Close to Metrolink and City Centre yet the development is calm and peaceful. Castlefield and Salford quays are close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very quickly and professionally we were impressed with the service

The events organised by the team are great and the rooftop gardens are too

This area is quite nice and everything is super convenient. There's a co-op right opposite to the building, the Cornbrook tram station is right in front as well. And in addition to that, there's a post office right behind us too. Couldn't ask for a better area. As far as I can tell, there's nothing "bad" with the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are very responsive to the issues raised by residents. There's a streamlined method of submitting complaints via a app for the residents and then things smoothly progress from there.

I think the only thing any incoming new residents need to know is that if they choose to live here, they're making the right choice for themselves and their families.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Personally, the area was best since I had to take the motorway everyday for work. However, there weren't enough cafes, bars or restaurants around so I had to be in the city center to enjoy these things.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As mentioned above, extremely responsive and quick. Once my bathroom shower clogged due to my fault, I reached the management and they were very quick to respond!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pros: the cornbrook tram station is 5 mins walk from the building. The motorway is close too Cons: Chester Road area in general needs more improvement with more eateries etc cuz if you're hungry, the only 2 options are delivery or traveling to the city center.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good local amenities near by in walking distance. Nice stylish design inside and out, facilities really good and clean/well kept. Could potentially do more parking spaces available for residents as we have been here nearly a year and not got a space. Traffic hasn’t been an issue at all, occasionally noise heard on weekends late at night (expected) other than that next to none.

Quick and resolved fast, very helpful and professional

The parking situation for cars, not much offsite parking and not the safest..for your car

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great, close to everywhere, few minutes walk to the tram. Nothing to complain about, absolutely love it here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building managements responded to all my problems promptly and resolved them all.

Keep an eye on the monthly events hosted by the property, they are cool to attend!
