Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy access to streets like castle st and an easy walk into town. Only 10 min walk to lime street and round the corner from moorefields which is great when going into Chester ect. Street can sometimes have the homeless a lot outside as the YMCA is not far. That’s my only issue as I go out to work early mornings and it worries me slightly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took a while to see someone when we first moved in however all issues sorted. Two holes in the wall where they put my tv up as they put it up too high nearer to the ceiling.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rent would go up after tenancy wish we were informed about this prior only heard about it on social media.
