Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location. 10 minute walk from train station and subway to the city. Loads of quality pubs, restaurants and coffee shops within walkable or short taxi distances. Parking on road is ridiculous however use of underground parking can be purchased.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all requests for maintenance were addressed within a day or two.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking outside is yellow lines but everyone does it anyway.

The building is located at a very good location in the west end just by the river clyde. verymuch clean area and the people are also very warm with each other.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building has a maintenance team always available and immediately resolves any problems ever arising.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a really great viewing experience which was on the Whatsapp video call as I was not available in Glasgow. But one thing I wish I could've known before moving in was the council tax band.

The location was great, close to anything you can think of. Restaurants, train station, grocery stores and entertainment are all within a walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

You can raise concerns via the app or just mention with the staff and they would deal with it almost instantaneously if they can.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there wasn’t anything major I wish I had known. The experience met my expectations and made settling in easy.

Great location and Great place to live

Chapel Wharf, M3

Apr 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect, very close to Manchester city centre and all the amenities, whilst being easy enough to get in/out of the city when travelling. It’s also in a quiet location which is generally well kept.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was without hot water for a while. Management gave me a key for an empty flat for the intervening period between not having water and getting it fixed. Generally communication was good and the issue was fixed in an adequate timeframe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how busy the gym gets and how if you are serious about going to the gym, it’s probably not sufficient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There aren't many complaints, if you had to find one it would be that parking outside of the garage is difficult and walking to the station can often seem like a long walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have yet to have to bring any issue to their attention.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had moved in sooner as the building is great for commuting and has everything you could need.
