Great place to live

The Keel is a lovely place to live. The apartments are clean and spacious with plenty of light through the large windows. The location is perfect with nearby access to the waterfront, shops and the city centre. There are excellent facilities including secure parking and a gym which has everything you need. The building management is absolutely brilliant. The staff are very friendly and always prompt and happy to help with any queries.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location - easy access to waterfront, shops and city centre

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing that I can think of, good location and place to live.

What is the best feature of your home:

Big windows allowing plenty of light even in winter. Also very spacious particularly the kitchen/ living room

We are living here for 1 year with our 2yr old toddler, I can say only the best things for this property, Reiss is making our lives so much easier with his excellent costumer service at all times during this year. Thank you Reiss for being such a positive influence to us and being always available for any questions we have, you are doing an exceptional job 10/10 Thank you The Keel

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing quiet area 10min from the city center of Liverpool, traffic noise is minimal, shops and bars are available on the main street and Baltic triangle is within 10min walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always coming on time for issues and fixing the concerns within a day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They could've used better furniture sofas in the living room

Building is well looked after

Convenient location, lovely for walks along the river which is just outside the building Building is well looked after Facilities include on site parking, gym for all residents, study room and meeting room, storage facilities introduced nearer the end of my tenancy which was handy but at an extra price!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Safe and private parking spaces available - pricey but necessary for those that own a car. Convenient bike storage facilities available for free at both north/south ends. Access to a meeting room & study hall which often tends to be very quiet, added benefit of free coffee. Apartments equipped with modern furnishing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In a timely fashion with no issues Always resolved any maintenance problems asap

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are very well insulated - this can be blissful in the winter as often times you don't need the heating on for long, however in the summer it can be an issue as the apartments tend to get overheated particularly with the direct sun light

I love living here ⭐

Concierge and Lewis and Chris, are excellent at ressolving issues and collecting parcels. Reece, Neil and Steve work on the desk day and night and are always super helpful, welcoming to my family and friends who visit and at all times go that extra mile. They always make the effort with a great balance of professional and “friend” - they know who you are and that adds a homely feel as soon as you enter. Living alone with a young child, I feel very safe and overall its a possitive experience. If I could buy , I would.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is fantastic, I love living on the waterfront. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and town is a short walk away and its quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to ressolve and always check-in after to make sure I am happy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking spaces for visitors would be helpful. Really like the vendor machiene and hot drinks service. Gym is great always space. Would be interested in excercise classes.

This is one the best rentals I've ever lived in. Very modern and constantly renovating/improving the building. The building management and staff have always been extremely helpful. Anything reported gets sorted out quickly. The staff, especially Reece and Steve, are also friendly and make you feel welcome. Great place to live!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Central location near Albert Dock. Great connections. On-site Parking (for a monthly fee). Bins collected once a week. Everyone is very friendly. Hardly any traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always, anything that needs replacing gets replaced. And anything that is reported as faulty, maintenance come around to check on the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing I can think of, the Keel, as I said, is one of the best places I've lived in and Liverpool is an amazing city.
