Good location but near train station so loud

Modern good location, loud, hot, bad furniture so took unfurnished. Management are bad, tapping noise in bathroom. Pipes are expanding when hot water comes through plumber said. Took 8 months and 2 weeks to complete job. Wanted to pay 10 a month then upped to 25 a month. No trust. Very rude management. Need to pay double rent 2 months plus bills. Fobs didn’t work when first came to move in. Fridge broken when first came in took a week to replace. Not been cleaned when first moved in. Only refuned half the shop.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Trains loud, kids on street at night, rough area, stolen cars driving up and down. Not ideal if working out of city centre. Good location to be near town.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only get one parking space.

What is the best feature of your home:

Top floor with tall ceilings. It has an open plan so very spacious.

Location is perfect and the grounds are secure with a private parking space per flat.

Location is perfect and the grounds are secure with a private parking space per flat. The management company are responsive and act on any issues effectively. The flat itself has everything you need but the build quality is poor. The electric boilers don’t have timers so are very expensive to run (turning it manually on and off everyday) and you can hear everything your neighbour above you is doing. If you can get past these, the rate is competitive compared to the rest of the city.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is perfect for commuting into the centre of Liverpool

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The electric boiler not being on a timer is an absolute pain. If you forget to turn it off, expect a large bill. If you forget to turn it back on, cold shower.

What is the best feature of your home:

Two bed and two bathrooms for the price with a balcony

It is quiet and there is free parking not far drm town

The size of the rooms are really good and it was all newly furnished. Everything works really well. The kitchen has sliding doors which open onto the balcony which is one of my favourite features. I really like the flat.

Great location

I like the design its quite neutral. I don’t like the temperature of the flat it feels too hot due to there being large windows and a balcony. I do like how convenient it is to everything and that you can do whatever you like with the flat.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Good location, don’t like the high crime. Good for commuting, very quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didnt come to see the flat so i didnt realise how hot it would be.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Temperature as it gets too hot due to large windows.
