The location of the property is great - very well located for public transport such as buses and trains, lots of local shops and amenities nearby but at the same time the building is in a nice residential area by the river with plenty of open space. The area is very walkable, and also family friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had no real issues during our tenancy, however management was always very helpful and responsive to any queries or requests we had.

The location is a real asset, very centrally located but also a relatively quiet area. Makes it very easy to get around the city even without having a car. The staff at the property are wonderful and there is a real community feel to the place

Perfect location, has everything you need! I’ve looked at other places but nothing can beat location of Botanica

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had an issue with a washing machine and was resolved within 24 hours

I was informed about everything before arriving so nothing was a surprise

I have really enjoyed living in the area. There is a good range of shops, restaurants and GB and other amenities nearby, and I find the location convenient for day-to-day life and getting around. The area is generally pleasant and welcoming, and I particularly appreciate having local facilities and public transportation within easy reach, easy access to university .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have raised a question or issue, the team has been approachable, professional and responsive. They are always willing to listen and help, and I have found them supportive and considerate. Their communication with residents is also very good, with regular updates about the building and any relevant activities or changes.

I knew everything before i moved in ,the viewing experience was great from the very beginning. They were very responsive, answered all my questions quickly, and provided detailed and helpful information.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the Baltic Triangle is a great experience, particularly because there is such a good choice of independent cafés, restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. There are also plenty of places to socialise and green/open spaces nearby. The location is very convenient for getting into the city centre on foot, while public transport and taxi links are also readily available. The area can understandably get busier and noisier at weekends, particularly in the evenings, due to the popularity of the Baltic Triangle, but this is generally manageable. Parking can be challenging at busy times, although having everything so close by means a car isn’t always necessary. Overall, it’s a vibrant and convenient area with lots going on.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately and quickly. I’ve never had to wait for any issues or problems to be addressed. The team are on it straight away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much I’d miss a balcony. I’m in an apartment without a balcony and when we have those rare summer days it would be great to sit out or even open wide a door.

Not living here yet but just had the induction on my first visit. It seems like a good location but not a resident of Manchester.
