Julia the concierge : speaking from my own personal experience and observations Julia consistently goes above and beyond in her role as concierge. She not only displays kind mannerisms but very proactive in assisting guests and residents alike. Her work ethics and behavior is highly. Appreciated .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate response and professionalism with paying extra attention to detail

I knew everything before moving in as I carried out reconnaissance visits multiple times

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is fine, on the pricier side but it is usually calm, normally quiet and for the most part kept clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Julia at reception helped me solve a huge problem when my WiFi was disconnected without cause. She figured out what the problem and even sat with me on customer service calls to fix it until we found a solution.

There is nothing specific I wish k had known before I moved in

Property management, especially Jordan, are great! Very responsive and friendly to any issues and always willing to help!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt responses to any issues. They’re always friendly and happy to help.

Some staff are more responsive than others. If you don’t get someone who responds promptly, try to get ahold of someone else.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area where the apartments are located is exceptional, a 5-minute walk from the center, close to excellent bars and restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transportation. It is a safe and quiet environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we have had a problem, we have been able to solve it easily because they always know how to offer the best.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The website makes everything clear, and before moving we already knew all the information about everything, but we would have liked to know that they changed staff constantly and that it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Okay proximity to transport links and local bars, I feel safe in the area despite being canal side in the ciry- a lot of homeless about.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally good service- prompt responses to any enquiries

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rushed viewing, no follow up. Move in was good and settled quickly.
