Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area around Kangaroo Works is genuinely one of its strong points. There's a good mix of shops and cafes within easy walking distance — 200 Degrees is a particular favourite of mine for a coffee. There are also a few solid restaurant and bar options nearby for evenings out. Transport links are convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk from the building, making it easy to get around without needing a car. As for the street itself, it's generally quiet and well looked after. Parking is limited, which can be a bit of a hassle at times, but bin collections are reliable and on schedule, and I haven't experienced any real problems with anti-social behaviour or traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been quick and reliable whenever I've raised an issue. Any problems I've reported have been dealt with promptly, and the team (especially Rosie and Casey on reception) are always easy to reach and genuinely helpful in following things through to resolution. It's reassuring knowing that if something does come up, it gets sorted without a lot of back and forth.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I'd share with a new neighbour: there's a construction site nearby, but it's a non-issue once your windows are closed — you barely notice it. I already knew about it before moving in, so it wasn't a surprise, but it's worth mentioning for anyone doing a viewing who might not clock it. It really doesn't disrupt the peace and quiet inside the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great, you have the choice of the bustle of Chiswick High Street, the short walk to Brentford and Kew across the river. Great parks and green spaces and some of London's best pubs on your doorstep. Transport is good with two lines going from Gunnersbury and national rail calling at Kew Bridge Station. Our street and building is quiet and everyone is friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded promptly and professionally. Issues are acknowledged quickly, communication is clear, and any concerns are resolved efficiently, making the overall experience reassuring and hassle-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was pretty well explained, we haven't had any shocks at all and knew the area pretty well before moving

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best thing about my local area is that we feel safe in this neighborhood. Not necessarily is a bad thing but we are not ble to reach a big supermarket chain in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick. We are getting a response mostly on the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are good schools in the local area. Common areas like lounges are very useful.

Good to live however anti social behaviour is a issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This building has great transport links such as buses every 5-10 mins to Manchester City centre as well as this the nearby train station is a 10 minute walk . There is plenty shops nearby such as the retail park where has a Sainsbury’s , boots , home bargains. As for car parking we can’t comment due to not having a car at this present moment. The issues we’ve had in this property is a lot of anti social behaviour such as residents smoking cannabis , dealing drugs and well as loud music at 1am and the use of laughing gas we’ve also had a lot of noise from other buildings with residents such as barking dogs and party’s

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Staff/management were very quick to act on the recent flood and did keep all residents informed throughout the only criticism I would have would be the duration in which it took to complete work on our balcony doors which was a known issue throughout the building

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known before we moved in that the WiFi in the building meant we are only limited to sky and don’t give us the flexibility of changing providers like in other buildings
