Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are 3 shops on the street co-op, Morrisons, Tesco . There’s is a variety of restaurants, Chinese restaurant, pizza shop and a coffee shop. The development is 3 minutes from cornbrook tram station and 15 minutes walk to Deansgate train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every issue I have raised has been dealt with promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is free coffee, hot chocolate and teas available 24/7

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s been a very good experience since I moved in, the area is very safe and has a lot of very friendly people. It’s has very close links to town and the united stadium. There are a lot restaurants and third spaces close. It’s a good area to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been well received and dealt with very promptly

The free coffees, hot chocolate and comfortable sofas at the reception area have been amazing

It is quiet but Yumi has been extremely hospitable she has guided me everywhere that I’ve needed and has been extremely kind and welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, with only a 10 minute walk from pubs like the wharf. Cornbrook tram stop less than a 5 minute walk also makes getting in to town nice and easy. Ellesmere street is also quiet enough to drive down at any point of day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had no issues for building management since living here, however they did change a smoke alarm within minutes when we moved in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished I’d of known that i could have walked to Sainsbury’s rather than driving sooner.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think there are lots of great aspects about the local area. There are three great takeaway restraunts right across the road a good bar in banyan plenty of shops to choose from that are really convenient. The bin collections are easy and not loads of traffic noise. Also having all of the rental bikes is helpful

Really quickly and never had any problem getting things sorted

I wish I had known how close we were to wharf and how much I’d enjoy walking down the canal it is so peaceful
