Hill Group: Rightmove and Instagram tiles

Hill Group has been using positive HomeViews reviews to market its new joint venture development with Marleigh located just to the east of Cambridge. Marketing included a HomeViews ratings tile on its Rightmove listings and a series of Instagram posts featuring positive review quotes from residents.

Build to Rent operator Affinity Living used HomeViews review quotes to build anticipation and add social proof from existing schemes to the hoardings for its upcoming Birmingham scheme Lancaster Wharf.
