Local shops are convenient with a good range of supermarkets, small convenience stores and markets nearby. There are nice cafes, restaurants and green spaces/parks within walking distance. Public transport is excellent — frequent buses and quick access to stations, making commuting easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

"Building management has been very responsive and helpful. When I've raised any issues, they acknowledge them quickly, usually in the same day and follow up with updates regularly. Problems are resolved in a reasonable timeframe, and they are always polite and easy to contact. I feel confident that any concerns will be taken seriously and dealt with properly."

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

"I wish I had known exactly how convenient the local area really is — how close the shops, parks and transport links truly are. It's even better than I expected, and it would have put my mind at ease sooner to know just how well-connected and quiet the neighbourhood actually is. It's been a wonderful surprise that I'm very happy with."

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Equipment Works is in an excellent location. There are loads of shops and amenities nearby, and Blackhorse Road tube and train station is right over the road, which makes getting around London quick and easy. Despite being so well connected, the area around the building is very quiet with next to no noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every issue I've raised through the Ila app has been dealt with quickly. Mohammed the caretaker fixed a number of things in my flat soon after I reported them, and he was super friendly, quick and attentive throughout. He made the whole experience seamless.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If anything needs fixing in your flat, report it through the Ila app straight away. Mohammed the caretaker is fantastic and gets things sorted very quickly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is super nice, is not noisy but with good access to the underground and overground. The area is well maintained and you have quick access to grocery store, gyms, breweries and most of the things you would need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been quick and responsive on the small issues we have had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

During our visit we were thoroughly explained of everything relevant and we took our time to see the area, so no specific insight.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hi I had asked for a few maintenance updates when I moved in and Mohammad has been very helpful in solving the issues with respect to the dishwasher, meter readings and toilet odour and unblocking issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Via maintenance portal and requests have been resolved quickly by their maintenance handyman

The transport links are incredible here - I moved in just last week and it is so easy to get around. I love that the flat is close to cafes, breweries and the reservoir! I definitely won’t get bored here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been helpful and responded really quickly!

I wish I’d been sent a physical welcome pack on arrival - I prefer this to digital as I get so many emails they can get lost.
