
Fizzy Stepney Green has a prime setting in E1, very close to Stepney Green Underground and Queen Mary’s University. There are one, two and three-bedroom apartments here, managed by Fizzy Living. Fizzy Living is a Build to Rent landlord, so all units are rental-only and pets are welcome.

Fizzy Stepney is a modern and friendly building with a real community feel. We were first attracted to the building as it is one of the few pet-friendly developments in central London, and having so many animals in the building makes it feel so much more like a home. Our cat loves pottering about on our spacious ground-floor terrace, and we feel very comfortable in our roomy flat. Our BOB Laura is friendly and prompt to respond to our queries, and any issues that arise are resolved quickly and stress-free. Hands down the best place we have rented in London, cannot recommend Fizzy highly enough!

Fizzy Stepney is in a great location. It’s conveniently close to the tube, good bus links and there are several supermarkets within walking distance. You can walk to a number of different places including Mile End and Victoria parks, the Genesis independent cinema and Stepney City farm – which has a great market and cafe!

It took us a few months to discover that you can fully open windows and doors widely! We asked our neighbours who were able to direct us.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of our home is our outdoor terrace, where we can entertain friends and grow our own veg!
Lovely living space in East London!
The flats are designed very nicely, rooms are all very spacious, and there’s plenty of living space too.
Management are very helpful, and quick to respond to any issues we have.
The Fizzy app comes in useful when there are any issues in the building, good to have instant communication with both the landlord and other tenants.

Transport links are as good as it gets in East London, quick to travel into the City and lots of options. Plenty of supermarkets around, and a good range of pubs too!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything has been sorted very quickly with each issue.
A perfect first flat for our rescue Betty
A great first flat for our rescue dog Betty. A great pet-friendly residence, opposite a park and even a pet corner on the ground floor with treats for your four-legged friends. A hidden away – quiet – washing machine and dishwasher. Our favourite aspect is the balcony which has a lovely sunset over the courtyard in the Summer. Our Bob is Laura who is always keen to help with any queries, repairs and maintenance, which are always dealt with in a timely fashion.

Great transport links, 7 minute walk from Stepney Green, 10 minute from Mile End station – one stop away from Westfield. Very close to Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Coop. Opposite Shandy park and close to Victoria Park – the market on a Sunday is a must!

The blinds are very light, it’s therefore quite bright in the mornings. I’d highly recommend blackout blinds – a lifesaver!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any time we have had any issues, our Bob Laura is very friendly and has always responded quickly, maintaining communication until our query is solved.
Great flats in Stepney Green
The flats are modern and cozy, very good heating system. The flats are quite because of the area and the good acoustic insulation of the walls and the windows. The finishes are also good and with a nice appeal. The management is easy going and very helpful.

Very well connected to public transportation. Well served by groceries, pubs and a nice cinema.

Great place
Great property to rent , clean communal areas , very well looked after house with warm and cozy flats . It’s pet friendly which is great for animal owners . It’s located in good area with good transport links and nice parks around . I would recommend this place to anyone .

It’s nice to place to rent , I don’t tik much to complain about
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
No security guard in the building , no one is available on Saturday and Sunday If anything happens to your flat . Wish they change black out blinds in bedrooms .

Very modern interior design. Clean corridor. Quiet neighbourhood.
Building manager is always there to help. The repair team is professional and efficient.
We even have an app to communicate within the community, for events such as garage sell. This week an ice cream van was hired to give free ice cream to everyone living here. How nice is that?!

Very close to both Stepney Green station and Mile End station, so easy access to multiple tube lines. Stratford Westfield city is one station away which offers restaurants, cinemas and shopping stores.

The intercom can be link to your phone so that you can let visitors in while you are out.
This is mostly convenient. But you might miss the call if your phone is on silent mode.

The building manager is always able to respond to my request within a week.

Very well designed building, love the yellow balconiesa and the green central courtyard.
Very well maintained and parcel room is great and we feel the building is excellently managed by Laura who is super helpful and always there for residents when needed!

We love our outdoor terrace and dishwasher and the washing machine is nicely tucked away in the boiler closet
Best hassle free renting in zone 2
Such a hassle free renting experience. The building is pet friendly and allows you to decorate. I’ve never missed a delivery thanks to the delivery room. The Fizzy app is great for being able to easily contact Laura the building manager who is super friendly, and to contact other residents in the building.
The flats themselves are modern with an adequate amount of space and storage. The balconies are a good size too , plenty of room for outdoor dining.
Only downside I would say is the lack of communal spaces that are available in the other Fizzy buildings.

Very close to Stepney green tube station , which also has a couple of coffee shops, a Sainsbury’s local and a co op just next to it.
Stepney farm is also a few minutes walk away which has a local farmers market at weekends.
Good green spaces nearby , mile end park is a short walk away and St Dunstan’s church yard is a real gem. Canal towpath also nearby which is great for running / walks.
Only downside to the area is the traffic tends to be noisy.

The traffic noise can be pretty bad, even for London, from motorbikes and lots of boy racers cutting through the residential area. It’s unavoidable given you need the windows open with the warmth of the building.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
Better temperature control – the building is definitely on the warm side!
Super professional pet friendly landlord
I’m impressed with Fizzy as a whole and I couldn’t be more satisfied and surer to have chosen the best place to live in London. The location is great (near supermarkets, tube station, etc) and the flat itself is well lit due to its huge windows and seems to be well maintained.
Laura our BOB here at Stepney Green really deserves her BOB title, she is very considerate and responsive to any matter. No doubts one of the highlights of living here.
Being pet friendly with no drama is another Fizzy’s upside – obviously there are rules which must
be followed but they are mostly common sense and nothing more I wouldn’t do myself even without them. The only bit which is not that great but I kind of understand is the fee charged extra per pet.
Fizzy seems to strive to make their slogan “reinventing renting” more than words – there are many initiatives to keep and build the community spirit (although temporarily halted due to the current conditions) and make tenants’ lives easier, like an app to manage your tenancy in your mobile, partnerships with external vendor (e.g uber eats to offer free deliveries), etc.
I cannot recommend Fizzy enough and I hope these first impressions linger.

The flat as a whole is in very good condition and I dont really have something bad to report, but it would be great to have real pictures in the ads of the website as I mentioned before and a blueprint to have an idea of the dimensions of the rooms and help planning the furniture beforehand.

So far, all my inquiries have been answered in less than one day.
Modern and safe
I like the building and the flat. The design is very modern. The building is almost new and safe.
I feel secure here! The spaces are quiet big and I like the common areas like the park. The Bob is amazing! The building is pet friendly and neighbors are friendly

The wardrobes are not so big inside the rooms. In the summer is hot.
What is the best feature of your home:
The modern design and the balconys and also the view.
FIzzy: What an organised, safe ,quiet development.
From finding fizzy on zoopla to living in the complex for a year, it has been super easy and safe. Our onsite manager is great and always able to help us when we have an issue. The development is safe, quiet and full of friendly people. Fizzy have been so great during the coronavirus pandemic, they have offered payment plans, friday zoom drinks and lots of extra activity suggestions. Thanks FIZZY!!!

Close to shops and short trip to the city or startford. Great parks and local community. Also plenty bike paths and walking areas
