3 minute walk to tesco and 10 minutes to the train station and trinity shopping centre etc. I waited 4 weeks on the parking waiting list and got a space underground, £125 pcm for a space is reasonable considering the parking accords the street is £150 and uncovered

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My washing machine was faulty and they fixed it within a day, shout-out to Jim!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That Crown Point shopping park is only 10 mins walk away if you cut through the business park, this has been great to walk to M&S food hall

The flats are great, the locations and price are amazing as well. For the price it is an absolute steal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ben and Dean from the specialist teams are amazing

Get an apartment facing the sun, or else the natural light is is not the best.

Only issue is street parking. No other issues to report. Location is great, plenty of local shops. Great facilities, the gym is excellent. We are on ground floor facing the street and never had any issues with noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good, everything had always been dealt with quickly and never had to chase. The staff are always friendly and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Probably that there isn’t much storage, the boiler takes up most of the large cupboard that it’s in so no where to store a hoover for example

Great location and feels quite safe , close to transport , can't hear any noise from other flats. Good facilities, friendly staff and tenants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any maintenance issues have been dealt with swiftly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Cooking / boiling anything on the hob or in the oven takes ages so not great if you're in a rush to eat. Also not a lot of storage even though its furnished so will need to bring additional with you

Flat super quiet, not road facing. 10 minute walk to Leeds station and 12 minutes into Town Centre. Enterprise Car Club cars, pleural, parked outside building and several others a short walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and perfectly. Staff all super helpful, professional and friendly

Building on/near flight path for LBA airport - but then, probably, so is most of Leeds city centre
