It’s great to be so near the high street, lots of shops nearby. Parking is limited and being in a 2 car household incurs extra parking charges locally

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With incredible speed. Resolved one issue and pending parts being received for another one. Stuart was really helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

N/A, we’re happy with the tenancy and location. Parking could be improved in the local area though

Close proximity to nearby pubs & restaurants. Super convenient hub which enable travel around the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great team especially Stuart who fixed the heater at my apartment which saved a lot problem in cold winter.

Good maintenance service saved me a lot of headaches.

Very near to the high street, good variety of shops and near to the rail station. The high street is a pedestrian walkway doesn't need to worry about cars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast action taken to replace my ceiling lights and changed the battery of smoke alarm, Stuart does the job excellent and effective.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This development did not provide any visitor carpark space.

The area is very convenient and peaceful, with plenty of local shops, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. Public transport links are reliable, and the neighbourhood feels safe and friendly. The only minor downside is limited parking spaces during peak hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team always responds quickly and efficiently. Any issues I’ve reported were resolved within a short time, and the staff are polite and professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how peaceful and quiet the neighbourhood is — it’s a perfect place to relax after work. Parking can be a bit limited at times, but overall it’s a lovely and comfortable area to live in.
