ambulances and police cars pass by alot but everything else is good and feels pretty safe as well. Good range of supermarkets

They were very accommodating and were able to give us solutions very quickly

Train station is a bit of a walk , very nice area and close to everything

The area has many plus points with groceries, fuel, healthcare available with 5 mins. It is walking distance to the Birmingham train station and city centre which is ideal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, prompt action taken to resolve any issues raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t anything that comes to mind as there are no surprises or bad things that we have experienced that we wish we had known about.

Nice location 15-20 minutes walk to new street station, 15 mins to five ways station. Quiet neighbourhood with lovely views.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised yet but the team so far is very responsive via whatsapp & calls.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the process was smoother in terms of referencing and the 6 month upfront policy for students.

I feel very safe here, and the staff is consistently friendly and approachable. The public areas are always well-maintained, which makes the environment pleasant and welcoming. I particularly enjoy the social events, as they make it easy to connect with others in the community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

he building management has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised any issues, addressing them promptly and professionally.

The car park is quite popular, so spaces may not always be immediately available.
