Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

loving just off of broad street there are endless options for restaurants and shops, there is a large morrisons a 5 minute walk away from the apartments. there is a bus stop that goes straight into town right outside and the tram that stops right outside of morrisons so these are very convenient. bin collections are frequent and the bin stores are large and the windows and walls are very thick so you rarely hear traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the biggest problems we’ve faced have been maintenance issues which have been resolved efficiently with other appliances being provided in the meantime.

the events here are great and you get to meet a lot of your neighbours which is nice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is excellent. Short walk to city centre and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Multiple transport links so it’s easy to get around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team respond very quickly and resolved in no time.

Lots of parking options and the onsite allocated parking is not included with the rent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great local pubs and good access to the local supermarket. Transport links to new street station is great just outside the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I raised a few repair issues and they were logged and looked at quickly.

It would be good to know what a difference having great staff on the team makes, it really makes the experience.

Amazing - there are so many good shops and outdoor facilities close by. Edgebaston village is super cute too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well and in a timely manner. They are very attentive.

I have nothing to add here. All is as I thought it would be.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Walking distance of shops, quality pubs and restaurants in and around Edgbaston Village. 1 minute walk to the tram to get you into the city or a 20 minute walk. You can hear traffic but where in a city wouldn’t you, it’s not a problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within 24 hours, usually sooner, they will respond and sort.

Make sure you know where you can park and the cost.
