Area is nice. Really close to Bullring and New Street Station. Arcadian is next door. Markets are also right next to us.

Responses are relatively quick. Actions take longer

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building will have scaffolding for years. No parking

We can not hear anything at all from the floor we live in. It is very quiet. We walk everywhere, into the city centre to the university. Everything is very local.

We had complaint about dog barking but management fixed this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a great array of shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep as well as easy access to the canals for a walk. New street station is just under a 10 min walk away, making it convenient for long distance commuting.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team has always responded promptly. Jordan and Simon have been consistently helpful and quick to address any issues in my flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Double check where moving vehicles can park and unload if moving into the Button Building.

The management is amazing, incredibly fast to answer to any query and help.

Comfortable, New Apartments with Reliable Management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are plenty, with a Lidl nearby for groceries and a Tesco Superstore just a 5-minute walk away. The area is peaceful with a beautiful lake and well-maintained surroundings. Transport links are convenient and reliable. Parking options are decent, and bin collections are efficient with easy access to the bin room. Overall, the street is safe with no major issues around noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue once where the toilet flush wouldn’t stop and water kept running in the lavatory pod. I raised an emergency request, and the management responded immediately and came out the same night to fix it. Their quick response was very reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I only realised after moving in is the clarity around the bills. They can feel slightly on the higher side, possibly because of the modern setup and the additional features the property offers. It’s something new neighbours may want to be aware of when budgeting.
