Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We feel very safe and happy living at Botanical, getting into the city centre is easily walkable and there are great tram and bus links to the centre and surrounding area. The roads do get busy, especially on match days so you do have to plan around that! There is some antisocial behaviour from the neighbouring estates if you walk through, but we've never heard or witnessed anything from the flats themselves.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have always been very helpful and resolved issues quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish that we'd know that some properties would be listed on Air B&B, we were under the impression that all flats would be private rentals and transparency on these matters is always appreciated.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location, tram to the airport in 40 minutes, four stops to the city centre. Local parks in seconds, post office minutes away and two local shops in minutes. The area is currently going through lots of new build opportunities appearing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I logged an issue with my air ventilation system which was resolved in 24 hours, a friendly maintenance technician arrived who was friendly and fixed the issue in minutes

Floor plan arrangements would be very useful prior to moving in once the place has been offered

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the city centre, just the right distance to avoid the craziness of it! Transport is great, can always get to and from where you need to be with ease, including Salford quays and Manchester airport. Car parking on the street is limited however rarely an issue to find a space

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems are always dealt with very quickly where possible. We had a small issue with our window. Despite managing to sort it ourselves they still sent maintenance to check it was okay

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the fittings and appliances in the apartment before we moved in. That being said, everything we have is perfect, it could be contributing factor to why someone would choose botanica

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

On the positive side, there’s a great variety of local shops, restaurants, and bars catering to different tastes and budgets. The quality of food in the eateries is good, with a mix of chain and independent establishments. Open spaces like parks are well-maintained, offering a peaceful environment for walks, exercise, or relaxation. Transport links are quite convenient, with regular buses and a nearby train station providing access to the city center and surrounding areas. However, traffic congestion during peak hours can be frustrating, and parking near the station is often limited.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any serious issues so far, but the team is generally very responsive to issues and will usually resolve them on the spot.

I should have booked earlier to avoid not having a place to stay upon arrival

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I can’t really think of any bad aspects ever since we moved here in 2023. All I can is Botanica is a great place to live in!!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! It was always addressed on time by the maintenance team!

Before we had the viewing, we already listed all questions and we’ve got all the answers we needed.
