The lounge area is fascinating for studying and meeting people, the reception services are on point. There are interesting weekly events for the neighbours and their pets.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Near to station and centre of Leeds, the entrance is easy to find by drivers and delivery men and service, I never lost parcels which makes me incredibly satisfied. It is also safe and clear. Overall, I couldn't be more happier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast, professional and experienced.

The location is great and it’s good value for money

I enjoy it here the location is great and it’s good value for money. The balconies are huge and soundproofing excellent. It’s reassuring having a great customer service team and on viewing Sabrina was great going through the referencing process and answering any questions we had very quickly. I’ve been to a few breakfast clubs and they were nice but busy. Everything is clean and tidy and it’s handy having the parcel room as I’m often away from home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location with everything you need in walking distance. Parking underground and bike storage which is convenient. No noise disturbance it’s very quiet in the area with apartments and offices surrounding the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The portal is easy to use and report any issues which are responded to quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To switch to Octopus energy as it’s cheaper per month

The best place to live in Leeds!

I’ve lived here since September and it’s been such a nice experience, the gym is huge and has everything I need. The private studio is perfect for my morning workouts and allows me privacy. I love the fact every property has a balcony, I have space for more storage and a seating area to entertain my friends. I have such nice views of the city from my flat and I’m so happy I viewed a few with Sabrina and she helped me find the right one (sorry for being fussy!). It would be nice to have another event like the magician again as that was the best event I’ve been to here. All my neighbours are friendly and I can’t hear a thing once my windows are shut it’s very peaceful!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

3 minute walk to tesco and 10 minutes to the train station and trinity shopping centre etc. I waited 4 weeks on the parking waiting list and got a space underground, £125 pcm for a space is reasonable considering the parking accords the street is £150 and uncovered

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My washing machine was faulty and they fixed it within a day, shout-out to Jim!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That Crown Point shopping park is only 10 mins walk away if you cut through the business park, this has been great to walk to M&S food hall

A lovely place to live

SC (Tenant)

It’s so nice to live somewhere that feels like I am part of a community. Breakfast club is amazing and the food is delicious! The move in process was very easy, Sabrina was very helpful finding the perfect flat and Daisy was so kind on my move in day. I have had no problem here so far and would recommend moving in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is quiet and close by to bars, shops and the train station. I have never had a problem with bins they are always near empty and it’s easy finding street parking and paying via the app on a night after work. It’s mainly young professionals here like myself so it’s nice to make friends at the events. I do wish there were more resident socials again as the last one was at Christmas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast to respond and helpful if I needed anything at all

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Book the club room way in advance as it’s difficult to book a Saturday space

Close to the city with nice facilities

Stacy (Tenant)

Jul 2024

The facilities including the gym and reception area are clean and with modern design. The receptionists also help us collect parcels and keep them at a locked room where you need to scan a code to get in. I have never had my parcels stolen, which is great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s really close to the city centre (just around 10-15 minutes walk). Sometimes there are too many cars parked outside our building and it blocks the entrance. I havent encountered any problem about bin collections. There are not enough restaurants and supermarkets nearby to be honest (only a Tesco nearby at Bridgewater Place). There’s a bar next to the reception but I havent tried it before. But overall the local area is fine.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are really responsive in maintenance requests. Every time when I reported issues eg. cupboard doors fell off, wardrobe doors could not close properly etc, they would send someone within 1-2 days and get it fixed very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tips: remember to take photos and videos when you move in, and put them in the inventory report so that they could make reference to the photos.
