a very good area, the whole city is walkable, never feel unsafe around here, the traffic is a tad bit loud but everything is lovely

yeahh theyve sorted out all and any issues ive had and answered all my queries

i wish i knew more about the loading area section and parking struggles

Good area, and I enjoyed my stay. Parking was very expensive & unfortunately the area was quite dangerous, and became a lot more so in the summer months.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No they’ve been ignoring my calls & avoiding accountability.

Be mindful of the staff withholding letters and parcels after your tenancy finishes

I’ve really enjoyed my time staying at swan street house. The people at the reception desk are the best. They are really helpful and I really enjoy the building amenities as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond really quickly and they go beyond to ensure your issues are resolved

I came with a really open mind as this was my first time renting. I don’t think there was any information that I wasn’t provided by the team.

Amazing location with excellent access to the northern quarter. Shops with in walking distance to pick up emergency supplies.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The have responded in an efficient manner so far same day- excellent service

Ask for a leaflet to help set up the wifi at reception, or a mini wheel trailer to help you move in. They have loads of useful stuff
