Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is the best location to live in Birmingham, right in the city centre, close to everything you might need: grocery stores, bullring shopping centre, train station, tram station, bus stops, many restaurants, bars and pubs and of course brindley place. This does mean it can get a bit loud on friday-saturday nights but I think its worth it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There has been a query opened straight away and someone came to have a look.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just that despite the windows it gets very hot during the summer, especially the sun is very harsh on higher floors
Manager response
Thank you Shubhi!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco conveniently located right across the street from the apartment, making grocery shopping quick and effortless. Because the apartment is situated on lively Broad Street, a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars are all within easy walking distance, offering endless dining and entertainment choices. Directly in front of the building, you’ll find both a metro station and a bus stop, providing simple and direct transport links straight to the city center and other popular destinations. Overall, my experience living at Moda has been wonderfully smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable, with everything I need right at hand.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and professionally, resolving any issues efficiently and keeping me well informed throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known just how vibrant and convenient the neighbourhood is — with shops, restaurants, and transport links right at the doorstep, daily life here is even easier and more enjoyable than I imagined before moving in.
Manager response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The range of shops in the area is excellent. Tesco and Sainsbury’s just across the road and they close at 11pm. There are lots of restaurants in the area like Nando’s just around the corner. Public transport is excellent and very frequent service available
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is very good and reliable. Peter and Moses are the best guys in Moda. Always very professional, respectful and very helpful at all times.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The location of the Mercian can be a bit hectic and very busy especially on weekends
Manager response
Thank you Yuhan- we really appreciate it :)
