Wildlife, breweries and lots of amenities nearby! Good sports facilities for pilates, yoga and fitness. Love the area!

Very well, always happy to help with resident concerns and provide advice. Best to speak in person or via the resident portal as Management receive so many emails. Marigona has especially helped with a lot! Jinia, Jason, Mel, Princess thank you for the work you do!

Induction hobs!! Note down the management work hours and emergency numbers for any issues.

Right next to a lot of bars and shops in Northern Quarter. Close to trams at shudehill and victoria train station

Holly and the team have been very helpful whenever we’ve had any issues

I was quite well read about the area but wish I knew more about the parking area.

Area is great but the doors are always broken and left wide open with no supervision or security, major security problem that happens all the time

It’s hard to get a response about most things unless you’re using the maintenance thing on the all, that ends up usually fine but if it’s anything else you’ll never hear back

Staff aren’t as a friendly as they seemed in the viewing

It’s so easy to get around, nothing is more than 15 minutes away. Great public n transport links too

They have responded very quickly and it’s easy using the app

Area is good but this isn’t anything to do with swan street hse, there’s plenty of flats in this area

Barely anything, just found it’s constantly not their fault

Like I said I would just avoid, the building management aren’t interested in you they don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp or answer the phone 99% of the time unless you use the dial option that’s meant to be for sales
