Staff are all great at the Keel. Friendly and always free for a chat which was really important for me living alone. Even after I left and had a parcel delivered by mistake to Liverpool instead of London, Reece on reception helped me get it collected and redelivered.

Nothing really to add. i had to wait to get a parking space and that was over the winter so that was annoying. i was told this at the time of securing the property and managed to osrt out an interim solution.

yes they did, each time there was anything wrong, it was sorted promptly and efficiently
