Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street is really quiet, but in a peaceful way. It’s so close to the city centre but you don’t feel that, it’s best of both worlds. It’s also in a business area, so it isn’t a student area and you don’t feel that vibe around (not that that is bad, just if you’re a working professional you want a certain vibe to where you live). There are so many coffee shops and local stores like tesco, home bargains and Costco. There’s also a convenience store on the same street. It’s a great location - you’ll want for nothing as they say.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I don’t recall having any problems yet, I moved in a month ago. However, the on site team are very approachable and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How great the noise proofing is! I lived in a build to rent for three years run by the largest landlord company in the UK, and it was shockingly noisy, I could hear everything the neighbours did. Drove me to the brink of despair. The security here is also top notch. If you’re working and leaving your pets at home, you want the best security. I think the website is still in its infancy. The website said a free goodie bag when you moved in, but I wasn’t given anything. That’s my only thing. But that’s okay, perhaps they were out of stock and all that. It also said a roof top terrace, but I ain’t seen one. But maybe it’s not built yet! I know the place is new.

A beautiful development and a place I’m happy to call home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a lot to do being so close to town a great night life and you can find whatever you might need or want at the surrounding shops. I don’t have a parking spot but from what I’ve seen walking through the parking area there seems to always be enough space for anyone that does. The bin area work well at hiding the rubbish makes the whole building look and feel a lot cleaner I do like how they’re set up however sometimes there are a lot of bin bags on the floor right before bin pickup as they get very full quite quickly. I’ve had some issues with traffic noise but that’s more because of my flat position rather than where the whole building is as I live right above the parking area gates it can get quite loud between 8-9 when people are leaving for work and later on when they’re coming home as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A short while ago there was an issue with the door handle to my flat and I informed the maintenance and the next day it was fixed no bother to my self or anything I was very happy with that. On the few occasions also when I happen to leave my flat key inside my flat the staff are always amazingly helpful with helping me get back in and I couldn’t thank them enough for making a stressful situation a lot easier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had realised that my flat is right above the parking bay gate it can get loud especially when the bins get collected but as long as the windows are closed it isn’t that bad.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pall Mall Press is a great place to live, there is a convenience shop just down the road, there are multiple tesco express’ dotted around, multiple bars, pubs, restaurants including Castle Street. It is also only around a 10 minute walk into the city centre. There is little to zero traffic noise and it is in a nice area

Any problems the building management have been very helpful with

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
