in 3 minutes outside the building you can find everything you need. Shopping, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a beautiful square next to the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyone is very helpful and attentive, if you have any problems they solve it for you quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have nothing to say, everything was wonderful!!!!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient and the transport links are excellent. The noise from the pub and nightclub next door can be extremely loud at the weekend and even during the week. Due to me being at the opposite side of the building from the road there is minimal traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded promptly to any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that you had to book some of the amenities as it can be difficult to reserve a slot, especially in the student period. If you wish to use the club room you have to book this at least two weeks in advance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

- Good access to a variety of local shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. - Different bus stops in short walking distance of the development - Traffic noise as a result of being close to a the adjacent road and railway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is excellent. They are very responsive and try to sort out the problems within the shortest possible time, especially Phil who is kind of a hero resolving any problem with just one click. Or before my arrival, Vishaal who helped me a lot by sending photos and replying to my questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe the traffic noise only. I am writing the review after three weeks of being here so this is the only thing I can think of right now.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's in city center which is near many good restaurants. It's near train station also and has a small park just nearby which is great to visit.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. They have been helpful answering all my questions. There's always someone at the reception.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The sunlight in the room wasn't great, so you probably need to always keep the light on.

Excellent location, in the town centre - all shopping areas and restaurants was 5 mins away by walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have lived here for a year and no problems so far!

This is a great location to live in Aberdeen especially if you don’t own a car. There are bus stops all around that can take you everywhere in town and the county.
