Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is fantastic to live in. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and transport links are excellent with easy access to central London. The neighbourhood feels safe, clean and well maintained. I honestly don’t have any negative comments, as my experience living here has been very positive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every issue or question I raised was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. The team was always responsive, friendly and proactive, keeping me updated throughout the process. I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously, and any problems were resolved as quickly as possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, I can’t think of anything I wish I had known beforehand because the experience met, and in many ways exceeded, my expectations. If I had one piece of advice for new residents, it would simply be to make the most of the excellent facilities and not hesitate to contact the management team if you need anything they are genuinely approachable, responsive and always willing to help.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Building close to the station but Not enough shops and restaurants in the area. It would be great if tesco finally opens…
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Emily, Fatou and Jibran are always kind, professional and very helpful whenever I wish to raise a concern. They are great team and making a real difference. Jibran conducted my annual inspection today. Although he only joined the team recently, he was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He was very efficient and knowledgeable on how the team can support us as tenants (if needed). Thank you very much!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Royal Docks is a great area with loads going on. The Elizabeth line at Custom House makes getting into central London a breeze, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Gallions Reach shopping park is close for essentials, and the waterfront walks are a nice bonus. The area has really come on in recent years.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Good and timely manner. There’s also been minimal issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I thought more about the gym facilities as it’s not “useful” for my needs. Very Minsk equipments and space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nothing bad to say at all. All staff were very helpful and accommodating. Easy to contact and always polite and replied to us very quickly. We felt very much at home there and everyone was brilliant. Very close to DLR, shops and a few restaurants. Would definitely stay there again
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not that there were any issues to report really but any minor ones were always dealt with immediately
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly cannot think of anything negative. The location of Millet Place is perfect with the Barrier Park being very close by. DLR and bus service ces also very close by too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Open spaces and gym and security available all the time which feels so safe at the place. PARKING is a huge problem and expensive on site parking when you have small kids no joy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management are excellent but never got any positive response from the Granger plc regarding the parking issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is not free onsite for resident and charging £150 without any discount is a big drawback
