    The design of the development is very good. The management looks after the place we'll, and are available when you need them. If there's any issues, they respond quickly and resolve it as soon as possible. The only thing missing is a private gym, but there is one a short walk from the development.

    Perfect spot, close to the city centre, but in a quiet area, 5mins walk to Aldi, 10mins walk to Asda

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Broken washing machine, response came within a couple of hours and the machine was fixed quickly

    Everything was explained and showcased very clearly before moving in.

    The management tend to needs fairly quickly. The design of our house isn't ideal in terms of one open plan space, but we can make it work ok. However rooms are spacious. Facilities in the house are good, with downstairs toilet and utility room, built in appliances and good standard of things like flooring.

    There are shops and travel links locally, both train and bus. There has been some antisocial behaviour in recent months. Neighbours are mostly nice and we like living here.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have always been prompt at responding to requests.

    The level of some of the antisocial behaviour is a lot.

    Great development, nice neighbours and Wiseliving have always been helpful. The house itself is sturdy and I’ve not really had any issues with it bar minor things. It is nice living in a newly developed estate when without buying i thought would be impossible

    I wouldn’t say it is the best area around but the development itself is clean and presentable. There is a lot of space for parking and there isn’t a lot of noise

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Pretty well, there have been a couple of instances of no responses but always ended up with a response in the end.

    About the area, i moved from the south up north and didnt know much about where i was moving to

    The size of my property for the value is perfect for me living alone and is a professional apartment, having the balcony extensions are nice to have whilst in a balcony as it allows me to have somewhere to go for fresh air. The only downfall would be that I live on the top floor and there’s no lift, having to adjust around this sometimes proves difficult

    The location is a short walk away from the city centre and the train station, also tucked away in a private road making it a perfect location for someone like myself, unfortunately do sometimes get a lot of people using the parking spaces who don’t live in the development

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very attentive and never any issues whilst living this property

    The apartments are great value for money and have a lovely little estate upon entrance, definitely recommend here! I’ve never had any issues

    Poor parking. The houses don’t have gardens. The flats have balcony’s on each floor which is great. Communal bins. Bike store. Communal areas are generally well maintained with a regular cleaner. The parking is terrible, allocated spaces seem to be positioned randomly throughout the development. You park in front of people front windows which is awkward and also unfair on them if you use your car at odd hours.

    Great area overall. Parking is terrible, spaces seems to be allocated without sense and with no visitors spaces.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They make threats to charge you for their contractors issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The doors within the flats are extremely loud and bang each time there are used (entrance doors, internal doors and front doors). The intercom outside each door has the loudest and most annoying woman who says “the door is open, please close the door behind you”. Cigarette butt boxes are located by the entrances to the property, which are also next to people’s windows. Of course this encourages people to smoke there meaning opening the windows leaves the place smelling of smoke and coming into or leave the building means walking through it too.
