Everything was made clear and explained from the management team .

Good aspects - Defenetly the commute. I live close to where I work so it’s a blessing and also the property is based on high street. So easy access to virtually everything. I can’t find anything bad about the area honestly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. I am very happy with Oxana and Luke. They are extremely approachable and efficient.

Can’t think of anything to be honest. May be the rent could have been negotiated better.

range and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces like: 10/10 convenience and availability of transport links: 10/10 living on Queen Street: 10/10 parking availability, bin collections: 10/10

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is very responsive at all times to any issues and/or concerns I've raised or in providing general information and advice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I learned about the storage space discount after moving in, which I don't use but seems very useful for someone who may need it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like living in this neighbourhood – it’s quiet, safe, and has a friendly feel to it. Our building is around a 7-minute walk from Maidenhead Station, which makes commuting super easy, especially if you're heading to London or Reading. The high street is also close by and has a good mix of shops, restaurants, and cafes, so it’s easy to get what you need or just enjoy a nice day out. One of my favourite things is the riverside walk – it’s such a lovely and peaceful spot, perfect for walking, running, or just getting some fresh air. The area feels safe even at night, and the streets are usually clean and well-kept. Bin collections are regular, and there’s not much noise or anti-social behaviour, which is a big plus. Parking is generally available around the area, which is really convenient. Overall, it’s a really nice place to live – convenient, pretty, and with a good mix of nature and city life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been responsive and helpful. Any issues I’ve raised were dealt with quickly and professionally, and they always keep me updated on progress. It’s reassuring to know they’re easy to reach and genuinely care.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known how welcoming the community is and how often little events are held — they’re a great way to meet neighbours. Also, it’s worth knowing that the building team is super responsive, which really helps when settling in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local amenities near Berkshire house are excellent, it has a Sainsbury’s,Tesco , m & s , boots and many more shops within a 2 minute walk. The closest station is Maidenhead which is around 5 minutes away and provides excellent transport links to London and other parts of the south.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had an issue with the drier in the washing machine and was resolved immediately with excellent customer service from maintenance.

When I went to the viewing at Berkshire house I didn’t realise how many shops, restaurants ,gyms etc were close to the building.
