, food & bars nearby. Parking availability is shocking, not able to park outside your own property. No electric charging available for communal use as misleading information is given. Anti social behaviour doesn’t get dealt with just get told to shut the doors and hope for the best.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Awful - repairs take months before anything is done even if this is an emergency. Complaints are not followed correctly and just seems overall like the staff do not care.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Issues with parking, ASB issues & how staff would respond to repairs.

Building management is good caretaker

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops, restaurants bars in close proximity not far from town with local transport routes. Parking is diabolical not able to park outside your own property & not managed at all. Anti social behaviour doesn’t get dealt with correctly just told to close the doors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not great at all, have to wait months before anything gets fixed and only pushed through urgently when a complaint is made and even then there is no sense of urgency or empathy shown.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we had known about the outside areas for ASB & parking issues. Also how the properties are managed poorly as it’s not a great service when reporting repairs.
