Amazing deal. The house is located in the heart of Maidenhead, a great amount of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes is around. The design of the interiors is very nice and modern, the facilities are very clean and well-maintained, the team is super helpful and friendly. I would recommend Berkshire House to everyone.

Nice area, very safe. M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco are located in 5-min distance, Starbucks, Greggs and Costa Coffee are in 2-3 min distance. All major banks and travel agencies are around.

First Impressions from a newbie.
It’s been 8 months since we moved into Berkshire House and it has been a pleasant change to the usual rented accommodation.
Whilst the property has a high price on rent, it does reflect the quality of the services and building with the exception of a couple of things.
A big let down, especially for our side of the building, is the lack of air conditioning. The underfloor heating was a great benefit during the winter months when we moved in but it’s a shame to see no AC in the unit whilst the public areas do boast the facility.
It would have also been helpful to have manuals for the appliances readily available for residents to have as I still don’t know what some functions of our white goods are.
The team at Essential Living provide great support and assistance, however, it would be nice to be involved when there are changes being made to the building which affects our daily lives.
An example of this would be the increased security within the building, adding additional locks that can only be opened manually meaning if you have visitors, you can’t simply ‘buzz’ them up but now instead have to go down and let them in. This might not sound too bad but it would be incredible annoying when you’re living on the top floor.
By consulting with the residents we could have aided them in finding a solution that could both increase security but also ensure the residents can go about their daily routine without being inconvenienced.

Maidenhead is very much up and coming, with great access into London.
For the area, Berkshire House is a beautiful building that people want to live in.
The shops are a short walk away with great access to leisure facilities and with the M4 just 5 minutes away, you’re totally free to get around.

Probably linking to my previous comments, moving in during winter the underfloor heating was great but now in summer the heat is unbearable and with no air conditioning you can’t cool the place down.
Great location
Living in Berkshire House is lovely, there is a communal area which made moving down a lot easier as most people were in the same boat. Meet some nice people 🙂 The location is fantastic right in the middle of Maidenhead and you can be in London very easily as well as other places by train.

I like how there is a lot around walking distance and by train.
The dislike is the amount of building work at the moment going on.

The ‘additional’ payments for car park, internet, etc.
Great place to live
Berkshire house is a lovely place to live with a really friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. We find the convenience of the town center location great.

I like the location and the ease of living and making new friends. I dislike the lack of transparency in cost and finding out different people pay different amounts for exactly the same service

I wish I’d had known the car park was cheaper elsewhere
The best renting experience…
I can honestly go on and on about Essential living & especially Berkshire house. I’m among the first few tenants to move into berkshire house. The experience has been nothing less than phenomenal. Right from contracting, letting agency & fees, joining, moving in, support from staff from every department. In fact I am on the second contract and the reason for me to renew is the experience I’ve had with BERKSHIRE HOUSE. A few staff to call out who go out of the way is Andy who manages the place and lives in ..is truly amazing and an asset to Essential living. And so is Monika Who helps out in anything a tenant would need. Overall 5 stars to Berkshire House.

Awesome place to live with superb facilities
It’s a great place to live but there’s always room for additional facilities like maybe some gym equipment and more engagement activities along with mementos would be appreciated.

Great view and nice people
I like to live in a beautiful modern building, in a nice area with a great view and to have the opportunity to meet nice people, especially during the events on the rooftop.

Fabulous
The one thing that really stands out to me is the friendly and helpful team. This really feels like home away from home for me

It’s close to work and close to the train station.
Maidenhead itself, not much of a fan

How great the roof top area was
Best place to stay in Maidenhead
It is centrally located, which was one of the reasons to rent the property. The lounge is the best part of the building where the residents can connect and even come for some quiet time. Love the place and would definitely recommend my friends to stay here.

Located in the centre of town centre, walking distance from the railway station, the tallest building in maidenhead with a great view. What else could you ask for.

Was smitten by the place when I was visiting a friend. I knew had to stay here. So nothing could have persuaded me otherwise. Though it would be nice to be allowed to smoke in the balcony 😉
Good facility and team!
Great development.
Futuristic living, for all ages.
Great on-site team with prompt support offered, even in odd hours and weekends (if required).
Thank you.
Keep it up 🙂
