Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s lot of restaurants, bars and shops. Travel is very convenient, close to bus stops, 10 min walk to New street station, 30 minutes to the airport. My street can get busy as it is next to the college/uni and hotels but rarely there are issues with this, just busy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team have always responded well to any issues/feedback we’ve had and addressed it promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Living next to a college/uni means the area gets super busy during the day - not a bad thing but something to be aware of

Handy for local supermarkets. A quiet area but very easy to walk to pubs, restaurants, museum, city centre etc. Ideal for me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly and efficiently. Jordan from the facilities team was outstanding

Nothing. I was given all the information I needed when I first viewed the property

The surrounding environment of The whitmore collection is very good. It is a 3-minute walk to the nearest tesco and a 10-minute walk to the railway station. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby. The living environment on the street is also very clean and comfortable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building managers are very friendly and.kind. I'm truly appreciate Agnieszka's time and effort for her kind help even after I have moved out of The whitmore collection

In fact, The whitmore collection did an excellent job and had answered all my questions before I moved in.

A very good location for all amenities. Easy to get to public transport links. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Co op very conveniently located along with coffee shops. I’ve taken up the car park option which is secure and safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very quickly and efficiently and been very professional in all aspects.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We’ve had issues with Amazon deliveries but the concierge have been very helpful trying to sort it out the problem.

Perfect location to live between city center and Jewellery quarter with a lot if bars, cafes and restaurant opportunities around.

Yes, always immediately. There was no problem that was not solved quickly.

I received evry information i needed during my first visit and viewing of the available apartments.
