I am really happy and satisfied with the service, management, amenities and the quality of the development. They have great staff members who are always willing to help and always available like Laura and Kerry !

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Although there’s a road nearby, There’s no traffic noise which is great There’s a Starbucks and a Morrisons a walk away which is also good There’s a few bus stops and a tram stop which is also really good I wish there were more local cafes and restaurants nearby !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very quickly and have sent someone down to have a look at it almost immediately. They are very responsive and always happy to help. I have had minor issues in the past where they have shown keenness to help. They have always been interested in my comfort and making sure that I feel safe, comfortable and at home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The service is very very very good and efficient. The parcel collection process is very organised. The WiFi connection is not great !

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area is great because it’s very lively and diverse. There are always events going on, and it’s easy to meet people from different backgrounds. Public transport is reliable and there are lots of cafes, shops, and parks within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team at The Mercian has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised a problem or concern. Issues such as maintenance requests or general enquiries have typically been addressed in a timely manner, often with clear communication and follow-up. I’ve appreciated the level of organization and the willingness of the team to resolve matters efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is perfect about the building and the team told me about everything in the building including the facilities and explained everything properly.

Exceptional City Living with Outstanding Shared Workspaces

Paradise View, B1

May 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Paradise View Apartments has been a truly positive experience. Situated in the heart of the city centre, it offers unbeatable access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars—all just a short walk away. Nearby green spaces also provide a welcome break from the urban environment. Transport connections are excellent, with bus stops and train stations close by, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. Despite its central location, the apartments are fitted with high-quality soundproof glass, ensuring a peaceful and quiet living experience. The building itself is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Residents benefit from a subsidised on-site gym, well-equipped working spaces, and a spacious common area that’s perfect for relaxing or socialising. There are no issues with anti-social behaviour or noise, making Paradise View Apartments a comfortable and convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly, for instance ilI had an oven issue and it was resolved promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how well-designed and genuinely useful the common areas are—especially the working space. Photos don’t do it justice. It’s spacious, quiet, and perfect for both focused work and casual meetings. I’d also recommend getting to know your neighbours early on, as there’s a great sense of community here that makes the experience even better.

Great location but lacks building amenities and parking.

May 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great central location, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. The downside is lack of secure parking and building amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes a really long time for problems to be addressed. Windows in a lot of the apartments don’t open and lifts are frequently not working which is hassle when coming in and out during peak times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The outdoor rooftop is actually not accessible, there’s no furniture for you to lounge outdoors and given that the apartments don’t have balconies, this is frustrating. Parking spaces are also extremely limited.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The restaurants in the area are very good and there’s plenty of supermarkets near by. I’m happy with the building. Moses and Peter are always very helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response from the maintenance team who are also very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’m very happy with everything but summertime can be quite hot inside the apartments
