Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is lovely and peaceful, and the heating is readily available. Transport links are better than you could imagine, with the tram stop just a two-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is professional and helpful. I would especially like to thank Kyron for his excellent communication, practical support throughout the apartment selection process, and friendly and respectful manner. Meeting him in person confirmed what a great personality he has. He made the whole experience smooth and welcoming.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how welcoming the community is and how many activities are organised for residents. The dedicated residents’ app also makes communication easy and helps you stay informed about events and building updates. Overall, it is a great place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient for everyday life, with shops, restaurants and transport links nearby. The area feels safe and well connected, and it is easy to get around Birmingham. Overall, we have found the location practical and comfortable for family life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has always responded quickly and helpfully whenever we have raised a maintenance issue. Requests have been dealt with promptly, and communication has generally been clear and efficient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and helpful the management team is after move-in. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building facilities are very easy to use.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is good. Local to bus stops , big supermarkets and food places . However , it’s does back into ladywood and there have been several residents who have there cars stolen , from the car park that is opposite and also from the side road at the back. There is no parking for guests , and no disabled parking at all. Noise traffic is not too bad saying it is on Hagley road . There is a pub behind loudens building that can get noisy on weekends .

Slow response if any . Difficult to get I contact with

How difficult staff member would be in management . Literally the youngest people here are the most helpful and kindest .

Lovely area, people are so kind and caring, staff are fantastic, special shout out to Chelsea and Paul!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not applicable as my cousin has not moved in yet, but I’m sure it will be great

You will feel at home here and you will have the best time here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects: Location is excellent and a steal for the price. It's got great transport links. Great range of local shops and entertainment. Not far from Edgbaston village. Bad aspects: There is a lot of litter in the surrounding streets. The adjacent car park and street has reports of cars being broken into.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a couple of maintenance issues and they are resolved next day.

We didn't realise how close the city centre is by tram. We cross the road and the tram is basically there and takes you to the city centre.
