Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being located right on the High Street of the town, the property has great access to all the necessary shops, bars and restaurants, etc. It also has a great transportation link having a train station within a 5-minute walk from the property, with regular services to Central London, not only conventional trains but also the Elizabeth Line to major business districts. The surrounding neighbourhood feels safe and relatively quiet, and the gated car park is very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There have only been a couple of minor issues since I moved in, and the friendly on-site management team responded competently and efficiently, solving the issues immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is none to mention, as I have not had any unpleasant surprises thus far.

Transportation is super, walking distance to train station and fast trains to London. Nice design, good space for one person. Lovely management team. Sometimes may be a bit noise when there is engineering work on the high street.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes , the management team respond promptly every time when there are any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is no microwave in the kitchen, although there is one all residents can use in the resident lounge.

The local area around Berkshire House is extremely convenient and well-located. Being situated right on the high street means everything is easily accessible right from shops to everyday essentials. Having places like Greggs just below the building makes it incredibly convenient for quick bites and adds to the overall ease of living here. There is also a bus stop just opposite the building, and several pubs and restaurants are within a 2–3 minute walk, which makes getting around and socializing very easy. The area feels safe, lively, and well-maintained, making day-to-day life comfortable. It’s also very well-connected in terms of transport. Honestly, it’s hard to point out any real downsides. The location and accessibility outweigh everything, and it offers a great balance of convenience and comfort. Overall, it’s a great and highly practical area to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
You send an email to the residents team and they respond and resolve the issue in less than a day. That is the beauty of this apartment that we dont need to rely on external help and that is best thing i have experienced here

Nothing specific. I had comfortable viewing and i was shown everything transaparently. Cant really complain anything yet

Maidenhead is a genuinely pleasant place to live. The town centre has everything you need within walking distance - supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and a good range of restaurants, from Coppa Club on the river to smaller independent spots around Chapel Arches. The Thames towpath is perfect for morning jogs or weekend walks, and Kidwells Park is a lovely green pocket right near the high street. Transport couldn't be better: the Elizabeth line connects you to central London in under 30 minutes, and the M4 is just a short drive away. The only small negative is that some parts of the high street still feel a bit dated, but the regeneration work is visibly changing that.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Superbly. Oxana is the kind of manager who makes everything feel straightforward. She proactively communicated every stage of the 14th floor refurbishment so there were no surprises, and any individual maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and professionally by Lukas.
