Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sherborne place is perfectly located in a quiet area of Birmingham city centre. We are a small young family and have access to green spaces, playgrounds and shops nearby. Sherborne is a peaceful and secure place to live and thrive. The parking is located underground for our convenience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always very efficiently, going above and beyond. Steve is the BEST!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how much I was gonna love the experience, moving houses it’s always stressful and a burden taking the joy of the actual experience but Sherborne place has made me feel I belong.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wonderful staff & amenities. So convenient. Great location which is centrally located. Can be noisy at night with young people at Pound’s Park, but other than that surprisingly quiet for city center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Perfect! Super responsive and friendly. I appreciate how communicative and available they are- the managers are not tucked away in an office out of sight , they operate at the reception and are very friendly. Highly recommend this building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just how noisy Pounds Park is at night time. I would have rented on the courtyard side of building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area offers good shops and restaurants, with a great park nearby. Transport links are reliable, though the evening bus service could be better. On my street, parking is simple and collections are always on time. It's a quiet neighborhood with very low traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had any problems to begin with Amazing service

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like the convenience of living here. There are plenty of shops, cafés and supermarkets within walking distance, which makes everyday life easy. Public transport is also close by so getting around the city isn’t a problem. The area feels mostly safe and calm, especially during the week. it can get a bit noisy at night on weekends. Overall, it’s a good location with a lot of useful amenities nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any time I’ve had a small issue or question, management has been quite responsive. They usually reply within a reasonable time and try to sort things out without making it complicated. It feels like they do care about residents and keep the building running smoothly, which makes living here more comfortable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that noise can travel a bit more between flats than expected, especially on weekends. It’s still a nice place to live, but this is something future residents might want to be aware of so they can choose the right floor or unit for their preference. Other than that, the building has been a good choice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No complaints about the local area, there isn’t much to do but you would be aware of that when researching the property. Good transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have not responded to numerous complaints from either myself or my neighbours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no hot water or electricity. The apartments are unliveable on this basis.
