l feel really safe to live in this accommodation, the location is in the heart of a student area, lots of students around the building, which gives a vibrant energy to it.

The management team is very efficient most of the time!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

l wish l know there is a shipbuilding factory just next to this building, sometimes it can be quite noisy in the evening.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a good range of nearby shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, especially around the West End and Partick, and there are also nice green spaces such as Kelvingrove Park for outdoor activities. Transport links are generally good, with bus and train options nearby, although the walk to the subway station is slightly farther than ideal. Overall, everything is very positive, with only the slight distance to the metro being a minor downside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They will solve any problems or issues immediately and kindly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think the most important thing before moving in is to check whether the internal facilities of the room are complete. The internal facilities of Ganary Quay are very very good and clean.

Great location. 10 minute walk from train station and subway to the city. Loads of quality pubs, restaurants and coffee shops within walkable or short taxi distances. Parking on road is ridiculous however use of underground parking can be purchased.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all requests for maintenance were addressed within a day or two.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking outside is yellow lines but everyone does it anyway.
