Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

7 mins from the wormwood scrubs park, which is great because I have a dog. Corner shop nearby, and it’s a safe area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swift with the reply and the resolution, and maintenance guy is a legend!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, it’s as advertised and as expected, no surprises

Great Experience Thanks to Zainab & Great Facilities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is generally peaceful (although affected by surrounding construction) and has a friendly atmosphere. However, it would benefit from more amenities such as a coffee shop, grocery store, and a few restaurants to improve convenience and variety for residents. Transport links are decent, but limited options can make commuting challenging at times. The area is clean, with regular bin collections and low levels of anti-social behaviour. Parking is usually available, and traffic noise is minimal, contributing to a pleasant living environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We reported an issue with the blinds, and within a day, building management arranged to book in a repair. Their quick response and willingness to resolve the issue promptly really impressed us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Distance to local grocery store. Although this is not a negative aspect because the central location of the apartment allows for quick online shopping deliveries from nearby grocery stores.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is great, loads of pubs, restaurants and cafe's nearby. Travel links are surperb, with Birmingham city center only a 15 minute walk away from the office.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management reacts very quickly to issues and miscellaneous maintenance requests, work is always completed in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community events! The building management puts on various events throughout the month for the community to take part in. Whether it's a celebration party to mark the 2nd anniversary of the building opening or movie nights, there's always something coming up

The building has been designed poorly but expensive

Waterway house (Tenant)

Mitre Yard, NW10

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very noisy due to the train and the roadworks. It’s also in the middle of nowhere, no shops nearby and the trains are far.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are useless and have every excuse in the world. Tell us to use other apartments showers that multiple people have used and zero urgency with fixing things

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How terrible the design would be, how bad the noise would be and how useless building management would be

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I dont think it could be more convenient! We have shops and cafes - its so central we have the buses and trams - theres really nothing to complain about - its such a buzzy neighour hood!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded straight away and also a nice add on is that they check that I am satisfied afterwards.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have known that I couldn't have a key for guests so it felt like a home.
