Wildlife, breweries and lots of amenities nearby! Good sports facilities for pilates, yoga and fitness. Love the area!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, always happy to help with resident concerns and provide advice. Best to speak in person or via the resident portal as Management receive so many emails. Marigona has especially helped with a lot! Jinia, Jason, Mel, Princess thank you for the work you do!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Induction hobs!! Note down the management work hours and emergency numbers for any issues.

Nice place to live but very expensive considering some of the shortcomings

Super close to the tube and the wetlands for walks. Unfortunately dogs aren’t allowed but you can walk them down the canal close by. A couple of nice cafes and the breweries but no pubs . Some traffic noise in balcony but nothing of concern at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some of them , yes. It is much better now with new management. Was hard to get a response during team changes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that current residents would not be favoured for loyalty when it comes to yearly renewals and that instead concessions are only offered to new people coming in

Unfortunately, there is an issue with parking availability in the area, as spaces are often limited and it can be difficult to find

The building management has been responsive and resolves issues promptly.

There is very limited parking in the area, which is quite inconvenient.

The overall environment and surrounding of the residential property is satisfactory. The law and order is secure. Parking availability is sufficient. Traffic noise does not exist. Local amenities are offered nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall satisfactory with replies and polite attitude. The clubhouse is clean and cosy.

More about local amenities eg map, cafes, supermarkets.

It's all a facade

The proximity to the tube is excellent. There are a variety of great local businesses and small grocery stores available. Parking is limited and heavily monitored which makes visiting difficult. Generally the area is quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team as individuals are lovely, the management are shockingly poor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heating is separate to the electricity despite being electric, you are tied into a giant system that has broken down as much as it has been working

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the postal room. In some cases, delivery drivers do not use the system correctly, which can prevent notifications from being sent. We’ll continue reminding drivers on site of the correct process to help reduce this.
