High quality building and people!

The building and apartments are stunning, done to such a high quality. The balcony is beautiful and we love it in our two bed flat, everything’s really light and cosy.

Clement checked us in and was fantastic, easy going and made us feel at home right away. Grace on the front desk is always nothing but lovely – thank you!

The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores!

The flat doesn’t come with lampshades which is fine but weren’t expecting (?)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve always helped out straight away to get the problem fixed

I really appreciate how helpful and welcoming the Dandara team is.
Tyler was extremely helpful when I first came to make an enquiry about renting a flat here and the day I moved in, Vicky and Marius were very kind and helped me take all my stuff to the flat.
The design of the flat is also beautiful. I would highly recommend this development.

Close to restaurants, bars and public transport links. I am on a high floor, but I don’t find it noisy at all

N/A – I believe I received enough information of the development

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any serious issues so far, but when I had an issue with the bringme application, the reception team was really helpful

Amazing homely feeling, will be missed!

The development was amazing, felt like home the minute you walked through the door and always felt extremely safe, a team of property managers where always on hand. It was also the first place in manchester I’ve actually felt like it was my home not just somewhere I was renting.

Love the location and loved how close to town we were, just a minute from deansgate so walking distance from everything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much of a bargain it was, comparing the market we had it for a steal considering the facilities and location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really quick! Never waited more than 24 hours for a response, usually would come through in a couple hours. If Vicky was working within half an hour.

Quick maintenance responses

We had an issue with one of our bathrooms and the maintenance arrived within 24 hours. Design layout of the flat is good, however there could have been a larger fridge / freezer space for 2 people or perhaps more cupboards in the kitchen. Balcony runs the whole flat which is good.

There is quite a bit of noise pollution, however we are a short walk from almost everything. We can get to a main train station within 10 minutes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had been told more regarding the bills / council tax and how we get in touch.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance arrived within 24 hours and we had our postbox key fixed within 48 hours.

Staff are fantastic

It’s a good building, the concierges are great and the location is fantastic. They are approachable and listen to any issues we may have. I feel safe and can rely on the people in the building to look out for me and my house mate. I would recommend this accommodation to other people.

The two concierges Rob and Andrew are an absolute delight, they make me feel safe and welcome me with open arms after a night out.

The fact the prices were going to go up after a year of being in the building.

Prior to moving in, I was assisted by Tyler with the viewing appointment and she was so lovely!

When I moved in, I had so much luggage but the front desk team were really friendly and helpful and assisted me all the way to my apartment unit. Everything was clean and working well when I moved in, the wifi is quite fast as well and easy to set up. Also love that I have an extra space with the patio and I can’t wait to put some things there! Also, collecting the delivered parcels from Chapman House is no sweat and really well-organized.

I love that it is only minutes away from the city centre so everything is easily accessible and walkable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None at the moment – Tyler had showed me around so I was fully aware of all the available amenities and facilities.

I haven’t encountered any issues so far, so all good

The building management team and property management team have been exemplary, nothing is too much trouble for them , I must make a special mention to Tyler and Ashleigh who have been very helpful and have helped me with anything I’ve asked of them .

I love the location in the centre of Manchester , I have everything I need within walking distance, through the efforts of Ashleigh, I’ve also managed to get parking on site .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t notice that there are no heated towel rails in my apartment, which is a bit of an issue for drying and storing towels .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within the hour , I’ve had a problem with the drains in my apartment, Ryan has booked in an appointment for the same day as I put the issue on the portal .

The apartments themself are nice, and the gym is good. Although a lot of the local apartment blocks have spa facilities like pools and saunas which this block lacks. The table tennis and work area is good though. The gym was meant to be turning 24hr but never did

Anti social behaviour is through the roof. Can’t have the balcony doors open because all the neighbours smoke and the smell drifts in

For the price, you can get a apartment with better facilities like a pool etc

I have found the design of my apartment to be spot on , the facilities are great and extremely efficient, I have to say the building management have been extremely helpful to me , with all the staff going above and beyond the service I expected, I have pay a special mention to Ashleigh Hamilton, she has helped with everything to help my move in as seamless as possible and has always done it with a beautiful smile on her face , she along with all her colleagues are an absolute credit to Dandara , well done everyone and thank you for all your help , also can I mention Ryan who has carried some maintenance on my apartment with extreme efficiency.

I only moved into my apartment on 17th October, it’s in the centre of Manchester, transport links are brilliant, I have managed (through the fabulous Ashleigh Hamilton) to acquire a car park space with Chapman House , which is ideal , I haven’t encountered any noise disturbance or anti social behaviour, traffic noise is minimal, bins have always appeared available to me , I don’t know when they are collected , all in all , I live my apartment in Chapman House Salford .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe you could do with having heated towel
Rails in the bathroom there is nowhere to put your wet towels and also a soap dish in the shower.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded with the utmost speed and efficiency to sort out a plug hole problem in my bathroom and a piece of viny trim that they replaced.

Great place for renters

The building is modern and spacious, airy and really aesthetic. The rooms are so big and the bathrooms are high spec. Everyone from the team is so friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Kris was really helpful and made our moving process 10/10

We moved in recently and it’s been amazing! The flat is gorgeous, and all the residents are so lovely. The staff and Kris especially have been unreal and gave us a parking space for 48 hours right outside our flat and made our moving process so seamless. Would recommend living here to anyone !

I wish I moved here sooner! I know loads of people who live here who all have great things to say

Haven’t had any issues yet but with 24/7 concierge I’m confident it would be resolved quickly

The newly build apartments have a high quality finish to them. This facility comes with its own 2 floor gym that residents have access to. The staff members that work here are friendly and are more than happy to assist with any matters raised. Overall a good development.

Easy access to the city centre, with high quality restaurants and bar close by. The area is receiving continuous development.

If you’re new to the area take a look at different transport options to get around the city and to areas outside. The tram system is great here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A few maintenance jobs have been required during my time here but the team have responded quickly to these.
