All good high street is very near and also train station both are just 5 min walking distance and bin collection is very convenient as can drop garbage anytime

Very quick mr Stuart resolved two of the issues immediately after been reported.

This is my first move to the UK but property team has helped me to get everything sorted very smoothly

Sutton is a nice neighbourhood and to me is close to work, so makes everyday life easier. There are nice restaurants, shops and some green areas around, so very welcoming and friendly environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart was extremely efficient as always. Resolved the request in no time, he is friendly, competent and very helpful with any maintenance problems.

Nothing to state here for now as there is not anything I wished I knew before moving in. I lived in Sutton few years ago, so I knew the area.

The location to the station and other amenities is ideal. As well as the staff available. Stuart was able to resolve the issue within 24 hours!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been super prompt and helpful in responding!

The friendly neighbours and helpful staff - wish I had know about this earlier!

The area is very quiet nice and safe for families and it is in a good location nearby all daily requirements and activities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very nice and they supported myself and my family once needed. Stuart had supported us during our issue with the washing machine and he was very professional and quick.

Myself and my family we absolutely love the area and the building management and staff.

Living in sutton offers a blend of ezcellent schools, abundant green spaces and a strong sense of community. The area also benefits from a good transport link to central london. The area is covered with a variety of shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Majority of the issues raised are addressed the next day. A special mention of Stuart who is very friendly and responsive and attends to any issue with no delays.

The property is centrally located, the apartments are equipped with up to date amenities apealing to professionals and families.
