The development is one of a kind

Review Date Mar 2024

I recently moved in the flat & the staff was so cooperative and welcoming. I didn’t face any issue. There is a tesco right across the building which makes everything easier.

Please review your development:

The development is one of a kind. I’m so happy in this property with all the facilities around. The gym & swimming pool are well-serviced & clean. The management is also cooperative. Co-working space is lovely there’s ample space for everyone to sit & WORK.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a good tour of the property before moving in & everything was transparent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We only had one set of keys so they tried to arrange a new set for us asap.

It’s clean & welcoming staff always visible and willing to help and it’s got a sense of community which is nice

Please review your development:

The space and location is great
I think the gym lights are extremely bright and could be turned down a little
I also think we could removed one of the bikes and replace with the stairs machine and I know many residents have requested this

Toye – is a great staff member also

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not sure I think the parking is a issue but we knew that before lol

Blackhorse Mills is fantastic for anyone who commutes or works from home as you have excellent transport links, lots of cafes, bakeries, breweries, workspaces and the beautiful wetlands to top it all off!

Please review your development:

There’s a lot to love about living here, especially the communal spaces and how they nurture a real sense of community. We have lived here for 3+ years and have met some wonderful people in this time.

I also love the gym and the pool, they are well maintained and all the staff here are helpful and personable.

As a dog owner, I find the space for dogs somewhat disappointing and wish that we could have a larger more natural space for our dogs to be off lead. Our current ‘dog park’ isn’t fit for purpose but still grateful to have some lovely dog walking options close by.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it was fully furnished and that there is limited worktop space in the kitchen if you happen to live in one of the townhouses.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues we’ve had have been swiftly and professionally dealt with.

BHM is great. Just mind one thing

Review Date Mar 2024

Everything is good. One of the bad things is parking availability. There’s no space for family or friends that come to visit us, or even enough spaces for all the residents. Please improve that

Please review your development:

The building management and facilities are great. The design and the effort of management for make things easier for all the residents is great. We have Tesco around the corner, we have heated swimming pool, a gym well equipped, and great staff team that are available to help with our needs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have loved to know that we didn’t have enough parking spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has been all good so far. No issues at all with management.
