Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Maidenhead has great Thames walks, Kidwells Park nearby, and the Elizabeth line straight into London. Few minor gripes with the high street, but overall a very liveable town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and without fuss. Oxana always responds the same day and follows up to make sure the issue is properly closed off.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing comes to mind right now. I think I had all the info from day 1.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Maidenhead punches above its weight for a town of its size. You've got the Thames on your doorstep with lovely walks around Boulter's Lock and Ray Mill Island, Kidwells Park for something closer, and even The Gullet nature reserve if you want a proper green escape. For food, Coppa Club is excellent for riverside dining, Miyazaki is one of the better Japanese restaurants outside London, and there's a growing café scene around Chapel Arches. The Odeon cinema is walkable, and Norden Farm offers proper arts programming. Transport is the headline: the Elizabeth line makes London feel like a suburb rather than a commute. The only minor frustration is that some High Street shops close early, but that's true of most market towns.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time I've raised something, it's been resolved swiftly and professionally. Oxana A takes ownership of each request and provides updates without being chased.

Nothing specific to add at this time. Everything is spot on until now.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I must say it was quite an emotional weekend for me. After seven years of living here, leaving Berkshire House for the “unknown” was not an easy step. I have truly enjoyed my time here, not only because of the wonderful community, but also thanks to Oxana and Lukas for always being so friendly and consistently going above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. You both deserve a huge thank you for the part you play in making Berkshire House such a fantastic place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any issues I raised. Communication was clear, actions were taken efficiently, and problems were resolved in a timely manner, which consistently gave confidence that concerns were taken seriously.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is honestly very little I wish I had known beforehand. Maybe the apartment that is getting a bit hot during the sumer months. The quality of the building, facilities, and especially the management team became even more apparent over time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the location of the building, especially the easy access to local stores, the train station, and the river. All basic necessities are within walking distance, along with a good range of additional shops and amenities. The area feels convenient and well connected for everyday living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised any issues. They’re quick to respond and easy to reach out to, which makes things much smoother.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments can get quite warm during the summer, and in hindsight, I would have preferred an apartment with a balcony. Having a window mesh would also help keep flies out while letting fresh air in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Strong rail service with fast trains into London Paddinghton and conections to Reading, Marlow. Elizabeth Line is a huge convenience. Lots of parks and green areas- ideal for dog walkers and families.Crime rateș are lower than the wider Berkshire average. Living costs and property prices are quiet high

Oxana and Lykas are doing and excellent job, being responsive and helpful.

How smooth and stress free a move in can go. Nothing else comes to mind
