Everything is great, the restaurants are excellent, and the area is amazing. I really enjoy the atmosphere and convenience of this neighborhood, as it offers many great places to eat, relax, and explore.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been waiting for more than three weeks to have my shower repaired, and the delay has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in mind but i wished i new that tge smell of the floors were bad before moving in every floor sadly

One of the good aspects of living in this area is the availability of nearby supermarkets such as Tesco, which makes it very convenient for residents to access their daily essentials. The area is also close to restaurants and the city centre, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. Another positive point is the presence of a bus stop nearby, which makes transportation easy and accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is generally good and supportive, and they do resolve issues when contacted. However, there is sometimes a noticeable delay in responding to emails, which is an area that could be improved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I heard, and which new residents should be aware of, is that hosting an overnight guest may be difficult because additional keys are not provided and overnight stays might not always be allowed. If this is accurate, it can be inconvenient, especially since these apartments are private homes and tenants should have the right to host guests when needed. This is something important for future residents to keep in mind.

Very near to the high street, good variety of shops and near to the rail station. The high street is a pedestrian walkway doesn't need to worry about cars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast action taken to replace my ceiling lights and changed the battery of smoke alarm, Stuart does the job excellent and effective.

This development did not provide any visitor carpark space.
