Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are extremely over the moon with living here! It's been such a smooth and easy move! Being local to the train station, school and even the high street with a nice range of shops gives us no reason to ever leave.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brilliant, kept us up to date with any changes or contractors visiting.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bin collection day would have been handy to know, otherwise we haven't got a bad word to say. 10/10

Issues do not get dealt with in a timely manner ❌ Deposits unfair amount of money ❌ Don't appear to know what they're talking about in regards to what they are providing ❌

When I first viewed the house, it looked perfect — clean, modern, and in a quiet area. I was excited to move in and thought I’d found the right place. But after living here for a while, there are a few things I really wish I’d known before signing the tenancy.
