Modern good location, loud, hot, bad furniture so took unfurnished. Management are bad, tapping noise in bathroom. Pipes are expanding when hot water comes through plumber said. Took 8 months and 2 weeks to complete job. Wanted to pay 10 a month then upped to 25 a month. No trust. Very rude management. Need to pay double rent 2 months plus bills. Fobs didn’t work when first came to move in. Fridge broken when first came in took a week to replace. Not been cleaned when first moved in. Only refuned half the shop.

Trains loud, kids on street at night, rough area, stolen cars driving up and down. Not ideal if working out of city centre. Good location to be near town.

Only get one parking space.

What is the best feature of your home:

Top floor with tall ceilings. It has an open plan so very spacious.

Location is perfect and the grounds are secure with a private parking space per flat. The management company are responsive and act on any issues effectively. The flat itself has everything you need but the build quality is poor. The electric boilers don’t have timers so are very expensive to run (turning it manually on and off everyday) and you can hear everything your neighbour above you is doing. If you can get past these, the rate is competitive compared to the rest of the city.

The location is perfect for commuting into the centre of Liverpool

The electric boiler not being on a timer is an absolute pain. If you forget to turn it off, expect a large bill. If you forget to turn it back on, cold shower.

Two bed and two bathrooms for the price with a balcony

I really love living here, it is the first time I have privately rented and i have had a good experience so far. I love how quiet it is and how it feels private. I think the space is great and its good value for money.

Can hear everything thin walls

Flat pack rooms so can hear a lot not just loud noises. Some issues with parking as only one space but people park outside with free parking some robberies though. Management are responsive. Decent size rooms which is good.

Lovely gardens, quick response with maintenance

I really like the management. The rooms are very nice and spacious and open plan. Been here 4 year very nice property. Gardens are very well looked after. Maintenance team has improved a lot, they respond within the hour, very good.

Work close to property, only 15 minute walk to town.

Management is generally good at responding. The space is good, walls are a bit thin so can hear other people talking sometimes. Good value for money for the location its in compared to other areas. Perfect for a couple.

Only one car space. Main living area is fairly small but have a balcony which is really nice. The bedrooms are very good size with ensuites. Not a big issue with management but not super quick at helping.

Proximity to town, close to sefton park. Area around the flat is run down.

No, everything was advertised when we came to view.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They only responded after nagging for a while but would eventually fix.

I think the flats are at a very good standard. Very big balcony. Management isn’t always the quickest on small niggly jobs, but on important jobs they are very quick. I also really like the layout of the flat.

Good location close to town. Not alot of facilities in immediate area such as bars etc.

Don’t know flat until you go and visit it personally.

There rooms are a really good size and are very spacious. There were a few issues but management sorted it out quickly. I love this flat and I have no problems worth it, I like living here a lot. Repairs are really quick.

Close to train station, could walk into city centre. Free parkimg outside. Puts car insurance up. Good views.

The boiler, two switches, only need one on. Of mot turned

I would change the Boiler and maybe add carpets…

I really like the location of this property as it is right next to Brunswick train station. I really like the size of the apartment its not too big and easy to keep warm. The flats are very bright as we have big windows.

Its close to train, not too far from town however its a bit rough on other side of the apartments.

No there is nothing. Everything was advertised clearly.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would prefer it to be closer to town and have two car park spaces rather than one.
