The building is in a great location-close enough to the city centre that it is easily accessible, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of town!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very responsive and very helpful with anything for us.

We just wish we had found the building earlier as its gorgeous!

The Keel is a great location. It’s in a quiet area yet in walking distance to the main shops in Liverpool One and the Albert Dock attractions. It’s lovely having a view of the waterfront too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There’s been no maintenance issues so far. All good.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s a circular city bus route just outside the Keel if needed.

Amazing local area, very central and great all round. The Keel is extremely quiet and you wouldn't necessarily think you were in an apartment block! Parking is great, bins are not a problem and no anti social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Amazing! You can catch any of the maintenance guys and they help straight away. You can also log an online request which they are at the door immediately. I had a problem with the temp of my fridge, within 24 hours this was resolved and a new fridge freezer was fitted.

I wish i would have known how quiet the block is! Super quiet!

Great location - short walk to waterfront, shops, restaurants and city centre with local shops closer if needed
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had any problems since moving in however i am confident if there was a problem it would be resolved quickly.

Our viewing with Reece was very informative, any questions we had was answered throughly

I love everything about my building, and this is my second year! The area is quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors. There are several shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, plus great transport links and reliable bin collections.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always been responsive and helpful.

I wish I had known there’s a bus stop literally right by the north entrance
