Love living here. Great environment and close to all the amenities you need. Coffee shops, gyms etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue we have encountered they have been on immediately.

Nothing really. We were made aware of everything prior to move in.

Great service and always there to help when needed . Building was always kept clean and tidy and had great events.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problem we had was sorted straight away was also kept clean

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That parking had to be in the building at a cost. Would have been good to know beforehand as it came to extra cost.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is only a short walk away from the city centre shops. It’s also conveniently only a 2 min walk away from Moorfields train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything was dealt with promptly although we didn’t have many issues

If I could go back in time I’d make the most of all the events put on

The building is right on the edge of town, a 15 minute walk into the heart of the city centre, ten minutes if you're fast! Several smaller shops in the immediate vicinity if you're looking for just the essentials. Moorfields train station in 3 minutes walk down the road and there is a wonderful bar and coffee shop at the end of the street, 1 minute walk away. The bin collection is punctual and I never had a problem getting rid of bags of rubbish! Couldn't be in a better spot for a city dweller. View of the liver birds from the windows too 😁

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues were handled with immediate attention, with the team organising repairs or solutions at a time that suited us. Making us feel listened to and understood. Really positive experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have never met, and likely will never meet, such a wonderful team of staff, who keep a friendly relationship with each and every resident of the building, while still maintaining professionalism 100% of the time. We are always made to feel welcome, listened to and on the same level and the staff will bend over backwards to ensure you're as comfortable as possible in your new gaff. Get yourself downstairs for the events, quizzes and activities - you may just make friends, and become part of a community!

Easy to park, lots of parking available, really close to nice restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Pall Mall Press is close enough to be convenient, but far enough away from being disturbed by the loud city centre noises at night. Shops and convenience stores are within walking distance,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues we have raised have been dealt with promptly and the professionally

To always make sure that if you have a problem, just go down and talk to the staff because they’ll do everything to fix it and are always timely in doing so
