Very Modern development, excellent location with great facilities and maintenance. Highly recommended

Yes . Helpful and friendly management team. Always ready for support

Everything was made clear and explained from the management team .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local food and drink offering is amazing, the shops are not as good, however I know they are looking to rebuild the shopping centre which will be good. Traffic noise is minimal even in the centre of town at Berkshire house as the flats are so well insulated.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have recently moved within Berkshire house and had a couple of issues in the new flat, noise levels and the shower. These were resolved as soon as I had emailed them and fixed instantly.

I think make friends wi thy your neighbours :) Berkshire house is amazing but sometimes we come and go so quickly we don’t always stop to say hi. This is what builds an amazing community

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our street is about a 4 min jog away from the station so it’s hard to miss my train. We have a range of groceries all within a 5 minute walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue raised has been swiftly dealt with. They also do a great job of building a community for the residents.

How hot the rooms with windows can get during sunny days.

Everything you can possibly need from shops and restaurants is on your doorstep. The parks are also close by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, maintenance issues have been resolved promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing is what I mentioned earlier about the temperature in the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects - Defenetly the commute. I live close to where I work so it’s a blessing and also the property is based on high street. So easy access to virtually everything. I can’t find anything bad about the area honestly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. I am very happy with Oxana and Luke. They are extremely approachable and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can’t think of anything to be honest. May be the rent could have been negotiated better.
