Despite these we are very happy definitely to stay this house.

Our street lighting is not enough. There is not a bin near here. Local neighbourhood isn’t clean and generally I see dog poop everywhere. There is not enough space to kids for playing. Our front gardens maintenance is not good.
Bin collections are very good, they come here on time every week. Local shops are near and, also local public transport (train, bus) too. The Primary School which has a nursery very near here.

These home very good because new buildings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are polite and sensible and give response via email or phone every time.

Antisocial behaviour is prominent here and I’m certain some neighbours were not screened prior to moving in. Numerous occasions police have had to visit the street. Bin collection is hit or miss. When there is a football match locally or during school pick-up times, it is almost impossible to access the street.

Was told we had to pay a deposit before viewing the property which was a massive let down. Had to convince the builders to let me on site to take a quick look through the window.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have responded to faults but often takes a while to resolve them.

Good connection to local transport routes/town shops etc.
Parking is not convenient most parking spaces are outside another persons property & you have to display a permit to park in your own space & have the car registered for any guests so if this is a random visit from a friend/ family on a weekend there is no where to park as you can’t ring & register over the weekend.

Always other people’s rubbish left on the floor in the bin storage area & outside of it feel sorry for the houses located next to the bin storage areas.

Cameras installed with no notice to tenants/ doors on apartment blocks never full shut so anyone can just walk in & out the apartment blocks.

The reviews online/google speak for themselves wish this had been taken into consideration more before moving in as they speak for themselves.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly – Repairs take weeks & even months to be rectified nothings but issues since moving in, communication has been awful passed left right and centre and no one wants to take any ownership.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It is located at very calm location and the neighbourhoods are silent. Sometimes it is very dark in the night for walk, but for day it is very safe and calm.
Good place to live and enjoy living at the moment

I don’t have any. I personally have no issues staying here

Yes they are responsive all the time.
