Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Mercian, Broad Street Birmingham is an amazing place to live. The convenience of being a stones throw away from the City Centre, The Bullring & Selfridges, Brindley Place (full of shops, restaurants) and some of Birmingham's biggest attractions like the Birmingham Library, Arena Central, The Rep Theatre is unreal. Public transport in the form of Busses & Trams are on your doorstep. There are several convenience stores a few minutes walk. Refuse is managed centrally so collections aren't an issue. Parking is limited however a majority of residents prefer to walk or take public transport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The speed and professionalism that the team work to is commendable. Everything is tracked via the MODA App and closed down once complete.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building tour carried out by the Lettings team is very thorough, nothing was left out and all answers were answered. Albeit there was limited parking, alternatives were discussed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area seems very busy and a little noisy but also very convenient for a lot of things. There’s lots of shops next to the building and plenty of places to eat from.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems but the there’s concierge always there in reception which is very good. Moses and Peter have been so helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A little bit noisy area and busy but it’s not a big deal

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I just moved in recently, but the area already feels really welcoming and pleasant. There are plenty of places to explore, and everything feels very convenient and easy to get to. Transport links are great, making it simple to get around, and the overall atmosphere of the neighbourhood feels calm and friendly. It’s a lovely place to be settling

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has been very helpful and always respond back fast.

Nothing, everything has been very good and good experience

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are good shops nearby, with Tesco and Sainsbury’s just outside the building, which is very convenient. The building has many exits and entrances, which makes it easy to come and go. It feels like a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any problems but the managements are very professional and communicate well. The reception team is also very helpful. Moses and Peter have been so friendly

Nothing worth mention since I just moved in. Everything is good so far.

Just moved in. Already in love with this building Moses and Peter helped me with heavy luggage. Huge thank you to you all

It was easy for my moving Used back entrance for luggage and boxes

Not that I know of because I am still exploring the areas all around the Moda
