Lots of supermarkets nearby meaning there is a variety of places to shop ranging from local grocery stores to big stores such as sainsbury and lidl. Most fast food places nearby, also restaurants like italian or turkish. Very convenient for public transportation, near a train station and a few bus stops nearby as well. Building had own bin store and parkung lot so it’s all managed by them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had a blocked pipe in my sink/dishwasher and stuart the maintenance guy, together with his colleague, quickly and efficiently unblocked it. Very friendly and quick.

Sounds of train are loud if living on lower floors but i got used to it

The local area could benefit from more restaurants and bars. However overall it’s very well catered for. Transport links are excellent. There’s plenty on the doorstep and shops within walking distance aswell as green spaces

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly. The only thing that was here when we originally moved in which has since been out of service is the bbq area

You know those tourist maps you get in hotels that have local sights to see. That would be great. We didn’t properly discover the wetlands or Walthamstow villlage until 18 months in by chance

It’s very convenient as it’s near high street and train station. The range of shops and restaurants are suitable for daily life.

Yes. They will respond to any problem and issues promptly.

I couldn’t think of anything’s which I couldnt get from a typical viewing.

It's very convenient for transport links, the general area has a lot of amenities and services and it is close to nature areas too.

The management team are always quick to respond to service requests

The cinema room and outside areas are a real plus great for socialising

Swan Street House is an absolute gem right on the edge of the Northern Quarter. The location couldn't be better you’re a short stroll from amazing coffee shops, bars, and food spots, plus getting around town is dead easy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve only recently moved in, but the building management and maintenance team have been fantastic so far. Any inquiries or minor requests we've raised were addressed and sorted out really fast.

How strong the sense of community is and how friendly everyone here is! The resident socials and organized events are a huge plus for meeting people. On top of that, the amenities are genuinely useful you actually end up using the gym and lounge spaces constantly, and the location makes getting around central Manchester and the Northern Quarter completely seamless.
