Decent location about a 10 minute walk from the train station and on a quiet road. Absolutely no parking available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been emailing back and forth about the dog issue but they point blank refuse to do anything despite be having sent them video evidence.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bathroom floors tiles are matt and not easy to clean.

The apartment is always clean, the staff are respectful and assist. Saee is super kind and supports in any issues I have had.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly through an app service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would advise if you wanted to be away from dogs then avoid the 1st floor :)

A great place to live. Very social and sociable. Easy access to all amenities and the apartment complex is safe and comfortable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always prompt and efficient. Great place to live. I would recommend it.

Very sociable place to live. Really handy having a gym on site and the club room is great for events.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s nice and quiet but at the same time only a short walk to city centre, there is many bars close by also if you don’t fancy going into centre. Parking can be an issue and normally means paying for the garage, which can be quite a bit specially if just the one person.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, any issues in the flat gets logged through an app and they will send someone round

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

-local Tesco is close, but bigger supermarkets aren’t. -If you need a garage it’s a bit pricey on top of rent but handy. -Some of the flats are pet friendly. -Can store bikes in the garage -Depends where you flat faces you might not got any sun

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Loved living here. The location is great being so central to town, (but on street parking can be tricky if you don’t have an underground parking spot). Approx 5 mins to walk to the local Tesco and a further 10 to get into the centre of Leeds.

Always quick and resolved without issue. No complaints.

The flats with inward facing balconies (facing the garden/courtyard) are lovely.
