Love living here. Great environment and close to all the amenities you need. Coffee shops, gyms etc.

Any issue we have encountered they have been on immediately.

Nothing really. We were made aware of everything prior to move in.

Very close to city centre and close by shops! Perfect if you work in city centre locations. Close to great networks ie trains and busses

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management respond quick on the same day.

None everything was explained to us in the viewing

The local area offers a decent range of shops, and dining options are varied, with several restaurants and bars catering to different tastes and price ranges. There are a few nice parks nearby, providing good open spaces for relaxation and outdoor activities. Transport links are generally convenient, with a nearby bus stop and 2 train stations within a 10-minute walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been highly responsive to a few problems and issues that I've raised. They address maintenance requests promptly, ensuring quick resolution of any repairs or concerns. Communication from the management team is efficient, and they keep residents informed about any updates or necessary actions. Overall, their proactive approach and professionalism contribute to a positive living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the noise in high-rise buildings associated with winds. The continuous and rhythmical sounds from the winds can sometimes keep you awake at night, it sounds like music. I would have requested rooms on the ground floor or request for soundproof rooms if I had known about it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s good area to live, because it’s very close to subway, bus station, city center, everything what you need. Highly recommend!

Building management are respond very fast on any problems or issues

Everything what I can say, that we are very lucky to have an apartment in this build!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area surrounding Pall Mall Press has everything I need a range of continence stores, gyms, bars and restaurants - and is only a 5/10 minute walk into the town centre. Although there isn’t much natural space around the area, Pall Mall Press includes a couple great outdoor spaces which are great for the sunny weather.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only had one issue since moving in and that was a small maintenance issue. The staff where quick to finding a solution and the whole issue was resolved within a few hours - very happy.

The events here are very stand out - definitely attended if your in the building.
