Actually everything is very good here, there is a big Aldi store and good local shops near us, we have good access to the street and the proximity to Connon Hill Park is very attractive to me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything is good and I always received answers to my questions and problems easily.

I asked all my questions before the move and got the answers I needed, I just had a question about the bill, which someone is going to explain to us today.

It is one of the best places I have stayed when I have had to go to work throughout my professional career and I have been welding for 16 years travelling throughout Spain and Europe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In terms of communication, the management team is approachable and easy to contact, whether via phone, email, or the tenant portal. They keep residents informed about any upcoming maintenance work, policy changes, or community events, which I appreciate. Overall, their proactive approach and responsiveness have contributed to a positive living experience at Corkfield Apartments.

One thing I wish I had known before moving into Corkfield Apartments is just how friendly and responsive the management team would be. It's been a pleasant surprise to see how quickly they address any issues or concerns that come up. Also, I would have loved to know earlier about the fantastic community events they host regularly—it's such a great way to meet neighbors and feel more connected. If I had known how well-maintained and welcoming the environment would be, I would have made my decision to move in even faster! The building management at Corkfield Apartments has generally been responsive and efficient in addressing any problems or issues I've raised. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, such as fixing a leaky faucet or dealing with a minor appliance issue, they responded quickly—typically within 24 to 48 hours. The maintenance team is professional and thorough, ensuring that the issue is resolved properly the first time.

The location is good, 10 minutes to the city centre. It's by the Cannon hill park where is a great place to go with family and have fun.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I can't say for sure because fortunately, we haven't had any issues yet.

Here is quiter than I thought which is great to me.

Corkfield community is an excellent place to live and which is very close proximity to neighbourhood and parks and city center. Transportation is just across the street which takes to city center and new street stations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and attended within a day with solution.

The day I visited to see model apartment and I fell in love with the community and decided to move in.

Right across from a supermarket, good bus connections, close to the city centre as well as to university of birmingham

Reply within a few days and always handled efficiently

The great city view from level 17! And close proximity to literally anything.
