Living in this area has been a great experience. There’s a good range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, offering plenty of choice, and the nearby open spaces make it easy to relax or go for a walk. Transport links are generally reliable and convenient, though occasional delays can occur during peak times. My street itself is pleasant, with decent parking availability and regular bin collections. Anti-social behaviour is rare, and while there is some traffic noise during busy hours, it’s never overwhelming. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes alarmist instantly and it was sorted within days

I would like to have been given more information on the gas and electric

The local area has a great mix of shops, cafés and transport links, which makes day-to-day life really convenient. There are plenty of places to eat and good access to buses and trains. The only downside is that parking can be a little limited and it can get slightly noisy during weekends, but overall it’s a vibrant and safe neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded quickly whenever I’ve raised an issue. They are polite, professional, and usually resolve things within a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate that they keep me updated and take concerns seriously

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Looking back, I wish I had known a bit more about how busy the communal areas get during peak hours. It’s nothing major, but it would have helped to set expectations. Apart from that, everything has been as expected or better.

Outstanding rated primary and secondary schools, big stores like ASDA, TESCO ALDI,B&M, B&Q near by. Bins are collected on time and parking is very convenient. No traffic noise or anti social behaviour as the area is peaceful and everyone mind their business.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As quick as they can and it is always on priority bases which is quite understandable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think I am okay with my renting so far. It been an amazing one.

The development has a modern design and makes a good first impression, but some elements feel a bit style-over-substance. While the communal areas look sleek, they aren’t always maintained to the standard you’d expect. Facilities such as the gym and shared outdoor spaces are useful, though they can become crowded and equipment isn’t always in full working order.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded but very poorly. We recently needed repairs due to a leak and the response was poor when the work was finally completed after months of an unlivable situation, the workmen left the house filled with rubbish for us to get rid of.

Wish I knew the lack of care they feel for the tenants

The range of local shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces is fairly average – there are enough essentials nearby but nothing particularly standout. Transport links are generally convenient, though not without occasional delays or congestion. Living on the street is acceptable overall, with parking usually manageable and bin collections mostly reliable, although there can be periods of noise or minor disruptions. The area is fine, but not exceptional.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been slow to respond to issues. While they do eventually address problems, communication can be inconsistent and resolutions often take longer than expected. Overall, the response has been below average and could be significantly improved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the responsiveness of the property management team. From a viewing, you can’t really tell how quickly issues will be handled, and in practice the response times have been slower than expected. It’s something new neighbours should be aware of so they can plan accordingly.
