The area is good. I have no complaints to make about that. It’s probably the main reason I am still there

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To be fair they will respond quickly but something things have just never got sorted

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The remote nature of the reception to the Button Building is a bit inconvenient for casual interaction

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The co-op below the building has been a lifesaver! Parking could be slightly better as visitors can only park for free to visit on Sundays, but this is standard for a central city location in fairness.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t raised any issues yet, but the issues with wifi box have been handled promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think if you have a car and are attached to it to consider getting rid as you really won’t use it much.

The worst problem about this area is the difficulty of parking. All the other aspects of localization are fine

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Perfectly, nicely and very effective even when they didn’t have the answer right away they showed interest in finding

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been helpful to be informed about the paperwork concerning the internet, the bills information

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s really close to lots of shops restaurants and stations, however difficult to get hold of post sometimes, the seagulls are also very loud and cause a lot of mess on the balconies more could be done to stop them breeding on the roof

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have now dealt with my issues but it has taken 2 months and multiple phone calls/complaints

That things weren’t following the timeline set out on the initial discussion and that there would be an extensive reference process

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It can be noisy at night time with the homeless living under the bridge but if I keep windows closed then it is fine. The car park is a bit further away but gives great security. Amenities are all so close it’s great to just walk everywhere!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Eventually- there has been a change so now it’s much more prompt!

I think knowing about the homeless outside and feeling a bit vulnerable by it. Otherwise all is good!
