The design is nice and the property management does tackle problems fast. However there are no facilities such as concierge or security. It’s easy accessed by people who don’t live here so security would be more beneficial especially on weekends. And with this location it would be good to get better facilities such as gyms or concierge.

The location is ideal for city living. 10 minute walk to the bullring, down the road from the mailbox and brindley place. Also around the corner from five ways, the location couldn’t be any more ideal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the amount of noise that would happen especially on weekends. Clearly there are apartments rented out for parties and large groups of people

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I personally haven’t reported any issues but I have seen them and they seem to disappear pretty fast. The only issues not resolved is the amount of party’s that happen on the weekend clearly unauthorised.

First apartment

Good park around and bike shed available. no allocated parking to all residence only some people get parking with the apartment
homeless people were getting in when the key access broke and throw fire exit.
key access to everywhere in the building

Convinent to city centre loads of shops and loads of food plave. Got access to everything. Not very green

Poor management

Super nice building but poorly managed.. same issues with the lift being broke, bin not locked so people getting into the building . Bins aren’t getting collected regularly, flats are being rented out for party’s.
Drug use and loud guests, coming in and out. Aggression of homeless people in the bin shed.

Nice area in general but lots of street party’s with loud people and music

Not sure about the agency but building is nice

They havnt responded great, only respened when evidence was given, they waited for the situation to escalte before doing anything.

Seems good quality. But room for improvement. I think that they could have made better use from the communal space and better.
Apart from that everything else is ok.

Not really sure what else I can write here as I have also only been here for around 3 months.

Are can be noisy at times due to student accomodation near by

Don’t speak to the landlord to be honest so it’s hard to comment

Great restaurants

Great restaurants and bars which are pretty easy to get to. Within walking distance. Great location and good price considering the location in the middle of town. Not too bad interior designing. Great stuff

Beautiful design

Great interior and good location. Equidistant from city centre and five ways. The reason we moved here was because of how close it is to everywhere. Didn’t realise there would so much road work going on for such a long time.

That it was a busy road and traffic

Quick fixing of faulty stuff. Literally a day after we made the complaint

Beautiful canalside

The rubbish area is not cleaned as often as its supposed to. Strangers loitering around and in the building. Noise from partying. The building is really close to the canal and city centre. Love the luxurious look.

Absence of concierge or security. Public access not cleaned regularly.

More security and security cameras. My door Matt got stolen outside my flat. Also had problems with fridge , oven and intercom and hot water. Lots of teething problems but have finally all been resolved now. Happy living here but not sure about being here long term.

Area is good location but attracts weirdos and homeless people trying to get in the building.

Security being Tighter

Security levels need to increase. Also checking all the equipment works before moving in.

Four minutes from work. Yay!

Broken lift all the time. At least once every week. Illegal Airbnb lease which is extremely problematic.
Homeless people breaking into the building via the back door. (Bin store) Noise from boy racers.

Four minutes away from work. Easy commuting to and fro. Sports boy races which produces noise.

The noise generated from Broad Street. And the location.

Modern interior which is good and perfect size for me.

Weird noises at odd times

Broken elevators. 3 out of 4 days. Noise from strangers and tenants at really odd times. Awkward noise and irregular cleaning schedule of the corridors. Wouldn’t change a thing about the location. Just more security.
