Perfect area! Lots of shops, restaurants and activities to do around the flat. Super easy for trains, not far from the airport and great for bus stops. Noise is not too bad and can’t complain when you are in city centre

Whenever we log a maintenance issue it gets resolved within maximum 48 hours

Maybe the windows not being able to fully open as it can get very hot in there!

Great location, great shop, restaurants and places to walk on your doorstep. Loud traffic on the main road and music on the weekends

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff have responded quickly and efficiently. Especially Holly who was on the reception and helped me quickly when I lost my key

I didn’t have a viewing as I was recommended by a friend

Wildlife, breweries and lots of amenities nearby! Good sports facilities for pilates, yoga and fitness. Love the area!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, always happy to help with resident concerns and provide advice. Best to speak in person or via the resident portal as Management receive so many emails. Marigona has especially helped with a lot! Jinia, Jason, Mel, Princess thank you for the work you do!

Induction hobs!! Note down the management work hours and emergency numbers for any issues.

Fantastic development with great access to public transport. Well kept facilities and a responsive management team.

Building management is very responsive to any reported issues.

I wish I knew about the bookings for meeting rooms and how busy it can be sometimes. Very useful for WFH though.

Right next to a lot of bars and shops in Northern Quarter. Close to trams at shudehill and victoria train station

Holly and the team have been very helpful whenever we’ve had any issues

I was quite well read about the area but wish I knew more about the parking area.
