Living at Aston Place has been a great experience. The area is vibrant, with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and bars that cater to every taste and need. The transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy and quick access to the city center and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about maintaining a high standard of living for their tenants. Any issues or maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the property is always in top condition. Specially the guy named ( Abdul) he is very helpful guy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location of Aston place is really amazing and near to the train station

The local area is very convenient, with a good range of shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport links are reliable, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy access into the city. There are also several open green spaces which are perfect for relaxing or jogging. The street is generally quiet, and parking is manageable most of the time. Bin collections are regular and efficient. Occasionally, there is minor traffic noise during peak hours, but it is not disruptive. Anti-social behaviour is rare, and the neighbourhood feels safe and welcoming overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team, especially Priyanka, has been excellent in addressing issues. Responses are prompt, and any maintenance concerns are dealt with efficiently. Communication is clear, and updates are always provided until resolution. It is reassuring to know there is a reliable team managing the development.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how seamless and supportive the living experience would be. From day one, the property has been exceptionally well-managed, with staff like Priyanka going above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard and looked after. The sense of community, responsiveness to issues, and overall quality of life have exceeded expectations. Knowing this in advance would have made my decision to move in even easier and more confident.

The area had a charming atmosphere, but it was difficult to overlook the large number of homeless individuals gathered around the building. Their presence added a poignant contrast to the otherwise pleasant surroundings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

ABDUL, the management team member was great ang helpful!!! Best part of living in Aston place was the people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Unfortunately, there’s no microwave available, and I don't know it before.

Pretty perfect location. A few minutes walk to New Street train station, lots of shops, restaurants, gyms etc. The library is a stone throw away and the tram stop is minutes walk. There is 24hrs security and security cameras so I have always felt safe living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team have been generally good with responses. There was an issue I had with the en-suite toilet leaking and I had to wait for a few months and chase the matter until it got fixed but I haven’t had any issues since and I believe the delays were primarily due to outside contractors not the onsite maintenance team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The storage space is quite limited, I wish some of the balcony space was dedicated to increased storage space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best location in Birmingham city centre in my opinion. Very close by to all major transport links (train, tram and motorway), with easy access by foot to all other areas of the city centre as well. Clean and safe atmosphere with plenty of nearby options for shops, restaurants and entertainment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team are exceptional. Abdul and Teliah in particular were fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish; they are very friendly and always happy to help with any questions/issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The walk to your car parking space can feel a bit tedious if you use your car on a regular basis (especially if you live high up!), but having the peace of mind of a 24-hour secured car park is a great feature and not easy to come by in such a good location in the city centre.
