We take a look at the 10 property developers in Manchester rated highest for building design by residents. This list of property development companies was decided based on average building design scores from all residents reviewing their Manchester developments on HomeViews.
All the Manchester property developers on the list have at least one development in the city. Where there are more than one, we weighted the design scores according to the number of reviews for each building, then took an average. However, residents are adding new reviews every day. As a result, this list of Manchester developers is sure to change – and be updated – frequently!
