Spacious flat in a great location

Verified Resident

Buildings are well looked after by site managers. Community feel. Flats are really modern and well designed with lots of storage. Added bonus of the balcony which is great in the summer. And of course pets are allowed!!

Please review the location of this development:

Great location to tube, overground and buses. Close to local pubs and shops. It’s great being a short walk from the Walthamstow wetlands too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Might have decided to bring a fan with us, the flats are very well insulated and become quite warm with in the summer!

Nice place to live

Verified Resident

Fizzy properties are all brand new and relatively well kitted out. Not the highest spec fit out but then what rental place is?The landlord looks to make a community for its residents with parties etc, which is nice. Big pluses are pets being allowed and parcels received by concierge.

Please review the location of this development:

Victoria line is amazing. Local amenities getting better all the time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How well insulated the bloomin place is in a hot summer!

Lovely Flats – Highly Recommend

Verified Resident

We moved to Fizzy Walthamstow in August of 2018 and we absolutely love it. Not only is our flat clean and well laid out, but pet-friendly too! Our senior fat cat loves sitting out on our spacious balcony, weather permitting. The location is great for commuting into central London and close enough to walk into Walthamstow village in the warmer weather for a patio cocktail. Our property managers were super helpful during the move-in process and continued that same great communication long after the last box was unpacked. We’ve also met and become friends with several of our neighbours, Fizzy is a building full of respectful like-minded professionals. Highly recommend

Please review the location of this development:

love the transport links, being close to the village
Dislike the student housing next to the building

Hassle-free, stylish living

Verified Resident

My wife and I have lived at Fizzy Walthamstow for a year. It is by far the best tenancy experience we have ever had. The rent is very reasonable for the stylish, brand-new flats. There are fewer ancillary charges than renting through an estate agent (which amounts to a big saving), and Fizzy’s Tenant Portal makes the payments clear and transparent. The on-site team are fantastic: highly professional, helpful and always friendly. We love the co-working area, the barbecues and get-togethers laid on for residents, and the ready-to-use fibre broadband included in the rent (meaning no BT or Sky contract at all!). And getting a seat on the Victoria Line every day for a fast commute into London is a god-send. All-round, a far more pleasant and dignified renting experience!

Please review the location of this development:

The commute is excellent. Waltham Forest has a dynamic, creative vibe and there are good bars, restaurants and shops within easy distance in Walthamstow itself. The Lea River Valley is a beautiful place to walk.
I only hope that more local amenities arrive to the Blackhorse Road area. The local Co-op is a bit of a disaster; there is a Tesco a few minutes further away which is better, but the area could also use a good small Sainsbury’s or equivalent. The area is developing fast so I’m sure more shops and services will appear soon.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It turns out that postal services, couries, utility companies and retailers really struggle with newly-built properties! I’ve spent a year having to explain to people that, yes, my building does exist. They’re slowly catching up, but some organisations still don’t have our building in their databases. Couriers often claim to have ‘attempted delivery’, but actually never visited the property (presumably having failed to look for it). That can be frustrating.

Luxurious Pet Friendly Property

Verified Resident

Had a viewing a few days back and love the feel of the indoor space! Love that it is pet friendly as well, and really keen on this place since I have a little puppy. Feels luxurious and cozy, no apparent issues. If you’re looking for a place, have a look at this one definitely.

Please review the location of this development:

Wish there were a few more casual dining places around.

Amazing Flat

Verified Resident

We have just moved to Fizzy Walthamstow and we love it, the flat is large and spacious, it’s in a prime location for commuting as you are a couple minutes walk from Blackhorse Road station so you can get to central super quick. The ‘Bobs’ who look after you are amazing, communication has been great and they have been really helpful to ensure a smooth move for us. We love that there is someone around in the day to safely collect our packages when we are not in. The building is quiet and we feel so at home already.

We would highly recommend!

Please review the location of this development:

We love how close we are to Blackhorse road tube station and there is a great climbing, yoga and creative work space center opposite which is awesome. We wish there was a good local pub a little closer than Walthamstow central.

Pet Paradise

Verified Resident

Living in London with a pet isn’t easy – unless you choose Fizzy! Gorgeous apartments and professional local bobs are a plus, but pets being the centre of attention is definitely the greatest part of all. Everything is handled quickly, efficiently and hassle-free by bobs Jason and Meena, which makes leading busy lives all the more easy!

Please review the location of this development:

Walthamstow is an up-and-coming area, which the daily construction noise is testament to. The local high street is a buzzing and interesting place with everything from cinema, restaurants, pubs and shops.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Is wish that I’d known how much construction work is going on in the area.

Easy living

Verified Resident

We’ve been living in Fizzy for about 5 months and it’s been a breeze. The apartments themselves are as well kitted out and spacious as you’ll find in London. The staff are hugely friendly and helpful, and there’s a real sense of community in the building. Great location for commuting into the centre, just a few minutes walk from Blackhorse Road Tube. One of the only negatives would be the cost of a car parking space in the complex, which is about £80/month, and we’re unable to get a permit in the borough.

Please review the location of this development:

Great location for commuting. Lacks a high street with shops, bars etc. but these are within tube/bus distance in Walthamstow..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that we weren’t able to get a car parking permit in the area because the Fizzy complex has its own parking.

5 stars living with a 6th star especially for the building bobs and management

Verified Resident

Having just finished our 1 year living here, I can honestly say that the bobs have gone above and beyond to ensure our every need is met. We couldn’t feel more welcome, and more at ease, having the bobs handling everything from the smallest malfunction to delivering our parcels, to organizing various lovely events to bring the residents together and reiterate the sense of community. With the social media groups and the newly launched app, communication is perfect, and every issue is tended to immediately and professionally. The apartment is quite spacious (2 bed 2 bath and a big balcony, with a lot of storage space) and we have had just the smoothest move from a huge apartment back home. Having just landed in the UK a year ago, Fizzy was the perfect companion for us making this an easy transition for both us and our pets, who seem to love it. The communal gardens and office space on the ground floor add to the value of living here, with several tenants working from there, and families enjoying their spare time chilling in the gardens or enjoying a barbecue at one of the events organized by the staff. The flat is well let with lots of sunlight coming in (we are south facing). Others have said that the finishing is cheap, but I disagree and believe that Fizzy has done a great job solving unfinished tasks by the contractors, and even 1 year later, they are still following up on the last small details to ensure that we have a perfect home, and it already has been much more than that. The furniture package is great value for money, quite modern and trendy. All in all the propery is brand new, and it shows inside and out. We are envied by our friends when they visit. The hot water and heating have broken down a couple of times during the year, but they were instantly rectified, and I wouldn’t imagine this speed of service anywhere other than at a 5 star hotel, which living here has felt like.

This is a Zone 3 property that is 2 minutes from the tube, and 12 minutes from Kings Cross. You really couldn’t ask for more. We intend to stay here for quite some time!

Please review the location of this development:

Two minutes away from the tube, with a COOP right next to us. A new Creative Coworking space just launched opposite the property, and this is a dog owner’s dream. 10 minutes to the Wetlands and a bit longer to the forest. 1 tube stop away from Walthamstow and its lovely village and farmers markets. 1 tube stop from Tottenham Hale’s large stores (B and Q, Curry’s, Argos, etc…) and IKEA is 10 minutes from there. What I dislike is that we are a bit limited in terms of food delivery, but that is changing gradually as more services start catering to our area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Luckily we live on the side away from the property under construction, but we did not know there was construction happening right across. This is no longer a problem for any tenants though, as the construction work has ended more or less.

Pet friendly

Verified Resident

Loving the fact that it’s pet friendly, most of the residents have got pets, so our dog gets to make some good friends to play with.
The pet station by the reception is fabulous.
And it has spacious green communal areas!

Please review the location of this development:

Like that it’s just 2 mins walk to the tube, and more cafés and restaurants are opening in the area!
