Excellent staff, excellent location

Review Date May 2024

Excellent location, walking distance to Liverpool’s shops and restaurants and to the train and bus stations. Can walk to the theatre and Philharmonic

Please review your development:

Staff are all great at the Keel. Friendly and always free for a chat which was really important for me living alone. Even after I left and had a parcel delivered by mistake to Liverpool instead of London, Reece on reception helped me get it collected and redelivered.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really to add. i had to wait to get a parking space and that was over the winter so that was annoying. i was told this at the time of securing the property and managed to osrt out an interim solution.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes they did, each time there was anything wrong, it was sorted promptly and efficiently

The location of this building is incredible and close to everything (Albert Dock restaurants, arena, and very close to our university). Transportation is also incredibly easy with the bus station up the street to go to the airport. As two girls we’ve felt very safe here with the 24 hour team available whenever we need and the many events that go on which make the area very busy in the evenings. Traffic noise is also never an issue but we are still very close to the main street which is very convenient.

Please review your development:

Building itself is gorgeous and has great amenities for a busy student who needs a quiet space to study and go into meetings. The staff who work here are so kind and generous and we have had a great experience with everyone, making our time here so incredible. In specific, Reece has not only made our experience at the Keel amazing but he has made our experience in Liverpool as a whole even better than we could have ever imagined. The night staff, Neil and Sarah as well make us feel so safe and are so friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All of our questions had been answered before we moved into the building. Everything has been amazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have been so impressed with how fast and easy everything is when we need help with things in our apartment. The staff here are always ready to answer and provide whatever we need, making living here so easy and worry free.

The location of the Keel is perfect, there are tons of restaurants within walking distance of the Keel that offer tons of food variety to feed any craving you have. The Keel is also a 10-15 min walk from Liverpool One where all the shopping and grocery stores are. Living by the docks is amazing since everything is so walkable and it is a great way to get some fresh air and exercise.

Please review your development:

I love the the way The Keel id organized the building is gorgeous and being on the docks is the most amazing thing ever. The staff are always super friendly and are always down for a chat which makes the living experience a lot more personal and allows us to make meaningful connections. Tom, Neal, Reece and Sarah have truly made our experience here a lot better and more enjoyable. The lobby is a great place to chat with management and other residents, the lounge is a perfect place to do some work and have a coffee or hot chocolate courtesy of the coffee maker.
