I have been a resident for exactly a year now and extended my contract because of how wonderful my stay has been. The facilities, property management and building staff have been fantastic throughout my experience so far. The building itself is modern, stylish and very well maintained, and the apartments still feel new, comfortable and luxurious. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping everything to a high standard, with regular maintenance and cleaning ensuring that the building always feels fresh and cared for. We also have an updated parcel delivery system that’s made things a lot easier. Whenever there has been an issue, the building management team has dealt with it quickly and efficiently, which has made living here very convenient and reassuring. Having a 24/7 reception is another huge benefit, as there is always someone available to assist regardless of the time. The customer service has consistently been excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly, approachable and helpful. They are also very pet-friendly, which has been particularly lovely and makes the building feel welcoming for both residents and their pets. Communication from the management team has also been excellent. Residents are kept well informed about everything from scheduled maintenance and building updates to changes that may affect us. I also really appreciate the events organised for residents, as they provide a great opportunity to socialise and get to know other people living in the building. Overall, it feels like a property where the management genuinely cares about creating a great living experience. Within the year that I’ve been here, we also got a gym with lots of modern equipment. It’s been lovely to experience apartment living that feels both luxurious and well looked after.

The property is very modern and cosy perfectly matching to the city lifestyle. The common facilities including the party lounge and the dedicated office space is excellent and key highlight of this development. Also the outdoor area in the 1st and 5th floor is excellent and can hang out there especially during the summer. The design of the building is modern with all facilities like mail room and gym in the ground floor itself. The management is quite friendly and attend queries on time.

Beautiful thoughtful design - gorgeous sea salt scents and rich colours and interior design welcome me home from work every day, along with the kind staff and cute pets. Best location - 4 minute walk for me to get to work, or anywhere else from moorfields. 15 minute walk to Lime Street. There are 2-3 resident events every month - since moving in earlier this year I’ve shyly turned up to a few, and they always lead to lovely conversations and connections with new human and animal friends. Amy, who did my viewing, did give me the impression this would be a lovely place to live - she was very friendly, authentically warm, and professional - I had a good feeling after our viewing which stood out to me in the stress of attending many other viewings. Amy puts people at ease and is a really pleasant person to know is manning the building most days. I am grateful we have our own gym on site! It is so clean, well equipped and has beautiful big lush plants and a gorgeous interior design in lieu with the rest of the building. One of my best friends here is a girl I met at a coaching event held in our gym, and we love going together and it’s the best part of my day sometimes! There’s enough room and availability to stretch/do yoga/even dance as well. The only improvements or suggestions I would make would be if it could be considered to also include a hip abductor machine, a pull up bars, and if possible - one of those 2/3 people wooden saunas! Then I probably wouldn’t have any reason other than work to leave the building! ;) All in all it’s a lovely place, the communal spaces are beautiful, it’s a thoughtfully designed interior that smells clean and inviting from the mass diffusers around the place, with little outdoor communal areas where I like to take photographs of the sunset and sunrise. There is a coffee machine in our beautiful reception that we can utilise on weekdays for free too. I wish I’d known how happy I would be here so I maybe would have stressed less during my moving period! Thank you to everyone who makes this place what it is :)

Overall, I have had a positive experience living in the development. The design of the building is modern and practical, and the communal areas are generally well maintained. The property is comfortable and provides a good living environment, with convenient access to local shops, transport and other amenities. Building management and maintenance are generally responsive, although there can occasionally be room for improvement in communication and the speed of dealing with minor issues. The communal facilities and shared spaces are kept to a reasonable standard. Overall, the development is a pleasant and convenient place to live, and I am generally satisfied with the quality of the property and the management of the building.

Equipment Works is a modern and well-designed development with a contemporary feel. The apartments are generally comfortable and benefit from a practical layout, good natural light and modern finishes. The communal areas are attractive and the overall development feels secure and well maintained. The building management team is generally helpful and responsive when issues are reported, although communication and response times could sometimes be improved. Routine maintenance and cleaning are usually satisfactory, but there can occasionally be delays in dealing with repairs or communal-area issues. Overall, I have enjoyed living at Equipment Works. The modern design, convenient location and good standard of the development are the main positives. With more consistent communication and quicker responses to maintenance issues, the management service could be even better.
