Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area around Granary Quay is quiet, safe and pleasant to live in. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other everyday amenities within walking distance. Public transport is excellent, with easy access to Partick Station, bus routes and the subway, making it convenient to travel around Glasgow. The riverside paths are great for walking and running, and the neighbourhood feels clean and well maintained. Despite being close to the city, the area is generally peaceful with very little noise, making it an ideal place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team was always friendly, approachable and professional. Whenever I had a question or submitted a maintenance request, they responded promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. Issues were resolved efficiently, and communication was always clear, making the overall experience very positive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how convenient the location was before moving in. Having supermarkets, cafés, public transport and riverside walking paths all within walking distance has made everyday life much easier. I would also recommend checking the available amenities and community events, as they really add to the overall living experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pubs and takeaways within a short distance, making everyday errands very convenient. There are several nearby parks and open green spaces for walking, exercise and recreation. Public transport is excellent, with regular bus services and convenient access to nearby train and tram links, making commuting straightforward. Road connections are also good, although traffic can be busier during peak times. The street is generally quiet and friendly, with on-street parking available. Bin collections are reliable and take place as scheduled. We have experienced very little anti-social behaviour, and traffic noise is minimal for most of the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Been good at coming when they say they’ll come to fix

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One of the best aspects of living here is the sense of convenience. Local amenities, transport links and green spaces are all easily accessible, making day-to-day life straightforward. The area has a friendly feel, and neighbours are generally respectful and considerate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area offers a mix of cafes, pubs and corner shops with multiple supermarkets in walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

This has been mixed. When we first moved in and had a couple of issues they were resolved quickly but other times we were waiting weeks to get fixes

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had the opportunity to view a wider range of available units to assess which unit would be the best fit for us. But despite this overall we have loved the one we got

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a great combination of eateries and bars and numerous supermarkets all within shortwalking distance. Very diverse with quite a vibe. Again, within short walking distance there are regular bus, train and underground services. In comparison to the buzz of Dumbarton Road the Clyde Walkway can be surprisingly peaceful. The cycle ways go for miles in all directions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Again, the app is great for maintenance requests. These were carried out quickly at a convenient time for both parties.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Probably just how good a vibe the area has. Also just how comfortable living here is. If I had known I wouldn’t have taken so long to decide!
