Proximity to two stations (Lewisham and Elverson Road), grocery, shopping town center - all within walking distances, makes the location of bale and anchor super convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had some issues related to the main door battery and moulds growing from the side of window wall corner - it was promptly and efficiently taken care of - Junior, the maintenance staff is super nice and friendly and always eager to help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Better sofa at the lounge, the current one is uncomfortable and the balcony should have sliding doors

Great access to transport, shops, and green spaces. The street is quiet, safe, and neighbours are considerate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been consistently responsive and professional. Junior, in particular, shows great attention to detail - he’s quick to address any issues and ensures everything is resolved thoroughly. His dedication really stands out and adds to the overall quality of the living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No specific needs or requests before moving in, everything was satisfactory.

There is plenty of options right on your door step. From pubs to restaurants, even the high street which has a plethora of commercial fastfood places and equally as many super markets to go to. But why do so when tescos Is right on your doorstep 😘. Accessibility to get around the city is fantastic, from DLR, overground going into the heart of London or out of. The building team are fantastic as well! Very thoughtful and communicative. Always saying hello and nothing seems to be too much for them to help with. As I've been living here happily for 2 years now and was on of the first to move into the block

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes it can take a moment to get through to someone and maybe a little more communication with organisation of needed to visit flats to do works. But otherwise fantastic

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

People who drive - doesn't seem to be much offering in terms of car parking

The location is really amazing for me with great transport links!!! I do wish the pathway between the building towards the train station were a bit more well lit but can honestly say I’ve never had a problem

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Said they would raise with homebox but nothing has been done

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew About homebox!!! I’d rather pay my own bills!!

Love the community, the pubs and transport nearby. It is probably a little less safe that I would have hoped for.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always respond. Sometimes immediate, sometimes with a wait, but they handle things that are not working and usually quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the area is a little dangerous at night, but regarding building itself - nothing.
