Known the place earlier really great place!!!!!!!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its a small community and we’ve been around to see it grow- it’s a very family oriented area and there’s a local breakfast/ coffee shop and Starbucks as well as a sainsbury, and another grocery store, the apartment is also right opposite the station and is very safe. The Thames barrier park is also amazing and it’s a private park so no trespassers.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve lived here for 3 years and they’ve always been very responsive and try to help instantly with any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is very nice and right outside pontoon dock station however due to the DLR extension the station was often shut on weekends - there is a direct bus that takes you to Canning Town station but it was a bit inconvenient sometimes but it’s become much better in this year

Great shops and amenities. Place is modern and clean. The staff is very active and helpful. Easy to reach

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah they always do, it’s often easier to go through them than using the app

The gym is not as good as I thought but it’s good for cardio

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I would have preferred if we had extra shops like Morrisons, Coop, M&S, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi in this area to give us a wider range of options. The DLR being the only option makes commute to certain areas unnecessarily long but not sure how this could change tbh as it’s more of a TFL issue

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The front desk has been really helpful whenever we raise issues directly with them. They handle issues with the utmost professionalism. However, getting repairs and maintenance work can take soo long when reported on the app.

Honestly I think I knew everything I needed to know before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The staff are nice. The place is generally very clean. They are planning to launch Tesco shops in one of the retail stores. Hopefully, it’s sooner than later.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond well. Improvements in general electrical maintenance (e.g., lift) and speedy repairs (e.g. bathroom) would be much appreciated.

I wish they could be more stores around the building like in Canning Town area.
