This building has great transport links such as buses every 5-10 mins to Manchester City centre as well as this the nearby train station is a 10 minute walk . There is plenty shops nearby such as the retail park where has a Sainsbury’s , boots , home bargains. As for car parking we can’t comment due to not having a car at this present moment. The issues we’ve had in this property is a lot of anti social behaviour such as residents smoking cannabis , dealing drugs and well as loud music at 1am and the use of laughing gas we’ve also had a lot of noise from other buildings with residents such as barking dogs and party’s
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Staff/management were very quick to act on the recent flood and did keep all residents informed throughout the only criticism I would have would be the duration in which it took to complete work on our balcony doors which was a known issue throughout the building
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known before we moved in that the WiFi in the building meant we are only limited to sky and don’t give us the flexibility of changing providers like in other buildings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Swan street house offers great amenities nearby with ancoats marina only a short walk away accessing the only open space in Manchester City centre, then town is an even shorter distance away offering all you could need. There is a fantastic restaurant range in close proximity and I can see my 4 favourite bars from my apartment window? You can’t get better than that! There are also two train station within 10-15 minute walk providing access to all major train lines.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management are efficient, fast and professional

Nothing, all needs are satisfied! Thanks so much to all the lovely management team right through tk maintenance and cleaners; you’re all fab.

Lots of shops and breweries around so good amount of stuff to do, no parking is a negative as there is nowhere local.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a few issues with moving in however the management team fixed them on the day.

More info around bills as they have a specific supplier for heating and hot water

Noma is a great place to live and the building is in the perfect location. Eveything is accessible within 5 minutes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always been very responsive to any issues especially reception staff.

I would recommend a higher flat facing away from the city cause the views are incredible

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Facilities are well-cared for and high quality with a range of different activities and events being held by equipment works. There is a close by Tesco express which is very helpful and we are close a range of brewery's as well as a short walk from Tottenham eitha. Wider range of branded homegoods stores. There is minimal traffic noise and neighbours noise, very tranquil and peaceful with our balcony over looking the wetlands.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have only just recently moved in but queries about the flats maintenence and furnishings were quickly tended to and corrected (less than 24 hours) , however there were some aspects of the flat that surprised us. It was less clean than we expected upon arrival with marks in the toilet, Food in the fridge, containers left in the cupboard and toilet seat broken.
