The building is within a walking distance from many restaurants and shops, public transport links. A full size grocery store is missing, it’d be nice to have one in ~10 minutes walking radius.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most of our problems were solved fast, but an emergency maintenance on Sunday couldn’t be addressed. Moreover, our neighbors always fight and the management never acknowledged oor complaints.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there are no proper supermarkets around is the biggest problem.

Very convenient transportation with easy access to some chain stores and local businesses, like Tesco, Starbucks, and some independent cafe and grocery stores.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team responds and deals with the maintenance requirements very quickly. But the frond desk is very busy with touring new tenants, and relatively not very actively respond to emails.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had know that the detail of the facility in the apartment.

The customer service is satisfactory. They are responsible and friendly.

Convenient public transportation. Quiet environment. Near to excellent breweries where we can enjoy beer and good food during holidays. Short transportation time to central London for shopping, museums and restaurant.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management office respond quickly to my maintenance and repair request and enquiry.

This place is near to wetland which offers excellent view. However, there are insects flying in our house when the lights are all on.

A great place to live, with brilliant connections to central London. The area is busy, and lots of local breweries, cafes and shops near by. The team when fully fulfilled are helpful, and it’s a pleasure to live here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has developed since moving here 5 years ago. The brewery’s are a short walk from equipment works, as well as independent cafes, restaurants and shops. Parking is fairly limited, but there is feee parking down some residential streets between certain times and a payable car park within a short walk. Parking at the property has a very long waiting list and a charge of £250 per month. Transport links are brilliant with the Victoria line getting you into central London in less than 20 minutes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They do try their best to respond/fulfil our issues, however recently because of lack of staff this has taken much longer to sort. Most of the time, anything raised to management is resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The excessive increase in rent each year (we are aware it has become a popular area but the increases seem to be extreme to other flats surrounding ours). Lots of spiders and bugs in the summer on the balcony because of the wetlands.
