2 minute walk to the nearest train station, with direct access to Manchester & Liverpool. 5-10 minute walk to Eccles and 10-15 minute walk to Monton. Loads of bars, restaurants, shops, open spaces etc; there’s also a canal behind the property. Busy road next to the property but the white noise is actually pretty useful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Requests are through a portal which is managed by the team, with jobs being offered on a case-by-case basis to the preferred contractor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The usual things: take photos and do a deep clean.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A few local shops and a few really nice takeaways. The neighbour hood is overall very lovely and peaceful compared to other places we have lived. There are driveways at every house which makes parking convenient and safe for your vehicle. There are buses that run around the area behind the development and the closest bus stop is only a 3 minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they responded to an issue we had with a fire alarm and it was sorted with efficiency

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the lack of communication before we moved in and wish we had been kept in the loop more before our deposit was put down.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a great experience. There’s a good range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, offering plenty of choice, and the nearby open spaces make it easy to relax or go for a walk. Transport links are generally reliable and convenient, though occasional delays can occur during peak times. My street itself is pleasant, with decent parking availability and regular bin collections. Anti-social behaviour is rare, and while there is some traffic noise during busy hours, it’s never overwhelming. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes alarmist instantly and it was sorted within days

I would like to have been given more information on the gas and electric

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a great mix of shops, cafés and transport links, which makes day-to-day life really convenient. There are plenty of places to eat and good access to buses and trains. The only downside is that parking can be a little limited and it can get slightly noisy during weekends, but overall it’s a vibrant and safe neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded quickly whenever I’ve raised an issue. They are polite, professional, and usually resolve things within a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate that they keep me updated and take concerns seriously

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Looking back, I wish I had known a bit more about how busy the communal areas get during peak hours. It’s nothing major, but it would have helped to set expectations. Apart from that, everything has been as expected or better.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Outstanding rated primary and secondary schools, big stores like ASDA, TESCO ALDI,B&M, B&Q near by. Bins are collected on time and parking is very convenient. No traffic noise or anti social behaviour as the area is peaceful and everyone mind their business.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As quick as they can and it is always on priority bases which is quite understandable.

I think I am okay with my renting so far. It been an amazing one.
