Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve had a great experience living in this building. The complex is well maintained, clean, and feels safe. Any issues I’ve had have been dealt with quickly and professionally, and the management team are responsive and helpful. The communal areas are always kept tidy and the overall standard of the building is excellent. I’m happy to be a tenant here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Sherborne Place a different living experience in the heart of Birmingham

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here puts you right in the centre of everything. It’s just a 2-3 minute walk to Cineworld and Starbucks, plus a great selection of restaurants and bars within the same short distance. The convenience is unmatched, everything you need is on your doorstep. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around Birmingham and beyond. Despite being so central, the area feels well managed and comfortable. Parking is generally manageable, bin collections are reliable, and there are no major issues with anti social behaviour. It’s city living without the usual stress.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we reported an issue with the toilet seat not fitting properly through the ILA app, it was resolved within three days. The process was straightforward and efficient. Communication was clear, and the issue was handled without any unnecessary delays. Overall, the response was professional and easy to navigate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Overall, the facilities are strong, but one thing I would have liked to know in advance is that there isn’t a dedicated treadmill in the gym area. Adding one would significantly enhance the fitness offering for residents. Without it, some of us consider joining an external gym. Aside from that, the experience here has been very positive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is convenient and pleasant to live in, with a good range of local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around the city. The street feels safe and clean, and noise levels are generally low.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised an issue. They communicate clearly and aim to resolve problems quickly, which makes living here more comfortable and reassuring

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there wasn’t anything unexpected after moving in. The building is well maintained, secure, and the overall environment is calm and comfortable. I would recommend new residents get familiar with the facilities early, as they are very useful and add to the convenience of living here.
